@JioCare Dear Sir, I have been a satisfied customer with Jio since long time, But I regret to inform you that nowadays I am having difficulty in conversations due to poor network at my native place. Its because of the tower operation by the local agency.

@JioCare Tower operator is giving excuses for more than one month. He is telling us that the system is unable to take load. So many complaints have been raised by villagers, but no solution has been made. Pathetic situation is here.

@JioCare Sir, we are not getting good internet speed in my village infact your own tower of reliance has already been constructed in the village.... Though we are not getting network even sometimes tower is closed by the person deliberately who has the responsibility of this🙏.

@JioCare no network due to power cut in the area. this problem is not new but happening for couple of years. reporter several times but no resolution. can't Jio afford a power backup system or they don't bother about customer inconveniences. very disappointing 👎 @JioFanClub

@JioCare I have requested to port my number to Jio through app. Two executive called me up but never visited me. One of them cancelled the request the other one has postponed the request. I think you people are not interested in new customers.

I am in a toxic relationship with jio fiber . It's great almost all the time but when there is a problem , it takes great amount of energy to solve it. I had to call 10 times a day to the customer care for the relocation of my connection yet no results. @JioCare @reliancejio
