  @imayanmajumdar @idea_cares Ayan, I'm facing the same issue with Airtel @Airtel_Presence from last 2 weeks . Except Jio @JioCare they all are making us fool with their 3rd class 4G services. I'm not able to watch a YouTube video at 480p.

  @JioCare Sometimes my SIM stops responding. i.e. the phone is on and working, but when people try they hear that my phone is switched off. Also, during this period I don't receive any SMS or anything. I changed my handset and got my SIM replaced, the problem is still there.

  @JioCare Not getting any help from the team for this on sunday i installed joifiber and from monday onwards i am facing this issue... if this is the service you guys are providing i batter switched to someother network.. @JioCare
