    @sandy8193 @airtelindia @reliancejio The services is jio like airtel there is no difference I shall facing network problem from one year but toll date the problem is not resolved everytime he told share your contact no through DM message

    @reliancejio Didn't expect this from jio even after tweeting once they didn't assist with the problem that I complaint about ,as I have described that I can't make a call or use the cellular data at my home town ,it's really disappointing that I've got no respond from jio.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @TSConsumers customer I’d 900290994192 we have been reaching the customer service for invoice but we haven’t received anything and the service is disconnected without information. This is pathetic on your service. I would like to port to other network.

    @JioCare Ticket closed, issue unresolved. I had asked for disconnection of service and refund of amount to the executive who called today, would like to know the status of the same.

    @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio Fiber not working since friday so file a service request but no soluation since 3 days but today call for new connection the engineer on way. Not able to serve exiting then why new connection.🤦 @reliancegroup

    This is 2nd time I'm facing complete blackout in last 15 days. I pay 999 plus GST on monthly basis and if there is no service for 1 entire day, i lose approx 40/- without any service. Company must consider on extending validity in such cases @reliancejio @JioCare

    Deeply unsatisfied with JioFiber Customer Support. Registered a complaint two days back which was to be resolved within 24 hours but the issue still persists and they have closed the complaint ticket on their end. Would prefer shifting to a new connection! @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare Your advertisement in Jio portal about 999/- monthly jio fiber connections are faulting and cheats innocent customers. Please change before someone files a law suit against your service
