Jio internet is such a pain for citizens of Kishanganj Bihar Download speed 0.5 Kbps and Upload 0.2Kbps ... We should look for better option in area of network providers. I think some other Network will give good coverage. @reliancejio @jiocare @_DigitalIndia

@JioCare what is the problem why can I get my refund and not even getting any reply from you people. First you people said 90 days then 15 days then again 7 days and now 7 days also completed but still no refund. And now saying earliest what does it means will I ever get refund.

@reliancejio I have been using JIO fiber and recently I have been facing issues with internet connection but after making multiple companies at the costumer service, no one has provided me with a solution. I am really disappointed by jio fiber services.

Hi @JioCare @reliancejio I am unable to receive calls/ SMS on my JIO SIM in the midst of this pandemic. Even unable to recharge. Getting "Your service is currently suspended. You will need to reactivate your service online or by calling Jio care before you can recharge." Help
