This issue has already been pending for several months. Despite repeated written assurances and your personal commitment, no concrete resolution has been delivered till date. An open-ended assurance without accountability is not acceptable. Therefore, this is to place on record: 👉 I am allowing time till 30th April 2026 for Jio Fiber to resolve this matter positively, including refund of the due amount and a clear written closure. 👉 In case of failure to resolve by this date, I will proceed from 1st May onwards with formal escalation to: • DoT grievance portal • Consumer Commission • Other legal remedies available under law Please treat this as a final opportunity to resolve the matter amicably. Vinod Bindana (@Vinod_Bindana) reported@reliancejio My internet speeds are terrible with Jio. I pay for 100mbps, but it barely hits 5mbps unless I restart the router, and even then, it only lasts for 5 minutes. I can't even get in touch with customer service or report the issue.
