@JioCare No solution by jio at all. I have suggested administration to lose jio and switch to different network like @airtel and @Bsnl they are far better than you and guess what people started switching after lockdown more people will get their MNP done . Thanks for no support @JioCare

Jio internet is such a pain for citizens of Kishanganj Bihar Download speed 0.5 Kbps and Upload 0.2Kbps ... We should look for better option in area of network providers. I think some other Network will give good coverage. @reliancejio @jiocare @_DigitalIndia

@reliancejio @JioCare What is the RRFL FinInstlmnt fee being charged in my Invoice every month? Is it landline service (which is supposed to be free), or is it hardware equipment (you already charged 1500 for installation initially)? Whatever it is, the customer needs to know.

@JioCare Detail has been verified on 27 November but till todays no installation of jio fiber setup box take place. I just want to know why jio fiber service has not been taken place for 7 days. But when jio fiber promise for 72 hours for installation.
