Jio internet is such a pain for citizens of Kishanganj Bihar Download speed 0.5 Kbps and Upload 0.2Kbps ... We should look for better option in area of network providers. I think some other Network will give good coverage. @reliancejio @jiocare @_DigitalIndia

@JioCare No solution by jio at all. I have suggested administration to lose jio and switch to different network like @airtel and @Bsnl they are far better than you and guess what people started switching after lockdown more people will get their MNP done . Thanks for no support @JioCare

Pathetic @JioCare services in my area for the past 1 week or so. To complaint about their services, when I reach out to their customer service, I had to wait 30-35 mins twice and yet no one takes my call. Would you guys care responding or should I opt for other operator?
