    @reliancejio THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS I have recharged yesterday and my JIOFIBRE is not working from today lodged a complaint "Service Request Number SR00001A23MY" now the technician says thrs some issue with the main box of my locality and would take 3weeks to get the service running

    My number has been ported to @JioCare, but there is no signal when i insert sim. Jio person is saying to redo ekyc using aadhar @UIDAIHyderabad but my biometric is locked in maadhar app. What is the way out. OTP comes to the same number where there is no signal on sim.

    @airtelindia My sim got corrupted twice in one year.I have never removed sim from my mobile . It seems like some kind of scam to collect money in the name of New sim because of scratches . So I am very sorry to say that I am switching to @reliancejio . Hey Jio , Whatsup !!

    @jiocare... Called customer care as I am unable to connect to Jio Fiber. Was told engineer will visit by 1 pm on the call. Now I get a message that it's scheduled for 4.30 pm. Really?? Service request number is SR00001A23D9
