    @ad_pharm "Network services" does they really have any such thing! I was frustrated with the services the same way you have been until I switched to @reliancejio I will suggest you to try the same @JioCare takes good care of their customers...

    It’s been 3 days and my #jiofiber net is still down, no site engineer has even got in touch with me and customer service is unwilling to escalate my case despite WFH necessity of net. Apart from horrible internet, @reliancejio also offers atrocious customer service it seems.

    @JioCare pathetic service from jio, I have requested for jio set top box, even paid 1000rs in advance, it's been 15 days now, no response from your side, even not able to call you. I feel helpless.

    @JioCare I ported my number to Jio network on 17 Jun. Last 2 days not receiving call from non Jio numbers. It tells "Number does not exists". I called customer care multiple times and always hear, the service would resume in few hours due to some technical issue. Pathetic Service

    Everytime @reliancejio sends me data warning , my #RedmiNote10pro goes onto endless notification loop and requires a restart for a fix. Is it normal?
