@JioCare No solution by jio at all. I have suggested administration to lose jio and switch to different network like @airtel and @Bsnl they are far better than you and guess what people started switching after lockdown more people will get their MNP done . Thanks for no support @JioCare

My honorable PM Sir @narendramodi ji , You said download @Arogyasetu in phone , we did. But in my area @JioCare is not providing internet properly and our app is keeping on saying that connect to internet. As we requested care to fix it but they are not solving it,Please Help.

Jio internet is such a pain for citizens of Kishanganj Bihar Download speed 0.5 Kbps and Upload 0.2Kbps ... We should look for better option in area of network providers. I think some other Network will give good coverage. @reliancejio @jiocare @_DigitalIndia

Dear @reliancejio, it is very hurtful that #jio agents mislead customers to sell high rate packs, avoid to provide the correct details so that they can earn high commissions. When contacted for clearance, they avoid the calls and messages. What a cheated customer should do?

Iam using Google Pixel 6A. I upgraded software and everything,but iam not able get the 5G service. Using another SIM on the device iam able to receive the 5G. But the jio is showing like this. I think @JioCare @reliancejio Can help me.

@JioCare Model name is "A2459" Device is Ipad pro 11 inch cellular + wifi Supported bands have the 2 jio specific 5g bands ie. N28 and N78. Your 5g transmits over these two bands. Everything is in order. Jio Won't support to @Apple Ipad Pro. When will you enable 5g for Apple Ipad pro?
