I'm waiting since morning atleast a picture would come in Netflix but our ******* #jio was not capable, worst #4g ever. Please #banjio ban JIO #Jiocare . Atleast youtube video without bufferring in the middle with 240Pixels is not helping. @cyber please take necessary action

@JioCare sir, Please respond to my mail In my location there is no signals in my village at present From city 3km away At this same location I had received full signals before 1 month now not getting any signals from jio.and iam also complained to customer care they not done yet

As I ported to airtel from jio. I thought airtel is going well but now airtel isn't getting 2g or 3g signal! Now I'm trying to port to jio within a week if airtel doesn't corrected the problem! @airtelindia @reliancejio

@reliancejio @JioCare I have addressed an issue , yet no response. Without using a data the whole night, and getting a msg stating that I have used 80% of Jio data. Why is this like that in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh. When am in Bangalore the data is sufficient, bt in kkd its not

@reliancejio i am Ravi. I am using jio network from starting. But i never feel it's 4G. It's always coming good plans, but we feel it here below 3G speed. We complaining, but not resolved. Plz improve jio signals

@JioCare My number registered with Jio is 2613553630. I am receiving slow speed since Saturday. I wrote to you on Sunday. I also had a chat on JioFibre whatsapp number. However, the problem is unresolved. I also called on the number "18008969999". There was no response.

@JioCare Lot of time I had approached customer care through app and number, what extra power you have apart form your jio customer care? And if yes, why these are not with customer care so that issue need to resolved at there level and we may not get into such frustration...

@reliancejio @JioCare #JioFiber Jio team is not visiting my premise to resolve the issue, instead they are updating status as resolved. Jio team not fixing my internet, not even returning the complete amount. Jio internet is good, but entire support system is a disappointment 😞
