@JioCare My area has 5g network but not updated on jio's website. The phone of my friend has 5g network and he received jio welcome offer. I couldn't receive a welcome offer.

@JioCare @reliancejio so bad experience with your network in my location..not the first time..given many complaints to upgrade network site ...but no improvement @TRAI please look into this matter...it's a kind of harassment after doing big recharge not getting said service.....

Dear @reliancejio @JioCare tower installed at my home from past 10 years. Fan is not working properly and causing noise pollution as well as mental harrasment. Complained to local officers several times still not resolved. Kindly look in to the matter on priority.

@JioCare Mobile phones and sim card have existed for years now. They never had to do this early announcement feature earlier and no one still died/incurred losses due to delay in recharging their phones! so will I receive interest on the advanced amount paid ?

@JioCare getting pre announcement for recharge before making calls is annoying. That is meaning less for me bcoz after completion of validity my call facility will automatically stop,and in that issues your care persons have no solution
