    @reliancejio Internet is not working in my area for last 3 days .. we have a jio tower jast behind our house still it is not working.. in past it used not to work during power cuts.. electricity generator was not working.. but now it stopped working completely...I m from shamli

    @JioCare I have been told the prime video is not coming in my package due to a gap in the recharge package, but for your information, I have been recharging the package of JioFiber_1M_999 for JioFiber Service ID 299941948912 for the last 4 months, then why I am not given the Prime video

    @JioCare service request number is SR000013G6XW. since from yesterday red light is coming on router, customer support is not giving appropriate response, work from home is going on, I need this issue fix right now, this is disgusting, almost one day is over.

    @JioCare You think Custmers are fool , give them any silly reason for frequent disconnections. I am making complaint third time in last 6 days for this.Your engineers dont come & see , only ground workers come , join the wire & went off. Last time I am complaining if you dont
