    @reliancejio Call drop is a regular case these days in Lucknow city by jio and when customer calls the service center ppl are working from they can’t connect to senior neither they can resolve your issue .

    @JioCare My JioFiber service id is 299060481797, order reference number is NO0000HTWOZ2 and RMN is 7718947206 Sir yeh details send kr kr ke presan ho gya hu. Akhir kb mera refund kroge. 2 months ho gye h. Itni worst service ke liye expect nhi kiya tha.

    @JioCare @reliancejio since yesterday morning my Jio Fiber connection is not working and till not I didn’t receive any update about that. I am using two connections. And I will disconnect both of them due to poor service. Even after creating the ticket also. SR000016FKXG.

    @rrajeev1219 Their services have went from bad to worse. The only way to get over this situation is consider moving to Jio, they have better service, I recently ported all my numbers to Jio suggest you also port your to @JioCare
