@reliancejio @JioCare Have two Jio numbers. 1 for Joifi and 2nd for Mobile phone but of no use at my native place Ahirauli Baghel. No network ever since I started using Jio around 3 years ago. Come to rescue @airtelindia.

@JioCare I've booked a engineer visit due to connectivity issue after several appointment been made nobody has visited yet. No solution has been found after constant calls and mails. Unhappy with the after sales service.
