    @reliancejio Internet is not working in my area for last 3 days .. we have a jio tower jast behind our house still it is not working.. in past it used not to work during power cuts.. electricity generator was not working.. but now it stopped working completely...I m from shamli

    @JioCare Dear Jio team, I have written many times to Jio care but every time they assured me to resolve the issue of slow internet speed. I have written many emails in the last 5-6 months though registered with my Jio number 9896934746. Pls resolve this issue. Thanks

    @reliancejio @JioCare In my area, the style of Jio is coming at such a poor speed that I feel like breaking all the sims of Jio kept in the house.

    .@JioCare I initiated a port-in request to Jio and completed payment on June 12th. Activation is scheduled for tomorrow, yet I have not received the SIM card. Tired calling customer care. Please help!

    @JioCare It was a prepaid service and had to stop within 3 months and rest amount was to refund as pro-rate basis which was still pending. Pls refund me within 72 hours or I shall have to approach consumer court for cheating. @nch1915 @jagograhakjago

    @JioCare Why you all don't understand the router is showing green light but the internet is not working I m explaining this since 5 days why don't you all depute someone to chk this horrible yaar tired of explanation no one is to speak with your IVR msg keep repeating

    @reliancejio you have one of the worst customer service care. Worst officials with no knowledge are seating there at your call centre. Can't answer any queries properly. You just pay them to receive call not to help or care for customers.
