I have suggested administration to lose jio and switch to different network like @airtel and @Bsnl they are far better than you and guess what people started switching after lockdown more people will get their MNP done . I've been trying to change my e-sim from old phone to new phone, ran into issues and been trying to talk to customer support from 4 days, but no use. WhatsApp bot is useless. Sent someone to store, and that associate is asking me to come to store from US. What a stupid thing is this.
