    @JioCare Horrible service experience. My order no CO0001SBTPRR for relocation from 3 floor to GF has been rescheduled for almost 8 times without my consent. Even after several escalation through customer care no solution @reliancejio @jagograhakjago

    @JioCare Internet not working since morning and I have had the most frustrating conversation with your executive who blatantly refused that they can’t do anything. What kind is a response is that? Ask a competent executive to call me and resolve my freaking issue.

    @JioCare We recently took a Jio Fiber connection with a 3-month subscription, but for the past 6 days, we have had no internet or Wi-Fi connectivity at all. Despite making numerous calls to customer support, there has been no proper resolution, and no engineer has visited

    @JioCare who designed this complaint system? It’s purely frustrating having Jio services. When there is no internet, you people ask me to use internet to raise complaint that internet is not working. Network zero, internet zero speed, complaint resolution zero.
