I have suggested administration to lose jio and switch to different network like @airtel and @Bsnl they are far better than you and guess what people started switching after lockdown more people will get their MNP done . Try to register a complaint through customer care number just a scripted computer voice say something and call get cut automatically. After that my register got complaint the engineer visit was yesterday.

Airtel and all other telecom operators globally do this and the hotspot detection happens at the network level using TTL Values.
