    @JioCare since many days..my jiofibre not working..... number is 22 79663905....only red light shows in the router box.....I hv already renewed silver plan.....so i hv lost so many days....

    @JioCare Its > 2Mo old issue, u wer 2 send a technician. Let me know what has been done so far to improve latency and low speed. Does it take #RelianceJio so much time to resolve a small issue? Alternately waive off charges for period u hv not and can’t resolve the issue! Fair deal ??

    @JioCare @TRAI Day 6 Update: Called again to enquire, again I have been given 24th July as the service date which is after my subscription end date of 20th July 2020. Tell me please, which idiot will renew the connection in such a scenario? All my rescheduling requests are going unattended!

    @reliancejio I received confirmation of STB delivery and setup on 24th June and it said the service will be done in 4 working days But took today no one has come and even the contact person number given to me is not answering the call What should be done

    @JioCare Day 7: Still no update, no calls, no engineer visit, Internet still down. I have registered a complaint with the consumer forums regarding the same against Jio and their appellate authority. Also, faults more than 5 days according to @trai guidelines should get rent rebate

    @JioCare I dont have any hopes with JIO. Your engineers are not updating tickets properly and placing ticket on hold with inappropriate reasons. They are recommending me to cancel the service. If this can't be fixed by today afternoon then gohead proceed with cancellation. Goodbye

    This is causing lot of inconvenience and am using your service for more than 10 years now. This isn't acceptable & the service engineer said he can't do much here. Am happy to move to Jiofibre which is good in my location.@reliancejio. If you can resolve please do by 10am.

    @JioCare I do not have name/number or any details of the technician as I did not receive any call and neither did I request to put the visit on hold. Instead I called your customer care why has the request been rescheduled and he hung up the call!

    @JioCare There is no 'as per my request'. Kindly stop cooking stories and send a technician asap as the appointment was for yesterday 5 p.m and not a single call has come from any technician till now! Shame on such pathetic service
