    @imayanmajumdar @idea_cares Ayan, I'm facing the same issue with Airtel @Airtel_Presence from last 2 weeks . Except Jio @JioCare they all are making us fool with their 3rd class 4G services. I'm not able to watch a YouTube video at 480p.

    Again i am repeating this that my internet speed is fluctuating alot even though the tower is located within 100m of my house. Its been more than 80+ days still no followup calls or anything regarding these service request. Pathetic service by you guys...@reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare Team please look into jio service at Tamluk, west bengal. Last 1 week jio network is at worst condition. Ist time i am using jio network and it's service is not upto the mark. Please look into it.

    @solo_boiyt @JioCare Sabse bekar ghatiyaa telecom company BSNL hai, TRAI data aur user feedback ke hisaab se highest complaints per subscriber, poor network aur high call drops ke saath. Jio volume mein zyada complaints laata hai, lekin per user BSNL worst. Switch karo agar possible!

    @ViCustomerCare I tweeted 48 hours ago but my issue is still unresolved. For the past 4 months, I haven't been able to use VoLTE and data for 1–2 weeks each month. I have all the necessary proof. If this continues, I’ll port my number to @reliancejio. This is unacceptable. #Vi

    @mannupaaji @reliancejio Then it's an ISP(jio) issue and the exact problem is most of the request which is passed through cloudflare gets timeout. And a lot of people are facing the same issues since yesterday for different sites which are proxied through cloudflare.

    @JioCare It doesn't seems so. In an era where companies like @airtelindia and @ACTFibernet works in few hours to fix the issue, you guys could not resolved the issue in more than 40hours. SHAMEFUL

    @BSNLCorporate saved our lifes today, I was stuck in floods here with my dad, @reliancejio died in between, no/poor signal and internet didn't work, surprisingly my BSNL sim latched to 4G and helped me call and do UPI payments and recieve help. Thank god... Always keep a 2nd sim.
