    @reliancejio @JioCare Team please look into jio service at Tamluk, west bengal. Last 1 week jio network is at worst condition. Ist time i am using jio network and it's service is not upto the mark. Please look into it.

    @JioCare @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio There are major issues with your Jio Fiber connectivity. Connection keeps dropping every 30 mins. Ridiculous and hopeless situation! Your engineer visit has been delayed by 24 hrs. Even with a brand new router the issues continue. Fix this!!

    I live in Balpa. Jio net speed is very slow here. When you call the customer, they say that they have been working relentlessly for 4 years. It will be fixed in 2-3 days. But since 4 years I am facing this problem. #JioTrue5G @reliancejio @JioCare #jiodown #Farzi

    @JioCare Just shut up. You are very far away. You couldn’t get my internet started. Hence i have to close my connection. You only copy pasting lines here. I request everyone to stay away from these cheaters @reliancejio. After sake service is worst.

    @JioCare how to talk to Jio customer care executive? I’ve been trying to call since last night but 199 and 198 only has IVR responses. Its urgent.

    @JioCare I have no issue with jio fibre. I am using it from more than 2 years and never faced an issue. I was just giving an example of yours to Airtel. I just want them to learn from you how to treat customers.
