  Hello @JioCare sir in my village pritam sah k tola,post+ p.s-Hathua(Gopalganj,Bihar) the speed of jio is too worst,in day to even after 8pm it take 6-7min to send a single text message of whatsap or Instagram.Kindly🙏 look into it,we have done alot of complaints but not solve yet

  @JioCare Still same issue today from half n hour very slow internet. @JioCare Today my monthly plan will end so I will not recharge until I get satisfactory reply or call. This month I will recharge my Airtel sim.

  @reliancejio service Request No. SR000035YOBP. Wifi is dead since 4 days and nobody came to rectify. I get a message every evening that the appointment has been rescheduled as per MY REQUEST. never made any such request. Customer care isn't sharing local engineer number. Now?

  @JioCare @reliancejio you guys are literally hopeless and your technicians are even pathetic. The fiber connection is down 4 more than 24 hours now there is no way to contact you guys. Only raise a query & same message gets repeated on every call ,no genuine concern 4 customer
