    @reliancejio If You Can't provide service metro city like Mumbai than Close your @reliancejio please. I'm living in Kandivali E, near thakur complex. karma bhumi building where 100's of Family are going to port thier sim card from jio to other. Reason is jio service is completely failed

    @magical_chirag @impattuthakkar @JioCare We had this problem in Europe before, an Apple software update won’t fix the issue. Jio is trying to buy time to get software updates for all their modems, whilst furiously installing new ones at an insane pace. Basically they don’t have enough engineers, hence the hiring spree

    @reliancejio In my family 4 jio sim card using but from few days jio service is providing poor network where can't play YouTube video even in low Quality. Sham on you. Don't say jio is best

    @JioCare I have given jio fiber connection cancellation request on dt.22/11/2022 but I am surprised till now no reply from jio team.(SR00001FHHAD)Jio Fiber team needs to improve their service.

    Dear @reliancejio Network, Since you are converting from 4G to 5G, or your transition is happening. Why should the users of 4G network bear the brunt of it and if they do, will they get compensation for it!!

Jio has your IMEI tagged as using Jio in the second SIM slot now (eSIM’s are always considered second SIM’s even if you only use one). Jio doesn’t know how to enable 5G SA on their Nokia modems for second SIM’s…

    @JioCare my current plan expires in 10 days I always recharge the plan before 10 days .But this time I recharged for 1499 plan which will be active in another 10 days.I don’t want that plan.I want to cancel it

    @reliancejio @JioCare internet is down for 4 days now, without any sign of resolution. Pathetic service and no information being given as to when your engineer can solve the problem.

    @JioCare whats wrong with jio network from last few days I got updated with 5g network in Mumbai Churchgate and later on the network is too volatile and I have been facing network issue and what 5g is this with no speed please look into the matter!

    Horrible experience with @reliancejio @JioCare . They can't fix my internet issue for two months now. This was the first ticket I raised with them. More surprisingly every person associated with my issue routes me to some imaginary back hand guy which doesn't exist.

    @JioCare I have cancelled my Free trial on 23rd June,2021. Device pick up was delayed and finally on 3rd July,2021 engineer came at my premises and took the router. Now even after 16 days I am not provided my refund. Please look at the issue
