    Hello @JioCare sir in my village pritam sah k tola,post+ p.s-Hathua(Gopalganj,Bihar) the speed of jio is too worst,in day to even after 8pm it take 6-7min to send a single text message of whatsap or Instagram.Kindly🙏 look into it,we have done alot of complaints but not solve yet

    @reliancejio @JioCare Have two Jio numbers. 1 for Joifi and 2nd for Mobile phone but of no use at my native place Ahirauli Baghel. No network ever since I started using Jio around 3 years ago. Come to rescue @airtelindia.

Address: Bada koirwli, Hathua, Pin code:841436 in 100 Miter radius there is two tower, signal is healthy but internet speed is max 2 max 10-20 kbps. My neighborhood is also facing same issue

    @JioCare 7th day and down! no person has checked the issue ! same tower ...others are able to access internet and no such issue of fiber cut ! Technicians are misguding management!

    @JioCare The problem is someone has to answer my call and give a timeline, the problem is I have no timeline , no response TAT and no update as to what is happening, we work from home and my work is fully hampered.
