    @JioCare Dear Jio team, I have written many times to Jio care but every time they assured me to resolve the issue of slow internet speed. I have written many emails in the last 5-6 months though registered with my Jio number 9896934746. Pls resolve this issue. Thanks

    @reliancejio Internet is not working in my area for last 3 days .. we have a jio tower jast behind our house still it is not working.. in past it used not to work during power cuts.. electricity generator was not working.. but now it stopped working completely...I m from shamli

    @JioCare My concern is specifically regarding the Amazon Lite charges. I had already purchased the Amazon add-on plan, so additional charges for Amazon Lite should not have been applied separately. Kindly recheck my account and reverse the excess amount charged. Please resolve this issue

    .@JioCare @reliancejio Installed Jio AirFiber 100 Mbps plan 5 days ago, but getting only ~15 Mbps speed. Already raised 5 complaints and still no resolution. Extremely poor service experience. Please escalate and resolve permanently.

    @reliancejio @JioCare It was really a frustrating experience to visit your centre for some issue. The person who wants to handle the issue is not at centre and from last 1 hr iam hearing this that in 10 min the person will be here but still it is not. Really a bad experience
