    @JioCare sir, Please respond to my mail In my location there is no signals in my village at present From city 3km away At this same location I had received full signals before 1 month now not getting any signals from jio.and iam also complained to customer care they not done yet

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have addressed an issue , yet no response. Without using a data the whole night, and getting a msg stating that I have used 80% of Jio data. Why is this like that in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh. When am in Bangalore the data is sufficient, bt in kkd its not

    @reliancejio i am Ravi. I am using jio network from starting. But i never feel it's 4G. It's always coming good plans, but we feel it here below 3G speed. We complaining, but not resolved. Plz improve jio signals

    @JioCare I'm sure you will resolve this issue before renewal on 29th June 2023. So I can renew this again. None of you 1800,--- ---- is working. Ridiculous 🙄😒

    @JioCare How are you Jio Fiber Team, I hope you are doing fine. My issue still persists, JioFiber member completely deny to come at my address for device pick up. I'm really frustrating. Pls resolve the issue asap, if not then i will escalate the issue to consumer court for compensation.

    @JioCare This is not about urgency but your commitment with the customer why it is getting reschedued from past one week every time without any intimation I am just keep on waiting and your representative even doesn't pick the call or give the reschedule intimation
