    @JioCare my jio area network is so weak hear is more then 500 users and jio tower is available within 500 meter only kindly resolve issue immediately. Otherwise we will think to port to another network

    I have been facing an internet issue for 1 month but it has not been resolved yet. Jio fiber worst services. The engineer visits and restarts the router and says it is okay now. But facing the same issues. Please don't go with jio fiber. @JioCare @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani

    @JioCare please improve your services at vill-khesrahi, block-patepur, pincode-843114, vaishali, bihar. Last year your mobile connection was awesome, which has reduced to pathetic now days. Data services has come down to -ve rating. @reliancejio

    Hello @reliancejio I'm using #JioFi_3 router device as I'm in a remote area where broadband services are unavailable. I'm unable to connect to VPN in the devices which are connected to JIOFI network. Any help would be greatly appreciated @JioCare @xdadevelopers
