    @JioCare Dear Jio team, I have written many times to Jio care but every time they assured me to resolve the issue of slow internet speed. I have written many emails in the last 5-6 months though registered with my Jio number 9896934746. Pls resolve this issue. Thanks

    @JioCare Dear Jio team. Unless you don't care losing your business in Puri, you need to immediately improve your network performance here in Puri. Every SIM reseller in Puri advises against buying a Jio SIM. Moreover, they are all suggesting to switch to Airtel.

    @reliancejio @JioCare My jio sim got suspended without any reason.😠 The customer care says that you have done high usage but i have not done so much call.. It's my personal number.. Solve this problem as soon as possible

    @JioCare I am still waiting for the refund. How much time does it take to transfer the amount to correct bank account? The way you are dealing with the issue seems like I have to wait for another year of begging to get my own money! @reliancejio @JioCare
