    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio Sorry is not a solution. More than 48 hours without internet and this is a recurring issue. I missed an important midnight office escalation call because of your service failure. Details has been DM.

    @reliancejio @jio_fiber Acquiring a customer takes 5 minutes. Leaving takes 5 explanations. Companies love talking about customer freedom until the customer exercises the freedom to leave. If signing up is easy, cancellation should be just as easy.

    @JioCare This is really disappointing. As per your earlier update, I was supposed to receive a call or status update today, but I have not received any call, message, or update so far. Now you are asking me to contact JioCare, but the customer care numbers are not connecting at all.

    @reliancejio why guys are not providing stable internet not even wifi and not even mobile. I am frustrated and you guys had made very hard to get in touch with customer care I feel like I am trying to contact cm aur pm of india.

    @raghavwadhwa @JioCare An engineer will probably never visit. The same thing happened to meβ€”my appointment kept getting postponed every day. When I called customer support to find out why, they said the weather was not suitable for a visit. Worst service experience. @JioCare
