    I usually don’t post like this, but @JioCare has honestly become one of the worst networks ever. The network is so poor that you can’t even convert a DOCX file into a PDF without struggling. YouTube videos keep buffering, and basic internet tasks feel like a challenge. And JioCare on the app is even worse, just automated questions and answers that don’t even understand what you’re actually asking. Try calling customer care, and nobody picks up. At this point, what exactly are customers supposed to do? 😑

    @Neend_Ki_Rani @JioCare "Sun Raha Hai Naa Tu... Ro Raha Hu Main." This line perfectly describes my experience with Jio.So-called Jio 5G network, is unfortunately not even performing like a 3G network. Frequent signal loss, call failures, and extremely slow internet become a daily experience @JioCare

    @JioCare Partially, Technician visit today and check problem but technician told us it's not facing any problem but I am facing lagging and in between suddenly blink red light after 15 mins back green light so please initiate route replacement for free of cost to asap.
