    @reliancejio It still needs an expansion in service. I Paid for Fiber in Feb and it wasn’t installed by the due date, Later they refused to provide connection due to some technical error and refunded my money in around 50 days (due date was a week).Till today there’s no service in my area

    @reliancejio @JioCare Frustrating onboarding experience. False promises regarding installation time. They have kept me hanging from yesterday. They keep rescheduling my appointment without my consent. I will wait for 2 more hours and then I will cancel and go with @airtelindia

    @JioCare Everything is done,I was changed recently to new mobile the problem is reoccurring only for me, approximately 1Year onwards I'm facing the same issue.remaing callers are not facing any issue. Please look in to this issue and do need full.
