    @JioCare voice call quality is too bad nowadays for the past 7 days for all customers. I did send a port message and even your customer care representative couldn't communicate properly. Take timely action otherwise you lose massive customers in the region. @reliancejio

    @JioCare @JioCare Send your engineer to my home immediately and fix this issue properly. I’m completely frustrated after 7+ days of poor service and useless replies. If this is not resolved now, I will remove and throw away the Jio Fiber connection permanently.

    @JioCare I have decided not to continue with Jio Fiber connection and it's evident that your team is incapable of providing quality service in my area. Kindly cancel my order and refund the amount I paid.

    @JioCare Thanks for the update, but it’s been 3+ days with no technician visit. If there are no available slots, Jio should recruit more Home Care Engineers instead of making customers wait indefinitely. STB issue (SR00002L9G3C) is still unresolved. Service down since 21 May.

    @JioCare This kind of Bakbas i learnt from the yesterday but i have not seen 1% improvement for this Esc. Have you any TAT to fix my issue? Please revert me point to point ans, i am not interested in this copy paste templates.

    @JioCare This is the worst customer service, it's already taken 4 days and u need more time. Ur person called me and said he is reaching in 15 mins & then i suddenly get message that it will take 24 hrs more. It's sad that u r not able to solve the complaint in 5 days & need 1 more day.
