    @JioCare Dear Jio team, I have written many times to Jio care but every time they assured me to resolve the issue of slow internet speed. I have written many emails in the last 5-6 months though registered with my Jio number 9896934746. Pls resolve this issue. Thanks

    @JioCare Sir, this mobile number is 9412807587 which was ported from Idea postpaid to jio, after a few days the number has been closed, it has been closed for almost 3 months, please help by doing.

    @JioCare Well the app says request is resolved, customer care has no clue, it has been 4 days and still hotstar is not activated, you shouldn't have listed this plan if you can't honour it, poor resolution speed and generic responses, highly disappointed and will port out!

    @JioCare Whenever I talk to your customer care, they say only one thing, many users are using jionet at the same time, so this problem is happening but I have this problem all the time. and your customer care always says only one thing, 4G is like 2G
