    @JioCare Having Data speed issues in my area from a long time. I am getting 10-50kbps speed on the name 4g. And call drop is on large numbers and the tech called VOLTE... I am paying u what u want but still didn't getting that what u promise for.

    @reliancejio @JioCare your customer care team is talking all bullshit . I recharge the wifi with 600 for 60 days in dec. and the sales person said your voucher will be generated and the customer care team says voucher generated in April but not generate yet solve my problem

    @JioCare Restoration is NOT done. Your tech BLOCKED my number after a failed fix on April 7. The ODB box in Gwaltoli is open & damaged for months (see photo). I've emailed the Nodal Officer. Don't close this until a senior tech visits. ID: SR000032QJ1L.

    I’m extremely disappointed with the poor Cx Support from JioFiber. Despite multiple complaints, my issue remains unresolved. I request you to proceed with immediate disconnection and cancellation of my service. This is not the level of service expected. @JioCare @reliancejio
