    @reliancejio @JioCare Have two Jio numbers. 1 for Joifi and 2nd for Mobile phone but of no use at my native place Ahirauli Baghel. No network ever since I started using Jio around 3 years ago. Come to rescue @airtelindia.

    Hello @JioCare sir in my village pritam sah k tola,post+ p.s-Hathua(Gopalganj,Bihar) the speed of jio is too worst,in day to even after 8pm it take 6-7min to send a single text message of whatsap or Instagram.Kindly🙏 look into it,we have done alot of complaints but not solve yet

    @JioCare Hi Nikita and Team I am paying for 100 MBPS plan but geting only 40 MBPS max in my Jio Fiber connection. I have tried to raised this concern to the Customer Care. But every time I was either handled by some AI bots both in app and in WhatsApp!! Please help !!

    Very pathetic service is provided by @reliancejio and also team member of jio fibre threatened me to share OTP before completion of ticket i.e raised by me. That was my bad day, i changed my internet connection from @airtel to @reliancejio.

    @listenshahid @JioCare Believe #Airtel has been worst. In 2020, they fleeced customers by a lure offer of ~ Rs 6K for 6 mo 4G internet with TV streaming service. Leave TV, even net was sub 3G. Complaint to @manojsinha_ ji too on this natwarlal co. wasn't responded.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Worst service by Jio - Even after multiple times slots getting assigned for fixing my jio issue. No one had appeared and no customer care executive agent had shared a proper response and continued to give false promise to customers.

    @JioCare The service is already available in the building, it is about so called “representatives” who are not interested in providing a connection. I called them, messaged them and yet no response.
