Jio internet is such a pain for citizens of Kishanganj Bihar Download speed 0.5 Kbps and Upload 0.2Kbps ... We should look for better option in area of network providers. I think some other Network will give good coverage. @reliancejio @jiocare @_DigitalIndia

@JioCare No solution by jio at all. I have suggested administration to lose jio and switch to different network like @airtel and @Bsnl they are far better than you and guess what people started switching after lockdown more people will get their MNP done . Thanks for no support @JioCare

@JioCare @reliancejio Very sorry to inform that the staff of office at Block C Bhai Randhir Singh Nagar, Ludhiana Punjab. Is mere useless. Unable to solve any problems 😭 of the clients. Make the clients visit the store again and again. May be because of 2 reasons.

Hello @reliancejio and @JioCare Today's I called to my best friend number. Both of us using jio sim card. When I called him at that time same number call transfer to another person. How this possible !? both having enough network coverage so hard or soft handoff not possible.
