    @JioCare Tell me one thing, If I have a huge dependency on internet connectivity, do I wait for so many days, when jio will do the installation at my home? I have important tasks so anyhow I need to install it. So, I have already installed internet connection from other service provider.

    @JioCare Jio is continuously saying that they have initiated the cancellation, but I don't see any update. Neither I have got any mail nor any text about the cancellation. Once you have taken the money, you have started harassing the customer. You haven't done anything #jiofraud #jioscam

    @imayanmajumdar @idea_cares Ayan, I'm facing the same issue with Airtel @Airtel_Presence from last 2 weeks . Except Jio @JioCare they all are making us fool with their 3rd class 4G services. I'm not able to watch a YouTube video at 480p.

    @JioCare My issue was resolved last time. But again i am facing the same issue. I spoke with customer care and they said that they have forwarded my request to backend team since no slot is available till 30th July. Pls resolve my issue asap.

    @JioCare I am totally frustrated with your customer service quality as I am facing network connectivity issues(red blinking on Jio router) for last 4 days and your customer care is of no use. They promised to send technician to fix it on 22-7-22 but none arrived

    @JioCare Shared via DM. I always face network issues across the states, not just at the shared location and whenever I call customer care I'm not getting a proper response from them. Please speak to your customer care executives. This problem is faced by many people.
