I have suggested administration to lose jio and switch to different network like @airtel and @Bsnl they are far better than you and guess what people started switching after lockdown more people will get their MNP done . Advice me if I need close the Jio Fibre & will inform neighbours as well to throw the jio router box in garbage. Go for Airtel/Vodafone/BSNL as new connection.

Last complaint was raised on 12th technician scheduled for 13th, but it was resolved on 16th by simply resetting the modem—which I can do myself. The issue returned within hours. Need proper solution for issue.

Between Jio Fiber's terrible service and shoddy engineering maintenance, this is the last month I'm using Jio; I'm switching to Airtel Fiber next.
