I have suggested administration to lose jio and switch to different network like @airtel and @Bsnl they are far better than you and guess what people started switching after lockdown more people will get their MNP done . I'm tired of calling customer care and your technicians who are only making promises and doing nothing. I have sent an email to the Nodal officer of Jio (UP West) If my JioFiber doesn't get fixed soon, I will file a complaint on Government's Department of Telecommunications.
