Again i am repeating this that my internet speed is fluctuating alot even though the tower is located within 100m of my house. Its been more than 80+ days still no followup calls or anything regarding these service request. Pathetic service by you guys...@reliancejio @JioCare

@reliancejio @JioCare Team please look into jio service at Tamluk, west bengal. Last 1 week jio network is at worst condition. Ist time i am using jio network and it's service is not upto the mark. Please look into it.

@imayanmajumdar @idea_cares Ayan, I'm facing the same issue with Airtel @Airtel_Presence from last 2 weeks . Except Jio @JioCare they all are making us fool with their 3rd class 4G services. I'm not able to watch a YouTube video at 480p.

@Airtel_Presence you guys are way behind when it comes to customer comfort and services compared to @JioCare, it shouldn't take 2 hours for my services to resume after payment has been made for my xstream fiber, never had this issue with @reliancejio fiber when i was using it.

Is it free to port my Airtel sim to Jio beacause airtel is totally **** now..no outgoing messages even on 79 rs pack . And it shows sim not verified on Google pay for that I have to recharge 150 rs totally ****..@Airtel_Presence @JioCare @airtelindia

@JioCare Yet to receive my refund post my services cancellation worst is the call center service each time asking on the status putting the call on hold and disconnecting it #jio #JioFiber even post taking the bank details and returned the router in time.
