@reliancejio i am Ravi. I am using jio network from starting. But i never feel it's 4G. It's always coming good plans, but we feel it here below 3G speed. We complaining, but not resolved. Plz improve jio signals

As I ported to airtel from jio. I thought airtel is going well but now airtel isn't getting 2g or 3g signal! Now I'm trying to port to jio within a week if airtel doesn't corrected the problem! @airtelindia @reliancejio

@JioCare sir, Please respond to my mail In my location there is no signals in my village at present From city 3km away At this same location I had received full signals before 1 month now not getting any signals from jio.and iam also complained to customer care they not done yet

@reliancejio @JioCare I have addressed an issue , yet no response. Without using a data the whole night, and getting a msg stating that I have used 80% of Jio data. Why is this like that in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh. When am in Bangalore the data is sufficient, bt in kkd its not

I'm waiting since morning atleast a picture would come in Netflix but our ******* #jio was not capable, worst #4g ever. Please #banjio ban JIO #Jiocare . Atleast youtube video without bufferring in the middle with 240Pixels is not helping. @cyber please take necessary action

@JioCare All know well that UPC generated by MCH; but Jio has stopped the service to request of customer to generate UPC by messages to 1900 by PORT. Very shameless activity of Jio. This activity may loss it's customer. Resume sending messages to 1900.

@JioCare I am using Jio broadband registered with mobile number 9971064443 I am not able to connect my Alexa while using Jio broadband, but it works well with other networks. I tried with my mobile hotspot as well as my neighbors Airtel broadband. So looks like some glitch my my network.

@JioCare That’s why called Jio customer care. Similar thing happened with me in the past as well, but I disconnected after some wait. This time I kept waiting for your customer agent to come back, but I was put on hold forever and finally disconnected.
