@JioCare Tower operator is giving excuses for more than one month. He is telling us that the system is unable to take load. So many complaints have been raised by villagers, but no solution has been made. Pathetic situation is here.

@JioCare Dear Sir, I have been a satisfied customer with Jio since long time, But I regret to inform you that nowadays I am having difficulty in conversations due to poor network at my native place. Its because of the tower operation by the local agency.

@JioCare While raising tkt on 23rd, I specifically told that internet is working completely fine and issue is with Amazon prime only. Still they raised DG alarm. So I don't understand how to communicate issue with C-Care. Please check recording of the call when tkt was raised.

@reliancejio Jio network is pathetic in my area from a year.I have called customer care many time but no improvement.They always said Sir will improve in some days but . Kindly have some faith to us Disgusting customer support at ur end. Need good network plzz @reliancejio

@IGLSKID23 I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these people the only way to get over this situation is consider moving to Jio, they have better service, I recently ported all my numbers to Jio suggest you also port your number to @JioCare

@PrakashSdhami They claim that they have good network, but ground reality is something else. I have had this experience in the past, finally moved all my numbers to Jio, suggest you also do the same @JioCare

@JioCare Jio fiber installation is very poor..Wires are hanging..technican came without drilling machine.He is unable to wall mount of wifi.

@JioCare, your Jio Fiber service in Patna(Bihar) is pathetic. Your Jio fiber installation team has visited thrice. Still they are not able to activate my Jio Fiber connection due to irresponsible behaviour of your new connection handling executive. Kindly look into it.

@JioCare pathetic service by customer care executive by Jio fiber. The money has been taken one month back and there is no service provided till date even after number of follow ups . @reliancejio needs to improve. This is simply breach of trust.
