@reliancejio @JioCare Have two Jio numbers. 1 for Joifi and 2nd for Mobile phone but of no use at my native place Ahirauli Baghel. No network ever since I started using Jio around 3 years ago. Come to rescue @airtelindia.

Hello @JioCare sir in my village pritam sah k tola,post+ p.s-Hathua(Gopalganj,Bihar) the speed of jio is too worst,in day to even after 8pm it take 6-7min to send a single text message of whatsap or Instagram.Kindly🙏 look into it,we have done alot of complaints but not solve yet

@JioCare @JioCare: Sent DM as you have suggested. Past Jio DM responses provided no solution to my connection problem in June 2021. Had to discontinue JioFiber. Let me know how I can get a service person to check out my Jio connection and modem. I would like to get reconnected.

@JioCare Jio has given us 555 services in recharge of 777, 222 extra rupees taken for hotstar vip neither refunded nor vip subscription got saddened by this fraud i am porting out from jio tell such term and condition who don't know us or any customer. Shame on you @reliancejio

@JioCare Either you ppl have not understood my complaint or want to run away from the issues insted of solving them. Check ur DM once again. Good that I have cancld the connection within 10-12 days only. Reason- WORST SUPPORT FROM Your Technician/installation team during the issue faced.

@JioCare @reliancejio I am struggling to get constant speed of jio fiber as well network is also not stable. I work in an IT company and need to work everyday with stable connection for 10-12 hrs. Should I expect to get good service or should I regret to use Jio worst service.

Ordered few things in jio Mart which came with broken honey bottle and rest of the products filled with honey and broken glass. Jio Mart team advices to keep the products with me in same state for 3 days with honey on it and customer care PPL are cutting my calls.Worst!! @JioCare
