@beingmorrison @JioCare Jio is worst possibly everywhere. But they know the only criteria to capture Indian market is price. So they are thriving in spite of extremely poor customer support and a poorly designed app.

@JioCare 2 months since installed jio fiber wifi, horrible internet connection, need to call customer support 10-15 times, now today internet speed is too slow, neither able to ask for help on my jio app nor any customer support is talking on call..too much frustrated

Dear @reliancejio we are living in Agra UP and facing very critical network failure from past 1 wk. We are unable to access internet and calling facility. Told customer support but availed negative response. We are forced to switch to #airtel as you are not listening.

@reliancejio Fed up of turning Airplane mode on and off. No network. I have active data and calling plan and since I and my neighbours are unable to access network and calling, I want a compensation for the lost time and efforts and discomfort caused. #MukeshAmbani look into this
