I'm using Jio fibre set top box. It's remote has some issue so I raised request for get a new remote 3 times, but still not recieved. This time no one visited and I got msg 'Your service request number SR00001BRWE2 for Engineer visit has been addressed.' @reliancejio @JioCare

@reliancejio the network is really pathetic from last couple of days. The upload speed is less than 10 kbps. I can't even open the google page also. Why should I pay so much money for this service. Monthly I am paying more than 700 rs. I want the refund.

@JioCare YouR JIO FIBER SALESPERSON DONE MISSALES. SUBSCRIPTION TAKEN BEFORE 10 DAYS BUT AFTERWARD NO ONE EVEN REPLY FOR INSTALLATION. YOU ALSO CREATE ONLY IVR CALL SERVICE FOR JIO FIBER SUBSCRIBER. WORST SERVICE AGAINST ADVERTISEMENT.

Hey @reliancejio , it would be better if I didn't have to hear that my validity is ending in 3 ******* DAYS, when i am calling the doctor FOR A ******* MEDICAL EMERGENCY. I am sure that other jio users are also very annoyed with this. Reminder should be given only one day prior
