    @JioCare : This is to let you know that I have never experienced such pathetic customer service like what I am receiving for Jiofiber internet issue. A complaint was raised on 21st for an internet connectivity issue and the technician appointment is on the 25th!!!! seriously 🤨

    @JioCare In LOKHANDWALA COMPLEX, Andheri West, Mumbai. On 21st February JioFibre breakdown of 3-4 hrs. Again 3-4 hrs breakdown on 23rd. Simple. Your services are extremely poor in LOKHANDWALA COMPLEX, Andheri West, Mumbai

    Jio no. 9414034672 Recharged with plan of Rs. 2999/- on 16.10.2022 with free annual subscription of Hotstar+Disney, but the same not given and in this regard, talked with customer care no. 199 & denied it saying that the free subscription was available till august,2022 @JioCare

    @reliancejio my current location is garhar, orai , uttarpradesh 285001 In this location internet speed is very slow . I have complaint so many times .. but i have no resolution on this problem... Even i didn't send whatsap msg ... Kindly shortout this problem

    @JioCare Bcz of your poor wifi, 3-4 hrs breakdowns almost every day & lack of intention to provide service to customers, rude staff in call centre, I hv also taken wifi fm another vendor. So lost 10k that I paid to Jio

    Jio: Do you have bad network?? Me: Yeah, but i don't know why? Jio: It's because of me lol. Pay the money and i wouldn't provide you anything. Really disappointed because of @reliancejio ..I am using it only because I have recharged it for one year. @JioCare

    What is wrong with the Jio network after 5g?! Incoming calls aren't visible on my phone even though the call goes through for the other person on the line. Causing too many inconveniences & misunderstandings. Not to mention the pathetic internet speed. @reliancejio @JioCare
