Jio internet is such a pain for citizens of Kishanganj Bihar Download speed 0.5 Kbps and Upload 0.2Kbps ... We should look for better option in area of network providers. I think some other Network will give good coverage. @reliancejio @jiocare @_DigitalIndia

@JioCare Constantly means how much time you require, everything before the due date you start harassing us to recharge by IVR. And after recharge not able to provide proper service . Soon you are going to face the consequences just check my history of complaints , nothing resolved

@JioCare Lodged my complaint today at 9.57am regarding non accessibility to internet. One person came at 10.27am. He was unable to trace the fault and told us that Engineer will visit at 4.00PM. Now the time is 4.50pm no body came at this time.Registered mobile no is 7827238262

@JioCare there was an issue with our connection. Your technicians refused to attend the call as there was a device mismatch. We've since moved on to another provider. What I fail to understand is what's stopping you from taking back the device. Pathetic service in Hyderabad
