    @JioCare Having Data speed issues in my area from a long time. I am getting 10-50kbps speed on the name 4g. And call drop is on large numbers and the tech called VOLTE... I am paying u what u want but still didn't getting that what u promise for.

    Since 1 year I am registering and requesting for @reliancejio fiber and @airtelindia fiber. Leave fiber, they have not been able to fix their mobile network issues. And these 2 companies claim to be the fastest 4G provider of India.

    @JioCare extremely poor customer service..after incessant followups on poor installation, had to cancel the account! Ref : SR000014O14I. Support keeps repeating that they will look into the issue..but nothing happens on the ground!
