    @JioCare pathetic connectivity n 4g service, i had switched over hoping better services in metro city atleast.But really bad connectivity,regretting it 🤦.even for this message had to switch on Airtel net.@reliancejio team oblivious n takes a ostrich approach for customer issues

    Even local internet service providers are best compared to @JioCare facing issue since day 1. Executive visits randomly and says issue not assigned to me contact customer care. Then who are going to refund my money I don’t need this kind of service.

    @JioCare Hy , Complain still not resolved.only thing i am getting from jio team is a person visits my place and providing me suggestions to close the connection as we are unable to resolve this issues is this what jio is claiming of best customer service.
