@reliancejio @JioCare Team please look into jio service at Tamluk, west bengal. Last 1 week jio network is at worst condition. Ist time i am using jio network and it's service is not upto the mark. Please look into it.

@imayanmajumdar @idea_cares Ayan, I'm facing the same issue with Airtel @Airtel_Presence from last 2 weeks . Except Jio @JioCare they all are making us fool with their 3rd class 4G services. I'm not able to watch a YouTube video at 480p.

JIO Fiber - @JioCare, no one really cares. (@reliancejio ) The Jio Fiber hasn't been working since 2 days for our entire apartment. One engineer visits, says it's not something he can fix, and another team wud come. But when I call @JioCare again, they say I've put it on hold :)

@reliancejio it's sad that your net is not working properly. Today my 2GB daily data got expired by 8 am. No one to whom we could lodge our Complaints. No. 198 just gives recorded msg with no 2 way communication. Very sad, the customers are in hapless condition. Pl. Help us

@TRAI Jio discontinued my no. suddenly I gave all doc to them. I am using no. from last more than 4 years. I called & mails many times to Jio customer care but they are not reactivating my no. & also not helping I m not getting any news reg. my interviews meeting calls @JioCare
