    @reliancejio i am Ravi. I am using jio network from starting. But i never feel it's 4G. It's always coming good plans, but we feel it here below 3G speed. We complaining, but not resolved. Plz improve jio signals

    Why @reliancejio not having any customer care executive people? I wanted to talk to customer executive to resolve my issues with jio network. When I tried reaching out with the helpline number, it makes me wait for long duration and disconnects. Any reasons @reliancejio ?

    @JioCare sir, Please respond to my mail In my location there is no signals in my village at present From city 3km away At this same location I had received full signals before 1 month now not getting any signals from jio.and iam also complained to customer care they not done yet

    I'm waiting since morning atleast a picture would come in Netflix but our ******* #jio was not capable, worst #4g ever. Please #banjio ban JIO #Jiocare . Atleast youtube video without bufferring in the middle with 240Pixels is not helping. @cyber please take necessary action

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have addressed an issue , yet no response. Without using a data the whole night, and getting a msg stating that I have used 80% of Jio data. Why is this like that in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh. When am in Bangalore the data is sufficient, bt in kkd its not

    As I ported to airtel from jio. I thought airtel is going well but now airtel isn't getting 2g or 3g signal! Now I'm trying to port to jio within a week if airtel doesn't corrected the problem! @airtelindia @reliancejio

    @JioCare Your engineer ask money first without even checking network and after paying money refused to install as there is no network... Standard SCAM... & follow up on X for refund as there is no way to raise the issue... Dont Go for Jio Airfiber....

    How does one even contact @reliancejio or raise a complaint? There appears to be no customer support number to reach a human. The service has been down for over 4 hours, and there’s still no update or acknowledgment from the team. Pathetic customer experience. @reliancejio @JioCare

    Dear @JioCare, Raised a complaint yesterday at 6:23 PM (Service Request: SR000038F8VJ), yet no engineer has been assigned even after 24 hours. When I contacted the local office, I was told service is "not possible today" due to an employee strike. After insisting, they vaguely said "maybe by evening." Customers shouldn't suffer because of internal issues. This is highly irresponsible and unacceptable. Kindly resolve the issue immediately. #JioFiber #PoorService #CustomerExperience
