@imayanmajumdar @idea_cares Ayan, I'm facing the same issue with Airtel @Airtel_Presence from last 2 weeks . Except Jio @JioCare they all are making us fool with their 3rd class 4G services. I'm not able to watch a YouTube video at 480p.

@JioCare Tell me one thing, If I have a huge dependency on internet connectivity, do I wait for so many days, when jio will do the installation at my home? I have important tasks so anyhow I need to install it. So, I have already installed internet connection from other service provider.

@reliancejio why Jio is providing Amazon prime membership? One side Reliance is fighting a battle with Amazon for future retail asset and selling Amazon prime membership. This is not expected from TOP company of India. Shall never take Amazon prime membership from Jio.

Hey @JioCare My mobile number is +916360004074 I paid rs. 61 for 6GB data on 27th May 2:56 pm It confirms that the recharge was successful on calling the customer care number. But the 6 GB data plan hasn't been activated
