    @imayanmajumdar @idea_cares Ayan, I'm facing the same issue with Airtel @Airtel_Presence from last 2 weeks . Except Jio @JioCare they all are making us fool with their 3rd class 4G services. I'm not able to watch a YouTube video at 480p.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Team please look into jio service at Tamluk, west bengal. Last 1 week jio network is at worst condition. Ist time i am using jio network and it's service is not upto the mark. Please look into it.

    Again i am repeating this that my internet speed is fluctuating alot even though the tower is located within 100m of my house. Its been more than 80+ days still no followup calls or anything regarding these service request. Pathetic service by you guys...@reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare REF request no LR00001ENYQB. After payment Jio is ignoring my calls . No way to connect as only IVRS WHERE NO OPTION FOR HELP AND COMPLAINT . IF JIO NOT INTRESTED THAN PLEASE CANCEL AND REFUND THE MONEY due to extremely poor service

    Sometimes I can’t believe how such a big company like @JioCare has such shitt services. Applied for a jio fibre connection 12 days back. Paid advance for 3 months. No response from jio after that. And there’s no option to connect to their customer support.@JioSupport @jio_fiber

    @reliancejio your customer help is abysmally low quality. The agents have no idea about details and they have no intention to resolve any query. Absolutely pathetic experience. Time to port my family connection. Goodbye

    @JioCare For 3 days, my Jio STB has not been working. YouTube and JioHotstar work, but Jio Live Channels don’t. Complaints via app/email got no response, and customer care calls disconnect automatically. This is unacceptable. Fix it urgently and send a technician.

    @JioCare From yesterday suffering with hopeless jio fiber connectivity, after complain you are giving me only time and time, I will share worst experience with jio fiber connectivity to all social media, actually jio never valued to general people, why frequently interrupted connectivity
