I have suggested administration to lose jio and switch to different network like @airtel and @Bsnl they are far better than you and guess what people started switching after lockdown more people will get their MNP done . Ram Lanka (@iramlanka) reported@JioCare The only fix is to do a complete reset of the router. They raised multiple complaint tickets, visited the local Jio center and were told a technician will visit but no one comes. The customer care only wants to close tickets and doesn't care about the problem itself.
