My honorable PM Sir @narendramodi ji , You said download @Arogyasetu in phone , we did. But in my area @JioCare is not providing internet properly and our app is keeping on saying that connect to internet. As we requested care to fix it but they are not solving it,Please Help.

Jio internet is such a pain for citizens of Kishanganj Bihar Download speed 0.5 Kbps and Upload 0.2Kbps ... We should look for better option in area of network providers. I think some other Network will give good coverage. @reliancejio @jiocare @_DigitalIndia

@JioCare No solution by jio at all. I have suggested administration to lose jio and switch to different network like @airtel and @Bsnl they are far better than you and guess what people started switching after lockdown more people will get their MNP done . Thanks for no support @JioCare

@reliancejio Jio Fiber Service that hardly connects! Worst service experience. Nothing works, including complaints by phone, emails, WhatsApp, twitter!? Jio agents are cheats and focus purely on earning commission. They do not complete installation properly & rush for new jobs to earn more

@Airtel_Presence airtel doesn't care. What a fraud. Complained over handle and dm the problem too, but no reply. @JioCare what is the procedure to port from airtel postpaid to jio postpaid. These @airtelindia losers say I am a platinum customer yet don't listen. Pathetic. 😡

@JioCare If u have really raised a service request u must be knowing my jio fibr id & thereby my address & jio sim related to that. The jio sim, address, building no. area is same and in all part, where I m facing network issues. Now take the investigation further as mentioned by u above.
