Hey @Idea Internet speed is so slow around here and hardly able to make any calls. It used to work just fine before. I've been facing such issues for like a month now. Is nearby tower broke down or something. Using idea for so long but now i guess need to switch to @reliancejio

Using @reliancejio from past 2.5years but now a days facing many issues with speed, apart from that without consuming data warning msg (data exhaust) strikes don't know what's wrong with @JioCare Pls i don't want to switch my operator , humble request to fix this issue.

@JioCare Internet is very slow since last few weeks.I have 2 jio numbers & both are having same issues.On ground floor inside the house we r even facing issues even to send short messages on whatsapp. Jio app is suggesting that u r in low network area but no step in improving it

(2/3) @JioCare I have raised service request too,SR00001BZCLA for delay in response to relocation on 4th July. Whenever I call for support, they update me with some future date (5th, 6th, 8th and 9th July). No idea why only relocation orders are being rescheduled. @reliancejio
