@JioCare Dear Sir, I have been a satisfied customer with Jio since long time, But I regret to inform you that nowadays I am having difficulty in conversations due to poor network at my native place. Its because of the tower operation by the local agency.

@JioCare Tower operator is giving excuses for more than one month. He is telling us that the system is unable to take load. So many complaints have been raised by villagers, but no solution has been made. Pathetic situation is here.

@reliancejio dear sir it's my humble request to you I already send mails Indus tower to install tower in Aadra village barabanki to install Jio tower this is first village there is no network in this area in India there is no network please do something

Absolutely unhappy with after service of jio fiber … so annoying … for a relocation in the same building , only the floor has changed i have been asked to wait for 7 days… utterly disgusting… @reliancejio @MukeshAmbaniOf who will pay the compensation for my inconvenience… ??

@reliancejio @JioCare Is there any other complaint number available to raise complaint. Repeatedly I have tried 198 and 1991 to approach customer care executive but these two number are used only for advertising manner by jio in the name of complaint helpline number.

@reliancejio I have recharge my mobile number by online , accordingly payment was successful, but recharge is not done to my mobile. Who will solve the problem , to whom I have to consult the matter. The complaint numbers are playing only recorded advertising in the name of complaint helpline

@JioCare However i didn't receive a single call from the engineer nor Jio Team. I literally had to follow up 5 times and customer support agents are good in disconnecting call when they don't know how to respond. Please cancel my connection and do the refund 🙏
