I have suggested administration to lose jio and switch to different network like @airtel and @Bsnl they are far better than you and guess what people started switching after lockdown more people will get their MNP done . Customer care has given conflicting responses, and the amount is still not credited. I also not getting any reply.

Customer care creates ticket every time. This ticket was created on 24th. Why is it so difficult to provide a stb?
