Jio internet is such a pain for citizens of Kishanganj Bihar Download speed 0.5 Kbps and Upload 0.2Kbps ... We should look for better option in area of network providers. I think some other Network will give good coverage. @reliancejio @jiocare @_DigitalIndia

@JioCare No solution by jio at all. I have suggested administration to lose jio and switch to different network like @airtel and @Bsnl they are far better than you and guess what people started switching after lockdown more people will get their MNP done . Thanks for no support @JioCare

@reliancejio @exploreIMC You need to increase capacity in my area first. Multiple complaints but during peak hours, the ping win be very high. Pages load slow, games can't be played, no videos. (Don't ask me to restart phone, insert sim in slot 1, move to good coverage area etc etc which won't work)
