    I am frustrated by your service. My airfiber ODU device is not working, engineer told me to raise service request for replacement. It’s been 10 days and it’s not resolved. Their response is “ODU device is not available in supply” . @JioCare

    @JioCare Day 13 of complete JioFiber outage. At this point, I have to ask: has JioFiber withdrawn from my area? Paying advance rental was clearly my biggest mistake. JioCare's commitment to customers appears to end the moment the payment is received.

    @JioCare Hi @JioCare, 13 June at 6:00 PM is too late. My Wi-Fi is not working, and I need support now. Please escalate this and arrange a technician visit today itself. Waiting until 13 June is not acceptable. This kind of delay is not expected from Jio.

    My jio fibre connection no.+911293674226 is not working since yesterday. Complaint no. SR00002LPCG4 has not been resolved as yet. Pls get it fixed urgently. @JioCare @jio_fiber

    @JioCare Extremely Pathetic Service at Kalapathar, Cuttack Area(754009). We are facing 0 network connectivity in my Home, whereas the other networks works fine. Even the Kalapathar Main Market network issue happens all the time since last 1 and half years. Pls resolve this asap.
