To get a #jiofibre connection was such a big mistake! Internet is down since last 2 days, but there is no response to any of my requests and complaints. Sincerely, do not buy to save a few bucks! Pathetic customer service! @JioCare @reliancejio @forum_consumer

Tried the 1 Gbps plan but quickly realised that the router supplied by @reliancejio does not support the WiFi 6 (802.11ax) standard. So technically, speeds will never go above 500 Mbps when used wirelessly. Think I’ll switch back to the 500 Mbps plan.

@JioCare I did a recharge on 18th September, using Jio's mobile app and Amazon Pay as the payment option. Now, the payment was successful from Amazon's end, but the recharge was not successful from Jio's end. Amazon Pay is asking me to talk to Jio about this. Please help.
