    @reliancejio Internet is not working in my area for last 3 days .. we have a jio tower jast behind our house still it is not working.. in past it used not to work during power cuts.. electricity generator was not working.. but now it stopped working completely...I m from shamli

    @JioCare This is ridiclous on the part of jio, i have to incur lot of loses since past 48 hrs because nobody came to resolve my issue. Your emplooyes are indulging into nepotism and bribery. Only issues of those people r resolved who they know or bribe them. @JioCare @reliancegroup

    Raised a complaint thrice for repairing the jio fiber cable which is lying on the ground. All I hear from the customer care is that the request is in process and the engineer will visit soon. It has been three days but no engineer has visited. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani Someone from the Jio office called to check if my issue has been resolved. Look at the professionalism of the company, its office doesn't have any track of complaints. A big wow to Mukesh--a parasite on public money.

    @JioCare @jagograhakjago i have Jio Fiber connection with two months free this month it’s stop working ,customer care they told me u have to do recharge then only from third month you able to use this service But no one inform me why they didn’t told me earlier about this
