@imayanmajumdar @idea_cares Ayan, I'm facing the same issue with Airtel @Airtel_Presence from last 2 weeks . Except Jio @JioCare they all are making us fool with their 3rd class 4G services. I'm not able to watch a YouTube video at 480p.

@reliancejio @JioCare Team please look into jio service at Tamluk, west bengal. Last 1 week jio network is at worst condition. Ist time i am using jio network and it's service is not upto the mark. Please look into it.

@JioCare Hi Please do not let the trust go from jio. I know the network enhancement is a huge process and it takes long time.And just letting the customer know that there is weak coverage in the area and will try to improve in the future is not the right thing that I want to know.

@JioCare It is been 10 days since jio network in our locality is not working .As we all in our locality highly dependent on it for work from home and online classes . As it is been 10 days and local operators are not following up we are in miserable condition here .Kindly help!
