@imayanmajumdar @idea_cares Ayan, I'm facing the same issue with Airtel @Airtel_Presence from last 2 weeks . Except Jio @JioCare they all are making us fool with their 3rd class 4G services. I'm not able to watch a YouTube video at 480p.

Again i am repeating this that my internet speed is fluctuating alot even though the tower is located within 100m of my house. Its been more than 80+ days still no followup calls or anything regarding these service request. Pathetic service by you guys...@reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare The device is located at sme location.During installation of new connection u r sending ur Er. Same day with an hour bt for Uninstallation u are giving new dates daily frm last 7 days why are u fooling customer s wt abt my refund&modem pick up.i raised my complain in tolfree also

@Baba_Satwik @JioCare Here is no BJP and Congress. I also reside in a non-BJP state, but here the network is very good. But only today, I faced the issue. And I won't switch to Airtel. Jio is far better from Airtel. Who are you to provide the nonsense suggestions to me ?
