Pathetic service by @JioCare - 75 hours and no restoration of service. Every complain is answered by stock reply that we should be patient. Details sent on DM to which no response. Will have to switch over to a more efficient service provider

@reliancejio I m Jio prepaid AND Fiber customer. Whenever I try to use #MyJio app it says "Our systems are not responding, please try sometime later"! A multi-million company cannot have their networks running ? @JioCare
