I have suggested administration to lose jio and switch to different network like @airtel and @Bsnl they are far better than you and guess what people started switching after lockdown more people will get their MNP done . The issue is reported on the jio care toll free number. The executive is not ready to register complaint and telling that everything is ok. She cannot send technician.
