    @JioCare I’ve just changed my handset from a OnePlus to an iPhone 5 days ago and much after I started this communication with you. Further, I’m not the only Jio user in these locations nor do I have a problem with my Airtel SIM. This clearly shows it’s a problem at your end.

    @JioCare For the past few days internet speed on my #JioFiber (999/- subscription) never crosses 100 Mbps during normal working hours (haven't checked at 3.47 AM though), at my location Kalambag Road, Muzaffarpur, Bihar. Please bear in mind I'm paying for 150 Mbps.

    @JioCare your toll free and service provider team make the services a joke.. Even after more than 24 hours of mail no one is answering to fix the issue.

    @JioCare No support till now, you sales manager offering refund as you/he cannot make my connection working even after 5 days and you still ask to be patient. I'll make sure no one gets Jio in my cirle.
