    @JioCare @reliancejio I live in Vasai virar belt,it's been more than 40 hours with no network no internet from jio fiber. When will this issue will be resolved no update on it. If you can't provide internet atleast try to restore the voice calls atleast.

    @JioCare Dear Jio, @reliancejio Ive been facing this issue for the last 15 days In my area, Jio 5G automatically switches to 4G whenever theres even a brief power outage Why does 5Gdisappear so easily Im paying for an expensive recharge but I’m not getting a stable 5G experience

    @JioCare by when my jio home setup will be installed? The guy who did kyc after payment, he is not picking up the call and technician saying he doesn't have device and jio customer support ivr not connecting to human support. Order Number NO0001EF7MGW

    Bought JioAirFiber based on promises made during the sale, only to find the service doesn’t match what was advertised. This feels like clear mis-selling. Complaint raised: SR00003A7ZJD, but still no proper resolution. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Your Jio App is of no use..cannot create another SR if no one is acting on the old one as they updated status as resolved. If you want to support ...please raise a ticket and schedule engineer visi to check the modem.
