    @JioCare Having Data speed issues in my area from a long time. I am getting 10-50kbps speed on the name 4g. And call drop is on large numbers and the tech called VOLTE... I am paying u what u want but still didn't getting that what u promise for.

    @JioCare Dm'ed but I know that you don't have network feasibility in my area of Manali yet. I'm hoping you expand to our area soon as BSNL has a monopoly and doesn't seem to care for their customers. They even charge almost double the amount Jio and Airtel do.

    Worst possible experience @JioCare Wanted to port into @reliancejio , requested for door delivery on Friday. Till now no one reached, if you don’t want to serve, should have told me upfront. @TRAI

    @reliancejio @DoT_India @TRAI last 2 month my complaint already raise. I do 1 year recharge this month but internet speed not coming. Already give address where I face problem, in my city most of area facing problem. Jio care did not resolve issue. Porbandar city

    @imlnk @JioCare I can't. Jio customer Service personnel say that I need to change my SIM to get Jio5G. My old SIM won't work. On the other hand the Jio Care people won't give me new SIM with the old number without SIM lost complaint reports. I'm not sure what to do with the welcome offer. 🤦

    @JioCare This problem I faced from last 6 month in howrah station and last two days in mecheda station and ur not doing anything to solve. @consumerforum_ I paid money for service and I am unhappy today I faced a huge loss of their internet service.
