    @JioCare My concern is simply that jio isnt working. Network bars show full network but unable to make any calls, no internet. I work from home. This is causing me lots of trouble. I had data add on , remaining 20gb will go to waste if this continues.

    @JioCare DM the details ...main issues is false promise done at installation time...told 3 month pay upfront and 1 month is complementary but post installation this has turned out to be false claims

    @Airtel_Presence I see how valuable I am. That’s why I daily get payment related calls and not for resolution. Glad that the same guy agreed to process for closing the account today. Just paid an amount that I never used your service for- to close the account. @reliancejio you’re better so far.
