@imayanmajumdar @idea_cares Ayan, I'm facing the same issue with Airtel @Airtel_Presence from last 2 weeks . Except Jio @JioCare they all are making us fool with their 3rd class 4G services. I'm not able to watch a YouTube video at 480p.

@reliancejio @JioCare Team please look into jio service at Tamluk, west bengal. Last 1 week jio network is at worst condition. Ist time i am using jio network and it's service is not upto the mark. Please look into it.

Again i am repeating this that my internet speed is fluctuating alot even though the tower is located within 100m of my house. Its been more than 80+ days still no followup calls or anything regarding these service request. Pathetic service by you guys...@reliancejio @JioCare

@ViCustomerCare Just to get it out there, the Customer Service I have always received from 3 Mobile, then Vodafone and now Vi is leaps and bounds above @JioCare and @Airtel_Presence . They always get back to me on very short notice and on call. Also they are the most economical.

@airtelindia Seems frauding customers is the Airtel's new way of beating the competition. Adds less money than what is being deducted from the card & doesn't even register complaint. Customer care sucks too. @reliancejio are you better than this? I am considering porting.
