@JioCare Jio is continuously saying that they have initiated the cancellation, but I don't see any update. Neither I have got any mail nor any text about the cancellation. Once you have taken the money, you have started harassing the customer. You haven't done anything #jiofraud #jioscam

@imayanmajumdar @idea_cares Ayan, I'm facing the same issue with Airtel @Airtel_Presence from last 2 weeks . Except Jio @JioCare they all are making us fool with their 3rd class 4G services. I'm not able to watch a YouTube video at 480p.

@reliancejio @JioCare Team please look into jio service at Tamluk, west bengal. Last 1 week jio network is at worst condition. Ist time i am using jio network and it's service is not upto the mark. Please look into it.

@JioCare Tell me one thing, If I have a huge dependency on internet connectivity, do I wait for so many days, when jio will do the installation at my home? I have important tasks so anyhow I need to install it. So, I have already installed internet connection from other service provider.

@im_s_ind @reliancejio @JioCare in our area also the wires of jio fiber of two neighoubrs is broken from more than two weeks , the jio fiber complaint team just reschedules the appointment to another day so finaly they had shift to other operator

@airtelindia Their service sucks. My broadband is down for last 2 days & no one is repairing it. I called customer care 100 times but all i could hear is sorry we're fixing it on priority. Avoid this operator. Go for @reliancejio . I'm stuck as no @reliancejio operator in my area.

@reliancejio Facing issue with broadband wifi speed. After failing to fix the issue, technician's female manager is trying to convince me that the 150mbps plan provides a max speed of up to 50mbps. In such case, customers should not expect any speed in the 30mbps plan? #SCAM ?
