    Jio internet is such a pain for citizens of Kishanganj Bihar Download speed 0.5 Kbps and Upload 0.2Kbps ... We should look for better option in area of network providers. I think some other Network will give good coverage. @reliancejio @jiocare @_DigitalIndia

    @JioCare No solution by jio at all. I have suggested administration to lose jio and switch to different network like @airtel and @Bsnl they are far better than you and guess what people started switching after lockdown more people will get their MNP done . Thanks for no support @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare Recently 8 days back we port number to Jio. From day 1 face problem,unable to receive calls, always shows phone out of coverage area, visited to jio store, try to resolve issue through live chat, all in vain.

    @amazonIN one of the 3rd class services, order was placed for one item and delivering something else. Despite of many complain neither correct item got replaced nor balance amount received back. @reliancejio is 1000 time better on call problem get resolve.

    @JioCare Hi Why Jio do not expend fiber network in this days of WFH.... In my area i can see mulitple connections od jio fiber why they do reject new request for connection saying our capacity is full and connot offer. Pin code 422013

    @reliancejio @JioCare nobody cares to connect over a complaint raised for non service of internet for the last 24 hrs. If I am not contacted by an engineer in the next 30 mins, i am disconnecting my jio fibre connection today itself. Complaint id SR000016UWID.
