    @JioCare Since 18 May 2026, my internet has been unusably slow. Multiple complaints were closed without fixing the issue. WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram & YouTube barely work. Please stop closing complaints and arrange a field engineer visit. @TRAI @GoI_MeitY

    @JioCare The emails are responded in 2-3 days with only partly answered response. They have definitely removed all the Human support and just relied on AI chat bots which is making our lives hell. I have made multiple payments for single month and my account is showing an advance payment
