I have suggested administration to lose jio and switch to different network like @airtel and @Bsnl they are far better than you and guess what people started switching after lockdown more people will get their MNP done . Your engineer visited and confirmed that the outdoor unit is continuously rebooting and unable to lock onto the 5G signal (signal light never turns green).
