@JioCare my jio area network is so weak hear is more then 500 users and jio tower is available within 500 meter only kindly resolve issue immediately. Otherwise we will think to port to another network

@reliancejio No serious concern for grievances including from appellate authority. Every thing system generated, limits to preset questions. No human interface. Several efforts but no resolve. Great service.

@JioCare Really pathetic service is being provided by jio at my location from more than 2 years now. There is no solution being provided as if the customer doesn't matters and nobody cares for the issue we are facing here. Very very slow data speed almost at all hours.

@Subhrajyotiidas @JioCare Same issue, Jio join app is not working. Every time when I try to register, Internal Error msg appears on the screen. If OTP comes then it says Wrong OTP. Any resolution yet?

Dear @JioCare @reliancejio for the past 1 week my data connectivity is not working. Even I raised a issue in your customer care. They said we'll rectify it. But still it didn't. When it will get over? I can't look into my work.I'll switch to other network. What's up @airtelindia
