    @JioCare Dear Jio team, I have written many times to Jio care but every time they assured me to resolve the issue of slow internet speed. I have written many emails in the last 5-6 months though registered with my Jio number 9896934746. Pls resolve this issue. Thanks

    @reliancejio @JioCare In my area, the style of Jio is coming at such a poor speed that I feel like breaking all the sims of Jio kept in the house.

    @JioCare Your customer care called us to say he cannot do anything.what a stone age system do you have.are you digital yet? Your customer care says @airtelindia or @BSNL_KTK also doesn't provide this. ask him to get educated first. You should fire your architect of the system

    @HashTagRishabh @JioCare My money is also getting block by jio fiber I have a connection on 10 July my application get rejected by jio executive and now its been 45+ days my refund is not in my bank account I have created more than 25+ service requests Rishabh can u told me how to complain.     @JioCare @fiber_jio @jio_fiber Hi i have taken fibre connection on 14 aug and paid for 6 months but connection had stopped since evening of 14th feb and inspite complaint raised via mobile app it is not resolved yet.

    If you wanna use net never buy a @reliancejio SIM Card. I repeat, Never buy a Jio SIM Card.

    @JioCare If u check the chat I had with ur representative via My Jio app (I have shared a few screenshots of the chat on this thread yesterday). He mentioned nothing is really being investigated. Reference number is like feedback, not an issue being investigated @JioCare @DoT_India

    @JioCare It's very sad 😔, after working 2.6 years with Jio with full dedication, no support getting after resignation in regards to COCP Number retention, already have the approval of concerned authorities but my mobile number has stopped, It's very hard to write on this platform.
