    @JioCare Having Data speed issues in my area from a long time. I am getting 10-50kbps speed on the name 4g. And call drop is on large numbers and the tech called VOLTE... I am paying u what u want but still didn't getting that what u promise for.

    @JioCare please do something about the quality of network in 140306, Mohali. I have a jio airfiber plan 899, which promises up to 100mbps -what I have been getting is 1-10mbps. It is getting nearly impossible to connect to your customer care. What kind of service is this.

    Applied for a Jio AirFiber connection on April 17, paid for four months in advance. Installation was scheduled on April 17 itself. Nothing so far. The customer care bots are equally worse & there seems no way to get on a call with a customer care executive! @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Thanks for the update, but I’ve been hearing the same response repeatedly without any actual progress. Please provide a confirmed installation date & time and ensure the engineer visit happens as promised. Kindly treat this as urgent.

    @TrakinTech I wish Jio had better network capacity as compared to Airtel. @reliancejio network quality is way too poor when compared with Airtel.

    @JioCare #jioairfiber it's so frustrating that internet speed is just 6 to 7 mbps from the past 2 weeks in spite of multiple phone calls to customer care & not sure when your 4 hours fixing joke will end we relying on the internet for work but not sure when it will be resolved.

    @JioCare Date: 17th April Recharge Amount: ₹899 Benefit Promised: Unlimited calling, data, and a bundled Disney+ Hotstar subscription. Issue: The OTT subscription was active and functional until yesterday. However, as of today, the benefit has been prematurely terminated .@JioCare
