    @iFaiz_an @JioCare @reliancejio @DoT_India Yes, because if service provider not given proper service then authorities daffinetly take action against companies, if the authorities didn't acting against companies then the service is OK as per service manual.

    Jio network-4G internet speed in Railway is much slower than 2G internet. Also in some where network is sufficient but not getting sufficient speed. In Vapi-Valsad area.@reliancejio please look forward toward the issue.

    @JioCare , Its been more than 1 Year was waiting for Jio Broadband. Its been more than 6 Months that Jio had laid Poles and Cables for Jio Fiber. Unfortunately, No JioFiber Service yet. Please do escalate the issue and provide Jio broadband.

    @reliancejio @TheMukeshAmbani Its great to hear about the 5G plan sir, but its high time to get the Customer service team to be more responsible in resolving the issue. I used to love Jio Fibernet, now have a completely different opinion post my recent experience with Jio customer service

    @DoT_India Please order Broadband providers to set up a human help customer care, the automated bot help most of these companies like @reliancejio @JioCare provide is of no help to consumers. No one gives even proper info on service outage, forget thinking about problem resolution.
