@reliancejio @JioCare Team please look into jio service at Tamluk, west bengal. Last 1 week jio network is at worst condition. Ist time i am using jio network and it's service is not upto the mark. Please look into it.

@imayanmajumdar @idea_cares Ayan, I'm facing the same issue with Airtel @Airtel_Presence from last 2 weeks . Except Jio @JioCare they all are making us fool with their 3rd class 4G services. I'm not able to watch a YouTube video at 480p.

Again i am repeating this that my internet speed is fluctuating alot even though the tower is located within 100m of my house. Its been more than 80+ days still no followup calls or anything regarding these service request. Pathetic service by you guys...@reliancejio @JioCare

Such a bad experience signing up with @JioCare for new wifi set up. I booked their services a week back with an assurance of 24 hours installation with pre-payment and there’s been no moment yet. I request @JioCare team to look in to this ASAP and take necessary action.

@jio_fiber @TRAI @JioCare while taking the new connection they will talk too politely with us that if we customers dont like their connection they would provide us full refund and when we ask for refund jio is worst and customer care dont have knowledge...

@reliancejio @JioCare Agin we stuck with Jio brod band / internet service. Every month twice a day internet service stop, if we give a complain in customer care they give standard answer it will take 24 hours nobody's help us .

@jio_fiber @TRAI @JioCare with my connection id:- NO0000HRJU01 had cancelled my connection on trail period said will get my security deposit refund on 7-14 days but 15 days passed no redund till now not even a single pennny customer care worst jio provide..
