@imayanmajumdar @idea_cares Ayan, I'm facing the same issue with Airtel @Airtel_Presence from last 2 weeks . Except Jio @JioCare they all are making us fool with their 3rd class 4G services. I'm not able to watch a YouTube video at 480p.

@reliancejio @JioCare Team please look into jio service at Tamluk, west bengal. Last 1 week jio network is at worst condition. Ist time i am using jio network and it's service is not upto the mark. Please look into it.

@JioCare Hi Kaif My complaint number is SR00001C6EW2 and your local team ( 7011062759 Rahul) is asking us to get the connection removed as they are not able to rectify the problem. I believe this is only the local team philosophy and not of JIO as we are your customer since 2020

@JioCare hi I don't know why internet speed of my jio 4g is extremely slow, it is not even like 2g, on the other hand my friends with a jio number have good speed even in the same room, I don't know what kind of difference is this.

@JioCare @reliancejio I did a recharge on my no. from another Jio no. via Gpay. The amount got deducted but recharge was unsuccessful. Hence, I did a 2nd recharge immediately which got successful. Still I haven't got the refund of my 1st recharge. Please look into the issue.
