    @JioCare Having Data speed issues in my area from a long time. I am getting 10-50kbps speed on the name 4g. And call drop is on large numbers and the tech called VOLTE... I am paying u what u want but still didn't getting that what u promise for.

    @JioCare Impossible to reach customer care executive. impossible to raise service request, impossible to submit email (cleverly "submit" button is disabled.) How to reach you people? Running such a big network and not able to reach you -- shame.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup Jio is the worst network these days, service provider claims to be the fastest 4G network but it is taking more than an hour to download a 1GB file.
