    @JioCare Dear Jio team, I have written many times to Jio care but every time they assured me to resolve the issue of slow internet speed. I have written many emails in the last 5-6 months though registered with my Jio number 9896934746. Pls resolve this issue. Thanks

    @JioCare Facing issue while using internet sometimes it works fine and sometime the Volte is not showing. When I tried to connect customer services the call got disconnected more than 5 to 10 times and I m not even got a single call back. WtH

    @reliancejio I need to change the name on my jio broadband connection, and there is no support from the customer service. They are telling me to again pay the installation charges just for name change. And there technology team is unable to make changes from backend
