  Jio internet is such a pain for citizens of Kishanganj Bihar Download speed 0.5 Kbps and Upload 0.2Kbps ... We should look for better option in area of network providers. I think some other Network will give good coverage. @reliancejio @jiocare @_DigitalIndia

  @JioCare No solution by jio at all. I have suggested administration to lose jio and switch to different network like @airtel and @Bsnl they are far better than you and guess what people started switching after lockdown more people will get their MNP done . Thanks for no support @JioCare

  @JioCare It's been 48 hrs now....no engineer came to repair/service and no updates from JioCare. seems that JIO only cares about money and not customers. My working day got completely wasted due to internet issue.not sure why it is taking so long to resolve issue.
