    @reliancejio very bad experience facing from jio . The internet speed is very low since 1 month and when I complained today in jio customer care first they didn't give me full details and disconnected the call and in second time when again place the call and he again disconnected

    Nowadays I experience worst network from jio but in jio app when I test it will show everything is fine and speed it wil show 2-3mbps but I'll get only in kbps @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI

    Does the Jio not have sufficient no of service engineers so that they can visit in scheduled service request? I raised a service request with service request number SR000014KZBQ . But unfortunately service engineer didn't arrive. @reliancejio @JioCare please look into it asap.
