@JioCare So much of priority that there is no engineer assigned yet. 24 hrs resolution does not mean end of 24 hrs or after that. I really don't see any progress.

Don't take jio fiber. @JioCare stinks. Net down more than 17 hours ago. Problem repeating for months. Nobody worried on Jio side. They stole 1 extra month subscription claiming failed transaction, despite money received. @reliancejio the horrible company to get service

@reliancejio @TRAI I wanted to suspend my jio number 9326303691 permanently. The phone banking person did not do it inspite of me giving last 4 digits of my Aadhaar she wanted the IMEI number and told me to recharge the sim. This is looting a customer??

@CHAUDHARYWASIM @JioCare Very very bad internet Jio service. I am being forced to use my Vodafone number to do my online work.. Shame on Jio Mobile for not getting Jio network service in spite of having active valid Jio Data prepaid plan...jio customer care people only giving lip service.

@JioCare Staying in the middle of Bengaluru yet I am not getting jio connectivity. Weak signal, call dropping, unclear voices, voice overlapping have made the service unbearable. It’s nothing but daylight robbery by #Jio. Rank worst service by leading mobile service provider.
