  @reliancejio Internet is not working in my area for last 3 days .. we have a jio tower jast behind our house still it is not working.. in past it used not to work during power cuts.. electricity generator was not working.. but now it stopped working completely...I m from shamli

Could you please check why an eSIM upgrade request was initiated on my number and confirm whether my account is secure?   @JioCare @reliancejio 3/4 For a NEW connection, Jio can make 100s of calls explaining offers. But for an existing customer asking for a simple relocation, there is no accountability. I already switched my Jio SIM to Airtel due to poor service. Are you now pushing me to switch my broadband too?
