  @JioCare Hi Pawan, 24hr since I raised the request,with no committed timeline from @jio_fiber.I faced a similar issue with other provider, and it was resolved within an hr. If this were a new connection,I’m sure it would be up & running in an hr.This isn’t expected for an internet outage

  @JioCare I have a jio phone number 9810984820, I have come to melbourne and decided to buy IR pack from jio app. I am not able to make or receive phone calls and I am also not able to mlsend or receive sms on my number as my IR plan shows as queued. Can you help?

  @JioCare @trai The issue remains unresolved, and I have wasted four days of premium service. I will not be renewing my subscription and will switch to another company that offers more efficient service.

  Absolute nightmare service from @JioCare @reliancejio. The technician closed my ticket without fixing anything, turned off his phone and never showed up for the rescheduled visit. Support is completely clueless and giving false promises. 3 days of no resolution! Fix this ASAP!

  @JioCare @reliancejio If your team actually checked my ticket, you’d see how many times I’ve done this in the last 24 hours alone. Generic copy-paste responses aren’t helping, please escalate and fix the issue. I shouldn't have to deal with this for 4 days.

  Jio, please fix the 5G network in my area. I’m near Mata Amritanandamayi Marg, Pocket 3, Sector D, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi 110070. My Jio 5G keeps fluctuating between 5G+, 5G and 4.5G, with 4.5G being the most common. Even on 5G, speeds rarely cross 90 Mbps. This is especially frustrating on the ₹349 plan, where 5G data should actually be usable without constantly falling back to the daily limit. Please look into the network quality in this area. @reliancejio @JioCare
