@JioCare Having Data speed issues in my area from a long time. I am getting 10-50kbps speed on the name 4g. And call drop is on large numbers and the tech called VOLTE... I am paying u what u want but still didn't getting that what u promise for.

Jio Fiber activated my connection on 21 Feb without installation. The service was actually installed on 11 March, but billing started from Feb 21. Requesting billing correction/refund for the non-usable period.@JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare @reliancejio Doesn't jio doesn't have an customer care email id to share such proof documents rather than sharing via X DM. Don't cheat my money , refund the full amount at the earliest.

@JioCare with no internet connectivity owing to abrupt and unknown issues, we cant even find an earlier slot for an engineer visit before March 16th. How are we supposed to work? Plus it's always a bot answering the toll free number with no real assistance. Its like a loop! Help
