@reliancejio today i booked a post paid connection online, jio excutive came to my place and took my biometric, adhar details and photo, since the number of my choice was not available the sale was cancelled, but later i found that a SIM was activated..help me cancel it.

@JioCare OMG i didn't know that all the 8 billion people are living in my area and using Jio network. @airtelindia @ViCustomerCare can you help in reducing the burden of Jio network? They are not capable of handling the load.

The worst support team award goes to @JioCare . No understanding, always a service request is generated and just gives a date of resolution after which no solution is provided. The service request is closed without any solution by Jio. Very disappointed with @reliancejio
