    @JioCare Dear Jio team, I have written many times to Jio care but every time they assured me to resolve the issue of slow internet speed. I have written many emails in the last 5-6 months though registered with my Jio number 9896934746. Pls resolve this issue. Thanks

    @JioCare Why the delay ? What is the reason as your assigned engineer told laughingly on the call that I am very busy so don’t know when I will come but I shall definitely call before I come. What is that suppose to mean ? You guys just keep saying soon, but no one is solving my issue.

    @reliancejio who will give us compensation of our 6 days without wifi as your deadline will come you guys will ask for money but this time if I am not getting compensation for my wifi than I am switching over to another network. As you guys don't have concern for your clients.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I am paying for a service which is not available to me at all. 6 days since no internet from #JioFiber Multiple calls to cust care, getting the same copy-paste answers. No one is even bothering to fix it. My hard earned money gone down the drain.
