I have already tweeted about this many times.Still you don't treat this as a priority.The services are available just 2 kms away from my house.The jio social media team seems to be useless who is not informing the local team about this.

@JioCare my jio fibre connection is again down from 18th Nov 2020 Night lodged complaint but no complaint id provided. When called Jio Executive reply recd " Sir Cable has been disconnect by someone again from the poles can't say when the same will be repaired/replaced".

@JioCare THE APPROACH OF JIO TEAM IS VERY SLOW JUST KEEP MAILING THAT THE COVERAGE IS GOOD IN THIS AREA WHICH IS NOT TRUE WHY JIO IS NOT SENDING NETWORK TEAM TO VISIT THIS LOCATION THEY ARE JUST SENDING A MAIL WHICH IS HAVING NO RESULTS AT ALL

@JioCare I've cancelled the jio fiber connection registered with #9667556331 and service id#299940118577 .. returned setup box, router, both connector and remote ..it's been 5 days but there is no update of confirmation and refund
