    @JioCare @reliancejio All big IT companies are there & all employees are using hotspot from airtel user for upi payments. this issue is there for past 2 years yet I tried to inform you by raising complaint & you are now talking about future? There r more than 50k jio users in these 2 buildings @TRAI

    @JioCare You people can't do anything. You will play DM- DM only. Till 7-8pm network is ok. But after that internet speed worst. So better to move-out from your service. As soon as possible.

    @JioCare I want to close my Fiber connection. None of your options work. The app asks me to call a phone number. There is no option to raise a request not to talk to customer care. No response to my emails. Stop sending us in a loop.

    Ranchi's #jiotrue5g is an absolute joke. "True 5G Unlimited" exists only in ads—the actual speeds are terrible. File a complaint and all you get is empty promises, with zero improvement. If there were an award for the worst service provider, @reliancejio would easily be #1. 😡😡
