@JioCare Dear Jio team, I have written many times to Jio care but every time they assured me to resolve the issue of slow internet speed. I have written many emails in the last 5-6 months though registered with my Jio number 9896934746. Pls resolve this issue. Thanks

@reliancejio @JioCare Security deposit refund has not been received yet it has been over 4 months and there is no reply. I also contacted every customer support possible but no one is solving the problem. Is this the way largest service provider treat their customer?

@vipulpaul @reliancejio True I use Airtel and Jio, altho I rarely ever recharge my Airtel sim anymore, since I do monthly recharges, I only recharge the sim with provides better service depending on the area I'm in. Voda is very poor, Airtel like you said is decent But still pricing wise Jio is better

@JioCare Make it clear here. Why so private? I am facing network problem here in uttarpradesh district -pilibhit Town -puranpur Your signal booster is just 30-40meter away still can't send and receive msz on time. That too whatsApp message forget about using YouTube and Instagram
