    @reliancejio Internet is not working in my area for last 3 days .. we have a jio tower jast behind our house still it is not working.. in past it used not to work during power cuts.. electricity generator was not working.. but now it stopped working completely...I m from shamli

    @JioCare totally disillusioned by Jio IR service! Horrible exp with the backend team. A Vijay Prasad told me he will call me on another India no tht I hv 2 help but nvr did. Was he watching the IPL final? After waiting I called agn but no one picked up the call despite long hold.

    @JioCare Extremely pathetic service. Still no resolution. I asked for my paid invoice & was tol, Jio can only provide 1 year of invoices. Older invoices are "NOT AVAILABLE". How is a customer supposed to access their own billing records? #customerRights #customer @consumerforum_
