    @JioCare Having Data speed issues in my area from a long time. I am getting 10-50kbps speed on the name 4g. And call drop is on large numbers and the tech called VOLTE... I am paying u what u want but still didn't getting that what u promise for.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Extremely disappointed with Jio's service. After switching to Jio Home, our internet has been down for 4 days. Despite multiple technician visits, the issue remains unresolved. This experience has been frustrating, and I am now switching to @airtelindia.

    Unacceptable. 48+ hours of outage and Jio still has no concrete update beyond the same template message. Customers have lost productivity, time, and money. Full compensation and immediate restoration are expected. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @JioCare My complaint SR000033DOJL was closed without resolution. Jio promised network optimization within 30 days, but no improvement has been seen even after 30+ days. Jio 5G frequently switches to 4G indoors at Pathra, PO Salaiya, PS Kothi, Block Imamganj, Gaya, Bihar

    @JioCare Liar. Why are customers being taken for granted? @JioCare never seems to care about its customers. We are facing repeated disruptions due to an adamant and irresponsible technician who added an unauthorized extra connection in Jio junction box.repeated complaints, no action sofar

    @JioCare I’m tired of repeated engineer visits and temporary fixes. The issue still persists despite multiple adapter replacements, resets, and support calls. The wiring has already been checked and is fine.
