Went to kanjur jio office (near huma cinema) to get my father's sim changed as existing one was corrupted. Everyone in that lane had electricity except jio store. Jio representative said "meter had been cut down as electricity bill is not paid"

But in just 10 years, things have begun falling apart and the whole system is crumbling under its own weight Mobile network is patchy, home internet is slow and intermittent, support is almost non existent - you keep breaking your head with a useless bot without getting a resolution.
