@djay_sharma @singharvind4321 @highspeedION @dvoisssv I think they are only providers in my area, basically they are the 'good among the worst' providers in my area. I tried to reach out to @airtelindia and @reliancejio for their broadband connection. But they mentioned that they don't provide service in this area.

@reliancejio Disconnecting service like before. Shd understand that persons are unable to go out of the hotspots to recharge. At least give two/three days in this period. Mukesh Ambaniji -Retention of customers are very important n one shd be considerate during this period.

@reliancejio @JioCare More than 24 hrs now since Jio Fiber is down in my society for majority of flats. Most of us are working from home and need active internet. This is a recurring problem. If you guys do not resolve it permanently we will en masse shift to Tata Sky Fiber.

@reliancejio At the end of evry mnth 5 days prior to plan expiry, jio will treat like we owe them mony. They force you to rechrge evry month 5 days prior to last months expiry date. Worst, Even after recharge alrts dn't stp untl exp date passes. Smtym u frget & rechrge twice. Indian mosquitos

I have been on different networks but @airtelindia has worst network connection and poor cooperation from customer care people, if you have any issue & you complain they say you need to Waite 8 days patiently otherwise you can go for other options like @JioCare @Airtel_Presence
