I wish this doesn't happen to others who may have important calls and SiM doesn't work despite active status

Shravan (@i_amshravan) reported@JioCare Part 2 For the last 2 months, I have been unable to download classes from one specific learning app on JioAirFiber. The same app works perfectly on my mobile hotspot and on other Wi-Fi connections. This clearly points to a problem with the Jio network, not my device or the app.

My assumptions is backend team is your support team, with so many SR in my case from 2+ months it isn't rocket science for them to take a time plus it's straight forward situation of 1 connection. Your engineers are lazy and demanding money in the name of getting a new connection instead of changing the part that is not working. Since 5 days your service is not working. Raised service request but there is no engineer in the sight. All they do is keep promising new things. I had been promised of rent rebate. That is also not given for one month of loss in the internet because of your service issue. This is really bad and i would never advise anyone to buy jio air fiber or jiohome services. Worst possible service that you guys have.
