As I ported to airtel from jio. I thought airtel is going well but now airtel isn't getting 2g or 3g signal! Now I'm trying to port to jio within a week if airtel doesn't corrected the problem! @airtelindia @reliancejio

I'm waiting since morning atleast a picture would come in Netflix but our ******* #jio was not capable, worst #4g ever. Please #banjio ban JIO #Jiocare . Atleast youtube video without bufferring in the middle with 240Pixels is not helping. @cyber please take necessary action

@reliancejio @JioCare I have addressed an issue , yet no response. Without using a data the whole night, and getting a msg stating that I have used 80% of Jio data. Why is this like that in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh. When am in Bangalore the data is sufficient, bt in kkd its not

@reliancejio i am Ravi. I am using jio network from starting. But i never feel it's 4G. It's always coming good plans, but we feel it here below 3G speed. We complaining, but not resolved. Plz improve jio signals

First of all you people asked to pay in advance and then you people just disappear. In my native place and i am using jio fibre @reliancejio from more than 2 years and never faced not even a single issue. Either install the fibre immediately or cancel it and refund my money.

People can submit their Jiophone's in Jio Service Center for this upgrade. ₹299 or so can be charged for this upgrade. It will make both 5G and 4G work on Jiophone simultaneously. @JioCare @LYF_In @flameoftruth
