@JioCare Tower operator is giving excuses for more than one month. He is telling us that the system is unable to take load. So many complaints have been raised by villagers, but no solution has been made. Pathetic situation is here.

@JioCare Dear Sir, I have been a satisfied customer with Jio since long time, But I regret to inform you that nowadays I am having difficulty in conversations due to poor network at my native place. Its because of the tower operation by the local agency.

@JioCare Apparently, the engineer has arrived at my place for installation now. Seems to me that there is a discrepancy between the customer care information (appt has been rescheduled for 23) and what the engineers (work-order is for today) have told me.

@JioCare This is my alternative number 08122408513and jio number 07847914017. The problem is we have a jio network near to me but it's 4 K.M. distance from my village.They don't have any fiber connection.If you could setup a small jio tower in my area that would be really great.

I had booked jio fiber 15-20 days back and paid the amount vide order id NO0000K0RND5. Service engineer has not installed till date. And the persons who visited does not know how to install. This is worst kind of service. Plz refund the amount @reliancejio
