    @JioHotstar @JioCare @reliancejio Your 899 plans gives access to jiohotstar mobile. However, I am still unable to access hotstar and asks me to pay for it... I went to jiohotstar for support and they say I should connect with Jio for getting this fixed. Please do the needful asap

    @JioCare "I do not want a new connection or a voucher. A Jio Fiber connection cannot be installed at my location due to a frequency issue. Please permanently cancel this order and refund my ₹807 directly to my source bank/UPI account immediately."

    @JioCare most importantly, no technician has even visited my new location yet. Customer care repeatedly disconnects my calls instead of escalating to a supervisor. This delay is severely impacting my work and causing me financial loss. Please resolve this immediately.

    @JioCare I just got msg on my registered no that now your internet services will start 2mmr .in today's time no internet for 3/4 days affects your work so badly even before some days I HD faced same problem ...very very poor service...highly disappointed

    @JioCare Refund my ₹1,200 reallocation amount immediately. You deactivated my service, no one has called me, your customer care is unreachable, and I'm getting no response anywhere. This is the worst support experience I've had. If this isn't resolved today I'll switch to Airtel

    @JioCare @reliancejio Really disgusting to see that you call center team is not enough capable to guide customer. Simple they disconnected the call. I have done my recharge against my jio fiber and still it is not reflecting. Can someone pls help me on high priority

    @JioCare Internet is down since 12 pm yesterday. Service request raised for 7 to 8 pm slot yesterday in which the engineer did not visit. No help from call centre either. No response to email as well. The slot to book now is only for 2nd July. Can i get any help l? SR00002M6R1A
