@JioCare Having Data speed issues in my area from a long time. I am getting 10-50kbps speed on the name 4g. And call drop is on large numbers and the tech called VOLTE... I am paying u what u want but still didn't getting that what u promise for.

@JioCare @reliancejio we are facing issues of slow mobile internet but JIO seems to be very much not bothered about addressing our issue. Every time I call customer service, advisors give me random time to wait for 4, 5 or 6 hours to get the issue resolved but no resolution yet.
