@reliancejio can you please resolve network (internet speed also) problem in my area otherwise I have no option other than @airtelindia . I have complained about it 2-3 months back but not resolved yet.

@JioCare my jio area network is so weak hear is more then 500 users and jio tower is available within 500 meter only kindly resolve issue immediately. Otherwise we will think to port to another network

@JioCare I am regularly complaining about my jio fibre relocation problem but it is not resolving. I had put the relocation request on 15.09.2021 and scheduled for 16.09.2021 17.00pm. But it is keep on rescheduling. But never got my relocation done. 🤬🤬🤬

@JioCare Awaiting reply. Being a loyal Customer to Jio I expect an immediate resolution. Please don't give me automatic replies. In fact i am a huge Fann of Jio having Jio fiber also for home. I used to recommend to people to have Jio services. Now let's see.

@JioCare @Aajadqureshi I recently ported to airtel as i have no network reception at my home, but I'm missing the features of JIO, and i regret my decision of porting to an operator who don't care about their customers issue. Since 22-8-21 till today, almost one month, no incoming and only outgoing.

Worst customer service award? @reliancejio @JioCare I have 3 fiber connections none working for past 16 hrs. Engineer & Customer service say it will take 24hrs. Really?? in times where everyone is working from home Jio stills says 24 hrs. Really Disappointing SR000016PATZ

@reliancejio @JioCare I cancelled the jio connection because of internet connectivity and customer/ engineer support service issues, but the IVR says the connection was cancelled due to incomplete customer information… seriously???? Is this how you cover up customer issues?
