@reliancejio @JioCare Team please look into jio service at Tamluk, west bengal. Last 1 week jio network is at worst condition. Ist time i am using jio network and it's service is not upto the mark. Please look into it.

@imayanmajumdar @idea_cares Ayan, I'm facing the same issue with Airtel @Airtel_Presence from last 2 weeks . Except Jio @JioCare they all are making us fool with their 3rd class 4G services. I'm not able to watch a YouTube video at 480p.

@JioCare Tell me one thing, If I have a huge dependency on internet connectivity, do I wait for so many days, when jio will do the installation at my home? I have important tasks so anyhow I need to install it. So, I have already installed internet connection from other service provider.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence It's been over a month this whole area is facing such terrible low speed Internet. When are you going to fix it???? People are already starting to switch to @reliancejio. You would lose over a 1000 customer if not fixed ASAP.

I contacted to the @JioCare through calling them. One of their advisor was having a bad day I guess, he disconnected my call in the middle. Another one was not having any proper information about the resolution to my issue. Neither she was having access to my interaction history.
