@JioCare My jio wifi plan was activated on 27 january and i had recharged for 6 months. I also got 15 days or a month free for referrals coupan. Accordingly my plan should expire latest by 12 th august. Yesterday i received bill for june month to pay Rs. 133 how come? Pls help.

@JioCare I have explained it many times that your service engineer was not coming to pick the router and it crossed the mark of 60 days and I have also complained about it so if you have eyes then see that complaint. And the pick up boy also took bribe from me.

@reliancejio I have a complain of complain no (MR00012H8GG8) on 21st June Today enquired again about status but your customer care team is worst and the don't have any common sence. I have 4 sim , using since 4-5 years but presently service became worst, sim are showing cross ❌

What is the issue with jio network @JioCare ?? So much call dropping and also no solution from your customer executive. In my number call incoming call is not coming. Can you please solve this issue asap. @JioCare @reliancejio
