    Dear @JioCare, I request the permanent disconnection of my JioFiber connection. Despite multiple complaints & email to the Nodal Officer, the issue remains unresolved. Kindly process the disconnection, stop further billing after closure,& arrange pickup of the JioFiber equipment

    Jio is now scamming their customer with a name of customer support. My cancelled JioFiber connection refund was marked as "Complete" by support, but NO money has been credited to my bank account. Checked all statements—zero transactions. No help from jio. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare your internet connection doesn't seem to be very much around the area of Saravanampatti, Coimbatore. I primarily stay there. There's network usage needed. Do something or I might have to switch to @airtelindia

    @JioCare there are no words for your terrible service. Its been 12 th days and my airfiber installation is pending. No way to communicate and no customer care to talk to a representative. Big scam.
