    1/2 Need help from @JioCare regarding reclaiming a permanently disconnected postpaid number. However, when I now try to reclaim the number through the portal, it shows: "Entered account & mobile number are not linked."

    @JioCare Hey, I have already raised the service request 5-6 without any resolution, everytime it is cancelled by the technicians. If there is no solution than refund my amount and let me move to Airtel.

    @JioCare Despite multiple complaints, no proper resolution has been provided yet. If the issue is not resolved within 2 days, I will be forced to port my number due to continuously poor network and internet service. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare it's been 3 days my aur fiber isn't working and also in my jio unable to book technician visit, what a pathetic service you have. Do the needful.
