    @JioCare my jio area network is so weak hear is more then 500 users and jio tower is available within 500 meter only kindly resolve issue immediately. Otherwise we will think to port to another network

    @JioCare The support team is saying that they are not getting the required commission and hence they can't change the wire which is causing the issue. This is utmost level of frustration. I have recharged today itself and this is what I am getting in return @JioCare

    @JioCare how many years will you take to resolve my frequent disconnect issue. Dis been 10 days and it disconnects every 2 mins. I am nt able to raise tkt from Jio app and customer care is saying everything is fine from their end,dan who shd suffer? Of course customer.
