@reliancejio @JioCare Bakwas Network for Postpaid network. there are lot of issues with your network. many times my customers are unable to contact me. i usually gets sms days that these persons are tried to reach you. Escalation required, i already requested for PORT #BanJio.

@JioCare when you call Customer service the agent puts you on indefinite hold or silent mute. Also contacting the installation person is harrowing. Jio feels like all talk and no service/help/action. Hlp if you care about your customers.

@JioCare With a sense of joy and expectations of a great service I joined JioFiber on 25/06/2021. Since I joined Jio family from past two days life is become a living hell. Not internet service from day two of installation and customers service agents are pathetic.

@JioCare @reliancejio i want to cancel my jio fibre connection. Since 29th may i dont have internet connection made more than 15 complaints, but no one came to attend single complaint. Very bad and poor service.

@JioCare Even after two days my service request SR000018BO80 has not been attended. This is not expected fro team jio. In that case please terminate my jio fibre connection and give me my money back immediately. Pathetic service.

@JioCare That is a virtual bot, unable to resolve my issue. Had already spent hours , sent multiple emails, tried calling multiple numbers, chatted wit at least 5 reps and still my issue is not completely resolved.

The #JioFiber connection in my area is fluctuating like crazy. For over a week , the internet speed has been constantly slow. Once in a while, the download and upload speed gets back to normal, but the ping still remains high. Please look into this matter @JioCare @reliancejio .

@JioCare JIO MOBILE NO--9474444812 VERY LOW SIGNAL. ONLY 1 SIGNAL IN INDOOR OF MY HOUSE GROUND FLOOR. PREVIOUSLY I LODGED COMPLAINT. BUT NO ANY BENEFIT. NO VALUE OF RECHARGE RS--2399/- FOR 1 YEAR.
