Abhishek (@the_Abhishekh) reportedReally disappointed with @JioCare @reliancejio service. Promised 100 Mbps on Jio AirFiber, but currently not even getting 10 Kbps. Tried calling support, but only automated messages and calls get disconnected, no way to reach a real executive.

Tech Laha (@ShovanLaha1) reported@reliancejio @JioCare Jio, you should completely shut down your connectivity in our area. Because there is no internet service anyway. You’re unnecessarily keeping your machines running, having to hire separate people for maintenance, and we are not getting internet coverage.

Sirish (@Sirish_11) reported@JioCare DM already sent as get assistance from AI and customer care is useful. The only resolution provided for all the issues is restart the router.
