    @JioCare Tower operator is giving excuses for more than one month. He is telling us that the system is unable to take load. So many complaints have been raised by villagers, but no solution has been made. Pathetic situation is here.

    @JioCare Dear Sir, I have been a satisfied customer with Jio since long time, But I regret to inform you that nowadays I am having difficulty in conversations due to poor network at my native place. Its because of the tower operation by the local agency.

    @JioCare Am facing this issue on every device and on every website or application. I have raised the issue 7 times your are engineers are not able to identify the issues even they have seen the issue happening in front of themselves

    @Airtel_Presence What the hell is happening had raised a complaint for connectivity issue escalation team had called saying the issue was escalated for billing and international roam and also no mention of manager misbehaving also no one has called me for network issue time to move to @JioCare

    @JioCare New JioAirFiber connection (installed just 1 week ago) is giving very poor performance. Download speed is much lower than promised, network is unstable, frequent packet loss, and overall connection is inconsistent. This is unacceptable for a new installation.

    @JioCare @JioCare Everywhere it’s the same—“we’re looking into it” and “we understand.” Calls, emails, social media—only scripted replies. No connection, no update, no resolution. Documents sent multiple times, still asked again. This is harassment level service. Zero accountability.

    @JioCare One of your engineers visited and, after diagnosing the issue, informed me that it would need to be handled by another team as he was unable. This is highly disappointing—Jio is wasting time without any progress.Escalate this issue & ensure it resolved on priority. CO0001S4I8W5

    @JioCare I don’t understand that why you required base plan to get network signal , as it’s already valid till one month with active another plan . What is Rs50 + Rs20 minimum balance , who decide all these, as my account as balance of Rs 10+ .
