    @JioCare Having Data speed issues in my area from a long time. I am getting 10-50kbps speed on the name 4g. And call drop is on large numbers and the tech called VOLTE... I am paying u what u want but still didn't getting that what u promise for.

    @reliancejio Struggling with Call connect late after 30-40 second on every call, and Even dropping call regularly. In 2nd attempt call connect. This is pathetic. Customer expect better service, rather being very annoying.

    @JioCare I have 2 connections you have send me the process for JioFiber not for Airfiber..I have already told you that your customer team has said that you have installed the Jio AirFiber with promo offer so you can't change your plan. However the engineer didn't tell me about the offer

    @JioCare @JioCare Engineer visit the home and change the outdoor unit tower location, but now there is no internet connectivity at my home, although router light is green and engineer told me the issue is on backend not with antena.

    Despite repeatedly following up with Jio’s TRF team, I have still received no response, and my issue remains unresolved. How many times does a customer need to follow up to get a genuine resolution? @reliancejio Please take this matter seriously and resolve the issue at earliest

    @JioCare The wire condition from there is not good but he said it will work. Hope in future jio will not take this much time to solve a customer complaint and will provide good service.

    @JioCare service of jio fibre has detoriated. Now it's 3 days after raising service request complain no internet. Waiting for engineer to visit. This is now happening every month. Thinking of moving to other service provider.
