@JioCare Dear Sir, I have been a satisfied customer with Jio since long time, But I regret to inform you that nowadays I am having difficulty in conversations due to poor network at my native place. Its because of the tower operation by the local agency.

@JioCare Tower operator is giving excuses for more than one month. He is telling us that the system is unable to take load. So many complaints have been raised by villagers, but no solution has been made. Pathetic situation is here.

@reliancejio @JioCare After 14days also jio fiber refund was still in process, I have called to customer care no of times they are still saying it's in processing stage. Wrost service of internet I have ever seen in my life. I will raise #consumercomplaint on u ppl

@reliancejio strange to note the behaviour of jio engineer. Without visiting, checking and try to resolve issue im being asked to surrenfer the existing connection and take a new connection which includes installation charges. Is this how it works in kolkata? Cud u pls look into

@JioCare I did the transaction again and second time it showed recharge done successfully but money from my Jio pos wallet deducted twice, I told about the issue to sales person and his head but they are not helping. @JioCare @reliancejio
