  @reliancejio Almost every area in Visakhapatnam has Jio Fiber connectivity. The very next neighbour of mine has it. But when it comes to me house. They say "We don't have box on poles for service", it's going since 7 months. I had BSNL earlier. Shall I shift back to it?

  @JioCare Day 6 from cancellation, still no response of Device pickup or any sms, mails, etc. They show no interest in customer cancellation issues. Lerthagic Resolution. SR000016OCG9. The link to track SR is of namesake.

  @JioCare @reliancejio @AmbaniHu hi just want to draw your attention to a big loophole in jio customer service qhich might help to improve....if someone diaconnected the connection and try to get any ingo regarding refund or another query, there is no option

  And it seems like @reliancejio has trained their Customer Service/Support team so well to say only one line "your issue get resolved within 24 hours sir/madam" they are master & shameless at the same time to repeat the same line everytime you call them
