@reliancejio @JioCare Team please look into jio service at Tamluk, west bengal. Last 1 week jio network is at worst condition. Ist time i am using jio network and it's service is not upto the mark. Please look into it.

@reliancejio @JioCare I am facing internet issues since yesterday morning. I raised a ticket with JIO Care MR0000ZMX0AJ & asked for a resolution. The customer service agent said he doesn't know when issue would be resolved, it may be resolved in the coming months. Months!!!

@reliancejio @JioCare pathetic Jio service. My wife’s Jio postpaid number all of a sudden went inactive on nov 28th. She tried restarting and charging settings but nothing worked. Called up support and they said they will resolve but till now no response. Can someone please help?
