    @JioCare sorry to say your service is pathetic. I'm trying to resolve a sim issue for my cousin since a month now. There is no clear answer or accountability. Customer care point towards back office care and vice versa. No escalation done with the senior management. #Jio

    @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancejio I no longer want to continue with JioFiber. I’m planning to get an Airtel Fiber connection instead. Please tell me the process to disconnect/terminate my JioFiber connection and let me know what I need to do from my side.

    @reliancejio @reliancejioCare This is extremely disappointing! paid for 15months of JioFiber service in advance,yet my internet has been disconnected due to a system issue.Despite contacting customer care, there is still no resolution or accountability.

    @reliancejio @JioCare jio fiber in our house is not working for the past 5 days. The complaint was raised 20 August 2026 and the resolution date in the app was 21 August 2026. The request id is SR00003ELFQV. Still no engineer has been assigned to the case. When will it work?

    @JioCare No one is actually working on this issue. Every time I reset the device, the connection works fine for only 2 minutes, and then the same issue comes back. Please don’t just tell me that “the team is working on it.” I need an actual technical resolution. #jio #slowinternet
