    @reliancejio @JioCare Team please look into jio service at Tamluk, west bengal. Last 1 week jio network is at worst condition. Ist time i am using jio network and it's service is not upto the mark. Please look into it.

    @imayanmajumdar @idea_cares Ayan, I'm facing the same issue with Airtel @Airtel_Presence from last 2 weeks . Except Jio @JioCare they all are making us fool with their 3rd class 4G services. I'm not able to watch a YouTube video at 480p.

    @JioCare Hi , we have experienced very bad network in our area. If not resolve than we are going to port to other networks. As we all families have Jio numbers. Will share the location after reply. Please look into the issue.

    @JioCare Hi @JioCare team, Its 5th day no one showed up to fix the wiring. Everyday i am promised by customer care to wait for another day. Either you cut the connection or send someone to fix it. It's tough during wfh , i will look for some better service provider.I regret choosing jio.
