    @JioCare Dear Jio team, I have written many times to Jio care but every time they assured me to resolve the issue of slow internet speed. I have written many emails in the last 5-6 months though registered with my Jio number 9896934746. Pls resolve this issue. Thanks

    @JioCare in spite of my repeated query and lot of DM, unable to find out why the true 5G invite through MyJio app is not coming to a customer (i.e. me) who is using Jio post paid connection in a 5G mobile having stayed in an area where the Jio 5G service is already available.

    @rajini_mano @JioCare For the past 3 years I am fighting with them to resolve this issue. I think they are blocking the calls purposefully because of competition. Even their own engineers says the same. Finally I am keeping both the sims with AT because I am using AT fiber at home.

    @JioCare pathetic service by jio in my area. Lodge 2 complaint one 3 month ago and 2nd 1 month months ago regarding slow internet speed after 7.00 PM. Recharged another pack of 84days after that plan is over but still not resolved my problem.

    @reliancejio @JioCare My wife has been facing network issue since morning. Though there is an active pack on her number, no incoming or outgoing calls. Moreover, I am too a JIO customer and not facing the same. Can you look into this issue. Waiting for a response.

    @sagar08jha @JioCare @utsavtechie Actually without beta update in iPhone, can’t support 5G. Then how jio send welcome offer. It’s really jio failure, they are sending invitations randomly who are in 5G coverage radius. They are playing a trick that Users Vs Speed. Sending offer to Less users and claims more speed

    Hey @reliancejio your network service is very poor in my area. I am not able to use jio network properly and not happy with your jio network.Many more other people cannot able to use jio network please @JioCare resolve my problem otherwise i would to port jio to @airtelindia

    @rajini_mano @JioCare Voda & Jio no problem. Conflict is between AT & Jio. If we use AT fiber @ home and connecting the Jio sim phone to wifi, you will not get calls in Jio. Samething if you use AT net in the phone. If you have Jio fiber and connecting AT sim, same problem.
