    @reliancejio @JioCare Have two Jio numbers. 1 for Joifi and 2nd for Mobile phone but of no use at my native place Ahirauli Baghel. No network ever since I started using Jio around 3 years ago. Come to rescue @airtelindia.

    @JioCare I purchased jiophone,when someone called I am not receive anything,inthe receiver side it told busy and automatically cut the call. What's happening? I can't do anything with this new phone,don't have options for change network

    @reliancejio Customer care called me and told me that if you recharge 98, you will get 1 month validity. But I have 15 days validity.I can't get one month validity. I have been cheated. You customer cere service very bad.He/she cut off the call without hearing the whole thing.

    @JioCare @JioCare I just now talked to Mr Pankaj Sharma from Jio Fiber in Kota Rajasthan whom I submitted the device. He told me that he has not received any communication from Jio Social Media team for any escalation. Are you seriously escalating the issue? Why refund not done till now?

    @JioCare That is absolutely illegal and malpractice. If you are not providing the service the how can you charge for that duration? Is it legal to charge for the duration during which service was not provided? @CCS_IIPA
