    @JioCare Can you just fix your damn service already? My JioFiber has been down since yesterday. I even booked a service visit, and no one has shown up. When I call customer care, it says there’s an outage in the area—but somehow I’m the only one dealing with this. Is there any actual fix for this issue?

    @JioCare I don’t understand what you are trying to resolve and why this is taking so long. If someone has raised a complaint so many times, it should have been resolved by now. Seeing the same responses for almost two weeks makes me doubt how and when this will actually be sorted.

    @JioCare Paid ₹2500, got receipt ₹2222. ₹278 taken without bill. Staff refused and threatened to cancel the connection. Installation done. Complaint raised with DoT & NCH. Need refund & action ASAP.

    Avoid @reliancejio Fiber. It’s been 45 days and I’m still waiting for my security deposit refund. Customer support is non-existent, no responses, no updates. Extremely frustrated with the lack of service. Taking this to the Consumer Forum next. 🚩 #JioFiber #BadService @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare If you disconnect my service without fixing my billing and thereby steal the 365rs you owe me, il retaliate even further. Even after countless escalation this issue. Dumb ppl cant even understand billing not adjusted after downgrading plan. Dont comment promo offer here now.
