@JioCare The engineers already came a couple of times and told that its "backend issue" whatever the hell that means and told the best they could do is reset the router which hasn't solved the problems and nearly all jiofiber customers have this issue. Thats why I have these two tickets

@JioCare The aligned visit has been rescheduled multiple times since 1st of May by your team. I don't think it takes over 4 days to come fix this. I've already DM'd you the details. Would be great if you could ensure that someone actually shows up during the allotted time.

@JioCare I also contacted the local supervisor and the manager with the same replies "it's backend issue and we can't do anything from our side". I also emailed jiocare and got useless automated replies. Get your act together @reliancejio @JioCare, I don't care if its frontend or backend
