    @reliancejio @JioCare Team please look into jio service at Tamluk, west bengal. Last 1 week jio network is at worst condition. Ist time i am using jio network and it's service is not upto the mark. Please look into it.

    @imayanmajumdar @idea_cares Ayan, I'm facing the same issue with Airtel @Airtel_Presence from last 2 weeks . Except Jio @JioCare they all are making us fool with their 3rd class 4G services. I'm not able to watch a YouTube video at 480p.

    @JioCare Visited Jio Store for getting my SIM Swapped. I have been told that they don’t have SIM card to get my SIM replaced. And not only at that store SIM is not available in whole Delhi-NCR. Never expected this from Jio.

    @JioCare 5days have gone for giving intimation about pending complaint but still nobody have visited nor the issue is resolved.. Can i expect any resolution or the same will be lingering on till eternity.

    Jio @worst service @JioCare @reliancejio. Every time I want to talk to any executive, the automated calls ends in nowhere whether call at 199 or 1991 or toll free number. U guys think that customer will have same problem as u illustrates in automated calling.
