@MiIndiaSupport @JioCare My issue is still not resolved yet. I still don't get a stable 5G connection. I only get either 4G or 4G+. Whenever I reboot my phone, only then I get 5G+, but it doesn't last long, it automatically falls back to 4G/4G+. PLEASE SUGGEST! #frustration

@SushantBSinha @JioCare @airtelindia The range of Airtel Xtreme modem is very poor. To stream videos or audio, you need to connect your device with a LAN cable or use the 5 GHz band. Other family members can use the 2 GHz band for other tasks.

@JioCare what pathetic service - service engineers automatically cancel requests without visiting and resolving. Customer care repeats the same set of canned lines with no resolution. Jio expects everyone to be available as per their convenience and not customers.

@JioCare why jio fiber service is not available in Jogeshwari (east), mumbai? Many people applied, multiple times, but the fiber service has not installed in our area.
