Hello @JioCare sir in my village pritam sah k tola,post+ p.s-Hathua(Gopalganj,Bihar) the speed of jio is too worst,in day to even after 8pm it take 6-7min to send a single text message of whatsap or Instagram.Kindly🙏 look into it,we have done alot of complaints but not solve yet

Address: Bada koirwli, Hathua, Pin code:841436 in 100 Miter radius there is two tower, signal is healthy but internet speed is max 2 max 10-20 kbps. My neighborhood is also facing same issue

Hello @JioCare I ported my number in @reliancejio because of network issue in my previous network operator. But you are worse than that. Your internet speed is just at 2G level. I can't even chat on whatsapp at evening. What type of pathetic service is this ? 😡

@JioCare I'm using your broadband for the past few months, and I'm disappointed with the services. Network barely available in the room next to which the wifi is installed. Hardly getting internet even in 15 ft range. I think I made a huge mistake by installing jiofiber. Shame!!!
