    @JioCare services or support are very poor. Been chasing around just to get a Jio Fiber connection & my life has been made hell. Your installation folks just makes the customer go crazy after taking their money. There is no way to reach support for my situation

    After being fed up by the @Airtel_Presence Internet service yesterday teleported one of my number to @JioCare just to find out that its even worse than Airtel. Looking for broadband connection but it's not available at my current location. Hopefully soon.🥲

    @RelianceDigital @reliancejio Is there any system in Reliance store or not? Delivery date of AC was 24th but still waiting for responses. Pay and forget. Complete wastage of money if you buy anything from Reliance digital store. Worst service.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Why are all your services getting slower and slower everyday Jiofiber connection is slow Jio sim card there is a fluctuations between 5G and 4G which disconnects all calls .. sometime call doesn't even go through Help center is difficult to understand

    @reliancejio Are you seriously working on your network? I am listening same line from last 2 year on internet speed in my area. Most of the time I feel 2g and 3g speed perform much better then jio 4g. Are you seriously india 4g network? #jio #internet
