When I went to @JioCare Manjeri,Kerala Mr. Mahesh, Head of Jio Fibre told me that he can only send a mail and cannot assure that my problem will get solved. He also suggested me that If I want I can move legally through consumer court. Is this the responsibility of @JioCare ?

@TRAI we are paying full amount for the service we are using of both @reliancejio and also of @VodafoneGroup But the rate of i am facing call drop is unbearable isn t this amount to lack of service ?
