    @reliancejio @JioCare Team please look into jio service at Tamluk, west bengal. Last 1 week jio network is at worst condition. Ist time i am using jio network and it's service is not upto the mark. Please look into it.

    @JioCare I have call quality issues such since a month. I had already raised complaints many times. I have to use my secondary airtel number to make call. Now I am having thoughts of switching to @airtel. Please help, one month is a long time.

    @JioCare Experienced worst customer support for Jio fiber. Trying to get a connection from last 6 months in Lucknow. Everytime @reliancejio executive says it will be available till next month at your location. But the myjio app shows one connection available within 100mtr.

    @reliancejio i am suffering without services even after paying you guys. Customer care says drop email. When email is sent I get automated reply to chat. When I chat bot doesn't right options and at the end says to email. What the heck? Is this how you play with ur customers?

    @reliancejio is the company which used to promise false and fraud promise to customer. At the time of connection they will give false and Fraud temptation to customer to take it's service and when you need jio for help they will tell at this time we are not providing this service
