    @JioCare my jio area network is so weak hear is more then 500 users and jio tower is available within 500 meter only kindly resolve issue immediately. Otherwise we will think to port to another network

    @JioCare I have DM’ed the details of my JioFiber connection & shared my contact details. If this is not resolved in next 24hrs, I want either service extension of the loss of my subscription usage or refund the entire money & disconnect the services.

    @JioCare my WiFi has not been working since morning and you folks are not reachable at all the engineer who was supposed to visit and check is saying "Mai nhi aaunga" is this how you support your customers my entire work is blocked because of you ppl

    @JioCare I have already booked slot as per my convenience and slot timings provided from you but the time has already been passed..it was scheduled for 10-11 AM today but no response has came from your side only rescheduling without informing me.. Resolved issue else I will cut connection

    @JioCare Jio cate I got a call from your side saying that my Jio Fibre internet landline no. 35904612 will be rectified today, but not done till now & my business is suffering due to internet not working since 8th August 5 pm
