@JioCare worst services by jio fiber team first come at home and for completing there day target say 101% installation will be done and all bullshit and take my payment 1500 and after that 24 hours gone I got update thay no engineer is ready to install so it's a mistake from 1/3

@JioCare I have raised 4 service requests over last month for the same issue and each of them have been closed without any resolution or visit from technician. Please arrange technician visit asap to resolve my issue. Very disappointed at services and customer care communication

@JioCare Money is not credit in my account as per your advice of waiting 14 days. Till today there is no refund is credit in my account this is very disapointment from @JioCare to not resolve my problem. I want my money back.
