@JioCare No solution by jio at all. I have suggested administration to lose jio and switch to different network like @airtel and @Bsnl they are far better than you and guess what people started switching after lockdown more people will get their MNP done . Thanks for no support @JioCare

Jio internet is such a pain for citizens of Kishanganj Bihar Download speed 0.5 Kbps and Upload 0.2Kbps ... We should look for better option in area of network providers. I think some other Network will give good coverage. @reliancejio @jiocare @_DigitalIndia

Worst Service by #jio @JioCare @JioFiberVoice Moved to a new location and was trying to relocate my #JioFiber. Booked an appointment on 13 March for relocation, since then I have called customer care 3-4 times & each time they moved the appointment to 4-5 hours later or next day.
