    @JioCare You said the same thing 4 days ago. At that time at least 1 complaint status was open now even that complaint status has been closed. Pathetic service from Jio.

    @JioCare Thanks for the reply. But please explain by when will you get the issue resolved. What is the definition of earliest. Give me the specific time and date or issue me the refund. It's already been more than 60 hours. I can not stuck in this process anymore.

    @JioCare making fool to customer. I am chasing from past two month, no positive response. I booked jio connection for 6+1 month but they gave me 6 month and discontinued service. No on there to take action. I paid amount. Then after 3 day of use raised bill for a month again.
