    @JioCare Tower operator is giving excuses for more than one month. He is telling us that the system is unable to take load. So many complaints have been raised by villagers, but no solution has been made. Pathetic situation is here.

    @JioCare Dear Sir, I have been a satisfied customer with Jio since long time, But I regret to inform you that nowadays I am having difficulty in conversations due to poor network at my native place. Its because of the tower operation by the local agency.

    @JioCare Why there is no proper response on any customer mail or complaint? My Brother Mr. Jay saxena (mo. No. 9389967488) had done recharge of rs. 1208 on 26th Aug. 2021 at 12:03 pm but till now neither he got data plan of rs.1208 nor he got any proper response from your company

    @JioCare @airtelcare @Teamambani If appellate can't resolve issue reported in Aug 21 till now then what good are services ? Good product requires good support for sustenance. Coming 4m a 17yr old Airtel veteran customer who switched only due to Fiber ready 2 switch back.

    @JioCare I have placed an order for #JioFiber new connection on Sep 8. ORN - NO0000IMY2WT. I have received mail fro Jio service team that installation will be completed by 10 am on September 10. No response from service team and the work has not been initiated as of now 4.02 pm.
