@JioCare No solution by jio at all. I have suggested administration to lose jio and switch to different network like @airtel and @Bsnl they are far better than you and guess what people started switching after lockdown more people will get their MNP done . Thanks for no support @JioCare

Jio internet is such a pain for citizens of Kishanganj Bihar Download speed 0.5 Kbps and Upload 0.2Kbps ... We should look for better option in area of network providers. I think some other Network will give good coverage. @reliancejio @jiocare @_DigitalIndia

I didn't get signal I tried calling @reliancejio cstmr care consecutively for 5 times I opted for Tamil but they were speaking Hindi I asked to transfer d call but they aborted the call after putting it on hold all the time really frustrating Im planing to switch to @airtelindia

Hi @reliancejio I took the Jio Fiber Connection on 23rd October. At that time your Salesperson told me if I recharge 3moth at that time then I will get 1 month extra.. But still I haven't got that 1 month extra. Customer care & sales person is not helping now.
