I ported my #airtel sim to postpaid #jio due the signal problem in airtel. From last 2 to 3 months jio signals also deteriorating day by day. Whats app also reconnecting several times in minutes. Sending messages are getting failed. I have 4sim of jio same problem in all @JioCare

By December I will switch to @reliancejio from @Airtel_Presence due to network issues. Near by my home a jio tower is under construction. Several time I made complain. No resolution made.

@JioCare Hi. I called jio area sales person. He is asking to take a new connection of 3 months plan, for which the connection will be started in 1hr. But where as it has been more than 24hrs for a resolution on my service request/ complaint. Why such discrimination for old customers.
