    @reliancejio Didn't expect this from jio even after tweeting once they didn't assist with the problem that I complaint about ,as I have described that I can't make a call or use the cellular data at my home town ,it's really disappointing that I've got no respond from jio.

    @JioCare After doing everything there is no change amazon prime still not working why we pay more if ur ott apps not working. Also many times i do compaint regarding network on same no also no work i thing this attitude only done when u are only single player in market

    @JioCare I request you to urgently arrange a technician visit today (07 March 2026) and resolve the issue at the earliest. If the issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate this matter further to higher authorities and the consumer grievance forum.

    @JioCare Dear Customer, Our JioFiber service engineer is on his way to your home ref Service Request Number. SR00002JQ3X8. Not sure it take more than a day to reach anyone's home in a city like Mumbai...Pathetic service provided
