@imayanmajumdar @idea_cares Ayan, I'm facing the same issue with Airtel @Airtel_Presence from last 2 weeks . Except Jio @JioCare they all are making us fool with their 3rd class 4G services. I'm not able to watch a YouTube video at 480p.

@JioCare Tell me one thing, If I have a huge dependency on internet connectivity, do I wait for so many days, when jio will do the installation at my home? I have important tasks so anyhow I need to install it. So, I have already installed internet connection from other service provider.

@reliancejio @JioCare Team please look into jio service at Tamluk, west bengal. Last 1 week jio network is at worst condition. Ist time i am using jio network and it's service is not upto the mark. Please look into it.

Why do customers need to get new Jio SIM card to access Jio True 5g service? Why do you advertise that the existing SIM card is sufficient? The new SIM card with the same number is difficult to get as Jio care centre won't give without FIR/sim card lost complaints. @JioCare
