    @reliancejio @JioCare Team please look into jio service at Tamluk, west bengal. Last 1 week jio network is at worst condition. Ist time i am using jio network and it's service is not upto the mark. Please look into it.

    @imayanmajumdar @idea_cares Ayan, I'm facing the same issue with Airtel @Airtel_Presence from last 2 weeks . Except Jio @JioCare they all are making us fool with their 3rd class 4G services. I'm not able to watch a YouTube video at 480p.

    @JioCare Could you please inform your employees to behave & get the work done? I bought Fiber connection for my official work. When, I tried to complaint. Md Asif Jamal - 7488199226. This person denied the work & said. "JAB THIK HONA HOGA, HO JAYEGA. MAIN JIO KA MAALIK NAHI ***."

    @JioCare anyway I can get statements from last year ? You customer service rep hung saying he is checking with manager , your app allows statement for only last 6 months , any help to get statements from Jun 2020 til Nov 2020??
