@JioCare Tower operator is giving excuses for more than one month. He is telling us that the system is unable to take load. So many complaints have been raised by villagers, but no solution has been made. Pathetic situation is here.

@JioCare Dear Sir, I have been a satisfied customer with Jio since long time, But I regret to inform you that nowadays I am having difficulty in conversations due to poor network at my native place. Its because of the tower operation by the local agency.

@reliancejio Customer care people are not cordial and helpful... Company took the renewal charges of Rs.999 and has ended the prime membership.. And after chain of conversation they faild to do so... Highly disappointed. A professional company should not cheat there client..

@JioCare @reliancejio Hi Jio Care, I am already a customer of Jio. I ordered a SIM from Jio app. I got a call & the guy said, he will come in 30 minutes. It's been 4 hrs & no one is here. The good part is even customer care don't know, who is handling my request 🙃. Please help.

@JioCare It's been last 3 days I am receiving the message. Engineer will visit today. I just wanted to know how much time will it take. Every time the date change to the next day. I am afraid about my choice now. I should have chosen other service provider. Really Bad experience .
