@JioCare Tower operator is giving excuses for more than one month. He is telling us that the system is unable to take load. So many complaints have been raised by villagers, but no solution has been made. Pathetic situation is here.

@JioCare Sir, we are not getting good internet speed in my village infact your own tower of reliance has already been constructed in the village.... Though we are not getting network even sometimes tower is closed by the person deliberately who has the responsibility of this🙏.

@JioCare Dear Sir, I have been a satisfied customer with Jio since long time, But I regret to inform you that nowadays I am having difficulty in conversations due to poor network at my native place. Its because of the tower operation by the local agency.

Hi @JioCare your services suck , i cancelled my jio fibre more than a week ago , got pickup message 7 times , waited for the service engineer to come but no one show up, called 15 time to customer executive, they are just giving excuse.

@JioCare @IthE007 Looking at jio nature of stealing security refunds, I suggest you to keep your service request Id and logged dates noted somewhere. Take picture of your returned device prove that those were not damaged. Escalate if return doesnot happen on time, jio may say that you delayed.
