@reliancejio @JioCare Team please look into jio service at Tamluk, west bengal. Last 1 week jio network is at worst condition. Ist time i am using jio network and it's service is not upto the mark. Please look into it.

@imayanmajumdar @idea_cares Ayan, I'm facing the same issue with Airtel @Airtel_Presence from last 2 weeks . Except Jio @JioCare they all are making us fool with their 3rd class 4G services. I'm not able to watch a YouTube video at 480p.

@JioCare Mukesh Ambani, the richest person in Asia is providing 3rd class network to Indians. Strange and sad. Now @JioCare will ask me my complete address and number, but they will not send anyone to check. A 3rd class service too.

Every day I get msgs to recharge a number and I don't know whose number is that, called a customer executive he gives a solution to stop all the msgs from jio. Need a solution for this, fed up of those msgs everyday. @JioCare @reliancejio

Dear @reliancejio, I use jio sim.I have been facing problems like slow speed of the net and difficulty in making calls. You have many customers in my area. Everybody is very upset. Hopefully, some decisive action will be taken from you. Resolve this problem as soon as possible.
