    @reliancejio Didn't expect this from jio even after tweeting once they didn't assist with the problem that I complaint about ,as I have described that I can't make a call or use the cellular data at my home town ,it's really disappointing that I've got no respond from jio.

    @JioCare Hey jio team when it will get resolved my issue still exists no one is taking any action on that again I lost 4 days of usage what the bullshit of network it was not service provided instantly and faster ask that engineer where is he ? Till there are no devices available?

    This SIM is linked with my bank accounts and Aadhaar, so it is extremely important for me. I have requested @reliancejio to allow online KYC, but they simply denied and requesting physically visit at their store. Kindly help in resolving this matter. Thank you.

    @JioCare @reliancejio My number was deactivated and customer care provided me with an activation code to reclaim it. However, the store says they’re unable to process it. Could you please assist in reactivating my number? This number is important to me.
