    @JioCare my jio area network is so weak hear is more then 500 users and jio tower is available within 500 meter only kindly resolve issue immediately. Otherwise we will think to port to another network

    @JioCare - internet is down from 3 days. Not getting resolution from your customer support. SR No- SR00001CNAAV. And SR00001COJDZ ..customer care is promising only and scheduling the time but No engineer visit. #Help Work and study both are stuck.

    @JioCare Jio fiber was installed on 1-may . And from 2- aug the services got suspended. As per you executive i will be getting 4 months of service but after 3 months the services has been stopped.

    @JioCare Your feedback won't do any good i want full security deposit.. Why your customer executive didn't inform me this when i raised several service request in may ? Only doing whataboutery on calls to retain customers.. I've provided the required details by you now do the needful.

    @reliancejio really disappointed with the jio fiber service. Since installing it on 23rd July it's not working. No customer support is provided only delay and date after date for engineer visit. Feel cheated and wasted my money on the fiber service. #jiofiber #Jio #Badservice

    @JioCare What patience. I am waiting from last two weeks. I hope by today afternoon i should get resolution. Otherwise i am terminating. Make it on priority. @reliancejio @reliancegroup #MukeshAmbani #TerminateJio. So disgusting to handle everytime. No proper service.
