    @JioCare my jio area network is so weak hear is more then 500 users and jio tower is available within 500 meter only kindly resolve issue immediately. Otherwise we will think to port to another network

    @JioCare Are you giving service on free of cost to me ? Yesterday Given complain that experiencing buffering issue in my TV.. what solution you have given to me..Take your product back..Airtel is better

    Hello @JioCare The Jio Fiber is down at my location (Okkiyampet Thuraipakkam -Chennai) for past 2 days. I have contacted the support, raised tickets but no response. Since I have subscribed for Jio TV, it impacts my WFH & entertainment too. If this continues extend my validity.

    @JioCare you do not have any respect for your consumers. My new jio fiber connection has stopped working just days after installation and your support staff is still unable after 4 days of complaining to send a person to rectify it.
