After disconnecting my jio fiber connection (on Jio team) request and several calls to customer service number still I am waiting for my refund money which was supposed to be refunded within 14 days of device pickup. Will I get my money back? @reliancejio @JioCare @consaff

@JioCare Are you understanding the problem..! Even after the escalation. The problem is not being solved. Day by day they are rescheduling the appointment and no service engineer is calling me. This is really a worst service I have ever came across. @jio_fiber @reliancegroup
