@JioCare Having Data speed issues in my area from a long time. I am getting 10-50kbps speed on the name 4g. And call drop is on large numbers and the tech called VOLTE... I am paying u what u want but still didn't getting that what u promise for.

Ok currently using @Google pixel 6a 5G , with @JioCare sim on prepaid card of 2999, living in Lucknow, why the hell @reliancejio you are not sending jio 5g welcome offer ..this is so annoying.worst experience till day.

@SamsungIndia @JioCare no wifi calling when 5g is enabled on jio on primary/sim1. However same is available for secondary sim with same settings. If set to LTE manually it works for both. Have chexked with multiple samsung phones. Same issue pls fix

@JioCare And, what about the bill payment? Last month I paid the bill and told that the bonus month voucher will be applied after I pay the bill. But this month surprisingly I receive the same bill and where is my bonus month? Even my internet is suspended? Could you please fix it?
