    @reliancejio Internet is not working in my area for last 3 days .. we have a jio tower jast behind our house still it is not working.. in past it used not to work during power cuts.. electricity generator was not working.. but now it stopped working completely...I m from shamli

    @JioCare This is what every @JioCare customer service executive has said till now.I've already informed about the urgency of the issue.Even setting new connection takes 2 days, and it's been more than double that time to resolve my issue.I'm opting out of your service due to helplessness

    Hello @reliancejio @JioCare , I raised req for 2 SIM as number port, rcvd the OTP as well. But got a call from +918618670448 to share the OTP to send the prsn who never came, i called back but nt answering now. I wndr what did they do with the OTP. i wasted whole day waiting🙄

    @JioCare what a worst service! Promises to install connection within 24 hours. Now it is more than 48 hours, no update about installation and don't have courtesy to answer the call. Not recommended to anyone!!

    Even after calling @JioCare multiple times, all they did was extended the engineer visit. In the previous engineer visit, he said "Can't fix your connection" and left. What's more surprising is that my neighbours have working JioFibre connection, the issue is just with me.
