Since there's no response to the above complaint, I believe that customer respect is a last priority of @JioCare . Also, there's no luck on Request number SR00001GW3TU. Hence, I'll port my number to Airtel on 19th February giving enough time to porting process before plan expiry.

@JioCare we are in khiranagar nabard park Santacruz Mumbai, there are about 60 to 70 jio broadband connections. Most. Of the time the service is out of order. No response from your representatives. We have decided to disconnect the service enmasse. Totally dissatisfied

@JioCare @reliancejio my fibre is not working from past 3days and i lodged complain vide SR00001H29MT and a technician Asif Ansari visited on 28th Jan but forgot to bring the wire and hence said to come today. entire day passed by and nobody turn up so far! Jio is heading where?

@JioCare I am getting this message for the last 6 days "pls do not loose patience, we assigned an engineer to resolve the issue" but neither ur engineer is arriving and not the grievance resolved. Irritating state of affairs with Jio.Such things happen when a Co. is going to close down.

Your internet service is terrible in my locality. @reliancejio @JioCare pin code 741126.Previously it was better but now it has degraded although you have a Tower just behind my house,still the connection is terrible . Please look into it .
