  @JioCare I got this number from the technician who installed my Jio connection, his name is Pradeep Gupta (93725 05835) , when I called him today morning, shared my Complaint ID: SR00003AWSUV, he said he would send someone and now he is not answering my calls!

  @JioCare I want my money back. @jiocare, please respond to my request. I paid the full amount, but the installation was not completed and my request was cancelled without any proper resolution. This has been a very disappointing experience. @airtel's service are far better than Jio's.

  4/4 As a loyal customer, I genuinely feel misled and scammed by this experience. Either your representatives are giving false assurances to secure good ratings, or they aren’t properly trained on your policies. Both are unacceptable. I request @JioCare to investigate this

  @mukeshambani566 @JioCare @reliancejio sir it is informed that i live in r. K puram but 4 days has been passed my jio fiber is not working when i try to call customer care it always says problem in your area and will be resoled soon. Kindly provide solution or refund money
