    Again i am repeating this that my internet speed is fluctuating alot even though the tower is located within 100m of my house. Its been more than 80+ days still no followup calls or anything regarding these service request. Pathetic service by you guys...@reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare Team please look into jio service at Tamluk, west bengal. Last 1 week jio network is at worst condition. Ist time i am using jio network and it's service is not upto the mark. Please look into it.

    @imayanmajumdar @idea_cares Ayan, I'm facing the same issue with Airtel @Airtel_Presence from last 2 weeks . Except Jio @JioCare they all are making us fool with their 3rd class 4G services. I'm not able to watch a YouTube video at 480p.

    @JioCare never every take jio fibre ,i had issue with wi fi in jio router,raised complain after multiple attempt,engineer was assigned for today morning 11am, ny 11 i gets sms that problem is resolved remotely, though issue is same. they are fooling the customers @jio

    @JioCare @airtelindia I gave jio total 4 numbers from different providers now to contact me and the are still not getting connected to me and they gave me 2 wrong numbers which is wrong number and other doesn’t exist. Clearly shows what’s happening here. Please cancel my order and return my money.

    @JioCare yesterday ur official helpline number has closed my complaint without resolving and now your playing game in inviting in dm just to say " we are unable to send engineer due to ongoing situtaion in your area".so tell me what is that situation in my area

    Please look into this urgently. This is not the service one expects from #AirtelIndia . At this point, I’m seriously wondering if I should’ve just gone with @reliancejio #Jio.

    @JioCare @reliancejio However, after switching to Airtel, I am not even receiving proper and stable 4G coverage. At times, the network signal even drops to 2G. This has caused significant inconvenience and has affected my ability to use mobile calls and internet services reliably.

    @reliancejio Absolutely disgusted with @reliancejio service. My Jio Fiber installation was promised day before yesterday — still not done. The installation guy keeps stalling with excuses, and when I tried calling the team lead to sort it out, he flat out ignored my calls
