    Very poor network of all telecom companies. 2000 to 2010 Decade we experienced best quality network but nowdays Call Drop, poor voice is daily routine reality. @VodafoneIN @reliancejio @airtelindia

    @VodafoneIdeaIN must have hired people at much lower salary scale for their phone help lines. It's extremely frustrating they can't understand how to help and just say things that don't apply to the problem. Going on for past 6 months. @reliancejio @airtelindia seem better #India

    @reliancejio My inactive no. has got incorrectly charged and money has got debited online. When i am asking your helpline to either refund or transfer to my live number they bluntly refuse. Neither they are sharing any higher up details. My reg # 9819327282 Seek help

    @reliancejio @JioCare Had a terrible experience with jio staff handling customer calls. Very rude and entirely non-cooperative Ms. Sangita. do understand must have been tired but that’s not the way to speak with customer. Real sad to say and complain about someone. Bad experience

    @rsprasad Sir,I recharged an inactive connection Of Jio by mistake. Jio says the amt cannot be refunded / reallocated to my active no which I use. Money lost. Feel cheated. Does TRAI policy principally allow such tyranny @reliancejio @JioCare @KiritSomaiya @manoj_kotak Pls HELP

    @Airtel_Presence I hope you guys do it at the earliest. @JioCare I have been complaining about the speed issue from almost 1.5 years. But issue is still the same. @TRAI i never expected this from trai, telecom companies are not providing the solutions and you guys dont have any idea about it.

    @JioCare Connection sucks in pincode 600031. Sent several emails to Jio Care for a site visit so that the signal strength is measured and necessary action take. Care team keeps saying that this is a temp issue. Would you not take monthly charges on a temp basis then? Pls resolve.
