@reliancejio i am Ravi. I am using jio network from starting. But i never feel it's 4G. It's always coming good plans, but we feel it here below 3G speed. We complaining, but not resolved. Plz improve jio signals

I'm waiting since morning atleast a picture would come in Netflix but our ******* #jio was not capable, worst #4g ever. Please #banjio ban JIO #Jiocare . Atleast youtube video without bufferring in the middle with 240Pixels is not helping. @cyber please take necessary action

@reliancejio @JioCare I have addressed an issue , yet no response. Without using a data the whole night, and getting a msg stating that I have used 80% of Jio data. Why is this like that in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh. When am in Bangalore the data is sufficient, bt in kkd its not

@JioCare sir, Please respond to my mail In my location there is no signals in my village at present From city 3km away At this same location I had received full signals before 1 month now not getting any signals from jio.and iam also complained to customer care they not done yet

Stay away from @reliancejio @JioCare for such type of fraud. I am suffering and not getting refund. First they reschedule to 21/06 and then tomorrow and customer is not informed if today’s appointment is cancelled

@JioCare very bad service provider is called jio around 1 year to complaint to care number of tweet and mail send to customer care and higher authority but this company is totally lazy no one is help us my family every person use the jio sim but internet speed like 2G.

@JioCare SR00001BOOAC this is my complain registered for my jiofiber which should have been resolved by now but it has not been yet. I have made numerous calls regarding this and every time i was disappointed. If you can't resolve this issue let me know I'll switch.
