    @JioCare Dear Sir, I have been a satisfied customer with Jio since long time, But I regret to inform you that nowadays I am having difficulty in conversations due to poor network at my native place. Its because of the tower operation by the local agency.

    @JioCare Tower operator is giving excuses for more than one month. He is telling us that the system is unable to take load. So many complaints have been raised by villagers, but no solution has been made. Pathetic situation is here.

    Had the worst experience With Jio. @reliancejio @JioCare Just switched from YouBroadband to Jio fibre.Took a plan of 150 Mbps with jio tv After installation the speed comes at 47-50Mbps.9n enquiring they say , 150 will come only with a 5g device. Lack of informing the Customers

    @JioCare @reliancegroup @reliancejio your area managers very arrogantly told they can't solve the issue and they are going to initiate the refund of money. But they didn't tell how much they will refund or when they will refund. Such pity state of service. So bad guys.

    @reliancejio TN RJIO not responding addition benifit 29 days par with 336 days plan. Two validity plans are working simultaneously in my jio no.I raised complaint to extent my validity 336 to 365 days but they refused to change.

    @JioCare @reliancegroup @reliancejio According to Ravi (JCM) jio being a big company can't just serve one customer or change its policy of not refunding the money on time even though it's jio service team inefficiency to solve the issue. They gave up on the solution after 5 days. Now they are frustrating us on refun

    @JioCare @trai received call no. +918167272959 from #Jio regarding my recharge plan issue. He send a #sms asking for #OTP Why does jio need an OTP to see what complain I have done. I guess this is fraud & jio must take action for this issue Be careful @MahaCyber1
