@reliancejio @JioCare Team please look into jio service at Tamluk, west bengal. Last 1 week jio network is at worst condition. Ist time i am using jio network and it's service is not upto the mark. Please look into it.

@imayanmajumdar @idea_cares Ayan, I'm facing the same issue with Airtel @Airtel_Presence from last 2 weeks . Except Jio @JioCare they all are making us fool with their 3rd class 4G services. I'm not able to watch a YouTube video at 480p.

@reliancejio @JioCare The network jio customer used, expect an better experience. Specially these work from home environment. Not only urban but as rural area as well. I am living in rural area, Area pin code is 423104. I have Jio tower near 2 KM from my place bt pathetic service

@JioCare A customer executive collected Rs 5000 saying he would give a jio fibernet connection. It's been a month since he has taken the money but we're yet to get the connection. Please help. Everytime we call him, he keeps saying that he'll give it today.

@JioCare Greetings, I have an issue with my Jio number 9605321991 which I ported from Vi (Vodafone Idea). I port my number to Jio thinking of the VoWifi. Unfortunately the VoWifi is not working properly and the signal strength is poorer than Vi. Even the outdoor signals at home

@JioCare @JioCare Thanks for your reply. But for how long you will give the same reason and bluff customers. If you are not willing to resolve the issues say directly to customers move from jio network. I am hearing same bullshit answer. I really pity on you. Such a worst network.
