    @JioCare Dear Sir, I have been a satisfied customer with Jio since long time, But I regret to inform you that nowadays I am having difficulty in conversations due to poor network at my native place. Its because of the tower operation by the local agency.

    @JioCare Tower operator is giving excuses for more than one month. He is telling us that the system is unable to take load. So many complaints have been raised by villagers, but no solution has been made. Pathetic situation is here.

    Last year i port @JioCare to airtel beacouse of internet slow speed issues. Last year jio's answer is at a time lot's of customer use jio net so speed is slow but solve the problem emedeatly.. now i again port in jio and again same problem and same answer.. @reliancegroup

    @Airtel_Presence It’s been more than 10 days, @airtelindia no one cares. Internet breakage is consistent. Only one a technician visited and changed router. Problem still persists. I think it’s time to move to @reliancejio
