    @JioCare Tower operator is giving excuses for more than one month. He is telling us that the system is unable to take load. So many complaints have been raised by villagers, but no solution has been made. Pathetic situation is here.

    @reliancejio I have become very upset with Jio's network, internet is running at a speed and the network is not coming fully, so poor service has been done.

    @JioCare Dear Sir, I have been a satisfied customer with Jio since long time, But I regret to inform you that nowadays I am having difficulty in conversations due to poor network at my native place. Its because of the tower operation by the local agency.

    @reliancejio Jio fiber has "WORST SERVICE" Not getting solution of my problem from last 6 days and not getting any reply from the team. Getting a speed of 6mbps for 300mbps plan and that too on a 5G connection. Looks like customer doesn't matter anymore to Jio #Worstservice #ChangeJio

    @JioCare I am definitely not satisfied with the resolution you guys are providing. My money was debited by Jio autopay. You guys are asking me to contact Paytm. When you are not sure with how your products are working, why do you even launch it #jioautopayfraud

    @reliancejio in our area jio is not working as it has known from its inception, now internet is very slow and many place are not getting much coverage. Is it the effect of upcoming 5G service of Jio ?

    @JioCare If it can't be done now , drop an apology mail stating can't resolve issue in 6 days and will not be able to as customers doesn't matter to us. And refund me my money I will go for other company's connection with much better services

    After complaining thrice in a week to @JioCare @reliancejio just got disappointment 😥, i m in NCR and here is very poor internet connectivity 👎 What are u guys doing just playing dm - dm to me I shared all my details to u but still I can't use my internet here
