    @JioCare Wi-Fi is not working since the last 2-Days. Jìo guys don't pick the phone and also least bothered to call back. Somehow, I think, this kind of service isn't acceptable at all. Request, kindly allocate someone on the job.

    Hello @JioCare, I am getting frequent calls from unknown numbers posing as JIO employees. They doesn't look like jio customer support. Last call I got from +919987109424. Are you aware?

    @JioCare your customer support agent called me for my cancellation request. The guy was literally yawning on the call please train them on how to speak on a customer call. I can arrange some training if you would like but don't call your customers like this.

    @reliancejio I am switch to jio only because of network coverage and better connectivity.But even after many follow up and complaints still issue remain unsolved. And I am paying monthly 942 rs for postpaid connection. Regards Chintan Kumar 99789 19987
