I'm waiting since morning atleast a picture would come in Netflix but our ******* #jio was not capable, worst #4g ever. Please #banjio ban JIO #Jiocare . Atleast youtube video without bufferring in the middle with 240Pixels is not helping. @cyber please take necessary action

@reliancejio @JioCare I have addressed an issue , yet no response. Without using a data the whole night, and getting a msg stating that I have used 80% of Jio data. Why is this like that in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh. When am in Bangalore the data is sufficient, bt in kkd its not

@reliancejio i am Ravi. I am using jio network from starting. But i never feel it's 4G. It's always coming good plans, but we feel it here below 3G speed. We complaining, but not resolved. Plz improve jio signals

@JioCare Device picked up on 1st july 2022 and today is 15th july 2022 almost 15days is over nothing is credit in amount from your side that's your policy of customer... Worst service only your doing sales after sales service is worst and worst... #dont use Jio fiber.

@JioCare You are purposefully not coming to pickup the router and tv box after disconnecting the Jiofiber. Treat customers the same way like how you treat them for a new connection. Fed up of calling you and scheduling for router pickup, because you are deliberately doing this.
