I'm waiting since morning atleast a picture would come in Netflix but our ******* #jio was not capable, worst #4g ever. Please #banjio ban JIO #Jiocare . Atleast youtube video without bufferring in the middle with 240Pixels is not helping. @cyber please take necessary action

@reliancejio @JioCare I have addressed an issue , yet no response. Without using a data the whole night, and getting a msg stating that I have used 80% of Jio data. Why is this like that in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh. When am in Bangalore the data is sufficient, bt in kkd its not

@reliancejio i am Ravi. I am using jio network from starting. But i never feel it's 4G. It's always coming good plans, but we feel it here below 3G speed. We complaining, but not resolved. Plz improve jio signals

@JioCare sir, Please respond to my mail In my location there is no signals in my village at present From city 3km away At this same location I had received full signals before 1 month now not getting any signals from jio.and iam also complained to customer care they not done yet

@JioCare Faizan, instead of apologies why wont you share the exact reason. Money been received then in returning why delay ?in simple language its a sheer case of harassment to an old customer who was using it for the past 6 years. Very unprofessional attitude at all.

MyJio app on my phone has consumed almost 1GB in a couple of minutes, that too in background. I called the customer care regarding this, but they disconnected the call twice after hearing my problem. Totally unprofessional behaviour from you guys!!@reliancejio @JioCare @rsprasad
