so I get bumped down to Basic. I call Netflix Support, spend 40mins to be told there's nothing they can do because it was initiated at Jio and they need to delink. I spend 20mins navigating @JioCare's atrocious call tree to FINALLY talk to a human being. And guess what - 2/n

@Airtel_Presence worest network in my city... last 2 years every day after 6 pm evening internet shutdown.. internet resume after 11pm.. lost of complaint file last 2 years but not resolved any complaint.. i am using @reliancejio internet to send this tweet

@JioCare What a pathetic service you are giving. Can't connect to customer care easily, of somehow connected, they'll bloody disconnect. Using 2G in the heart of Chennai on the name of 4G. Have some shame.
