@JioCare Tell me one thing, If I have a huge dependency on internet connectivity, do I wait for so many days, when jio will do the installation at my home? I have important tasks so anyhow I need to install it. So, I have already installed internet connection from other service provider.

@imayanmajumdar @idea_cares Ayan, I'm facing the same issue with Airtel @Airtel_Presence from last 2 weeks . Except Jio @JioCare they all are making us fool with their 3rd class 4G services. I'm not able to watch a YouTube video at 480p.

@reliancejio 1/2 Yesterday SAMSUNG M53 5G was bought at Jio Store, King circle, Mumbai Cash 27000 was handed to store manager Aftab. He gave us bill of 23999 only. When asked to return excess money, he said permission is required from seniors. Please help

@reliancejio hi,so since its been 2 years i have been using #JioFiber Since 2 months i am facing issue that i am not able to connect to 2Ghz continuesly, where i can connect 5Ghz . 2Ghz wifi which is long range, i am not able connect it, i can connect only if i turn it off and on
