    @Jeeveshu @reliancejio @JioCare I know JIO customer care is fairly good in almost everything, they might have an update for you i.e. if they are going to install another NW site in your area. Let's try that 22, in case already done...pls ignore

    @reliancejio @JioCare Koramangala Jio store is refusing to port to Jio Postpaid. I raised request in MyJio App for Home delivery of postpaid sim thrice,Jio support calls and tell they can't deliver postpaid sim. What kind of service is this!! 1/2

    @JioCare @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio My SRN SR00001BDYX1 has not been addressed by any technician or engineer yet in last 21hrs. They simply repeat, technical reasons taking time and no assurance yet. Very poor service. Please take immediate action and help in resolving this.

    I have a family postpaid plan too. Jio support not giving satisfactory responses to add child numbers under family plan. Can't I add 2 jio postpaid numbers from MP circle & 1 child number from Karnataka circle.Parent number being of MP circle. Pls confirm @reliancejio @JioCare
