    I did a recharge of ₹ 299 on jio sometime back but my money got deducted from the bank but network is not coming yet and jio employees are not giving any kind of help, better then airtel network works for me now go to airtel @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare @TheOfficialSBI I have recharged my Jio number 2 times amount got deducted but my account hasn’t recharged but amount deducted from my SBI account I have raised the complaint and Sbi and Jio team said amount will refund next 5 days but after that I Haven’t

    @JioCare Dear Sir I am Biswanath,Bina,Sagar,Mp.470113, apply for new jio fiber connection above One month ago, at that time jio fiber junction box is only 100 mts from my room. But till now connection not provided. Local service provider did not receive my phone.Nd HLP

    @reliancejio @JioCare My Fiber internet is not working last 2 days. I lodged a complaint yesterday morning. Technician visited and said they have escalated the complaint. Now no body is taking my call.

    @JioCare Hi. I have sent several messages on DM regarding unuthorised change of RMN and apparent cancellation of my subscription. Could I get a response atleast please.This is the second time I have faced service disruption/issues in just a week's time. The 1800 no. does not work
