    Height of stupidity We can't call toll free numbers if we don't have main balance, also if u have 3 month unlimited pack active @airtelindia @Idea @VodafoneIN what the hell @trai doing Only can call from @reliancejio @trai shud look in this matter or must shut down d department

    I am using jio from last 1 years so many network issue call cross connection, always slow data speed, no network in Villages. For what you are taking money from people. Indoors network are too bad. @JioCare @reliancejio @MukeshAmbanima

    @amitdsinha @VodafoneIN I had similar issues. I tried to get @VodafoneIN to sort it out. I failed. I tried again. I failed again. BUT I didnt give up. Just ported my number to @reliancejio

    @arunkumar_ram @reliancejio You are right from 1.5 month I am also struggle but jio says it's oky but due to havy use you get this problem yarr we give money for service not free.

    @MukeshAmbanima @MukeshAmba @reliancejio As huge investment done by Reliance Jio on educational institutes to make a WiFi campus. They setup network but unfortunately it was not working since its installation. These types of ignorance makes huge loss to entity’s. So invest wisely

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jio_support Not getting proper download speed since long time.since six months I had complained in customer care regarding speed issue but no action from care and still unable to use net. Even unable to see YouTube video,buffering in online videos

    So far my order isn't cancelled, customer care reps don't care, I've had several calls disconnected on face, some just lied to me saying they are raising escalation req all the while they didn't. So @JioCare IG the thing is you guys are only responsible until you take the money.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Facing frustrating issue with Jio. Need to change existing plan,team says plan can’t be changed unless extra payment is made. Poorly designed process and unhelpful support. Never faced such issues with Airtel. Customer support at Jio needs improvement.

    @JioCare @JioCare As expected, there is still no update, no technician visit, and no resolution. The ticket continues to get rescheduled while the connection remains down. This repeated pattern in Udayagiri is seriously impacting work and reflects very poor service accountability.

    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio @JioFiber, whenever I call customer care, I only get an automated message saying “temporary issue in your area” and the call disconnects. I am not even allowed to raise a service request. #JioFiber #JioAirFiber
