I have suggested administration to lose jio and switch to different network like @airtel and @Bsnl they are far better than you and guess what people started switching after lockdown more people will get their MNP done . And in the new place I have to pay another Rs 1200/- for new connection but the old one still not refunded. Now customer care is clueless.
