    @JioCare my jio area network is so weak hear is more then 500 users and jio tower is available within 500 meter only kindly resolve issue immediately. Otherwise we will think to port to another network

    @JioCare Give me the timeline for the same. It's been more than a week still no action taken and issue not resolved. So called backemd the doesn't have any technical skills to answer the customers query they are just fit to wash the bathrooms.

    @JioCare unprofessional approach. While the issue is being persists. Your back of team closed the work order by having word with your engineer. Even they didn’t take any concern from us. After 10days again you are raising request for the same issue. Pathetic
