    Jio internet is such a pain for citizens of Kishanganj Bihar Download speed 0.5 Kbps and Upload 0.2Kbps ... We should look for better option in area of network providers. I think some other Network will give good coverage. @reliancejio @jiocare @_DigitalIndia

    @JioCare I am a postpaid user, and jio is charging me twice for platform services, i.e. Rs. 209 more. When I had paid all my bills regularly. @DoT_India I am raising this issue for 5 days, but it is very inefficient service.

    @listenshahid @JioCare I had the worst experience. Within two months, I had to replace three connections. Lost Rs 4500 for paying for the devices and Rs 1500 was taken by a technician by fraud.

    @JioCare I think the issue is not going to be resolved. Instead of trying to port to Jio will prefer to stay with the earlier service provider.

    @JioCare internet speed is too slow in my area. Make it proper no such app running with mobile net pack. Such a disgusting thing. I'm using airtel x stream for internet.

    @TataPlayin @TataPlayBinge just pathetic technical support from your team. You are just minting money in way of relocating where I haven't relocated as well. No technician visit from last 10 days . Really pathetic support @JioCare plz help me in putting up your setup box .

    @JioCare Jio team Still my network issue not resolved, I think you are unable to resolve this issue,Bcoz we are requesting to last 1yrs you please check & resolve my issue but you are serious my network issue consion. Then we are decided to port to other company. Thanks jio team
