@JioCare my jio area network is so weak hear is more then 500 users and jio tower is available within 500 meter only kindly resolve issue immediately. Otherwise we will think to port to another network

@JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio no need to send technician now, i have myself shifted the fibre to another house and it’s working. Very poor customer service thats what i can say. I had to fix this myself then what kind of service you guys give.

@reliancejio @JioCare Worst Experience with customer service center!! Nobody informs you correctly, nobody verifies the docs and keep asking for new documents even if existing docs are very clear and looks like you don't care about your customers! Very disappointing experience!

@JioCare Fed up with your hopeless Customer Service! Your local sales team hard sold Jio fiber to me saying "If I pay for 6 months, I get 1 more month for free". Now, my account is deactivated after 6months of usage. Where is the one month free period as you promised?
