    @JioCare Having Data speed issues in my area from a long time. I am getting 10-50kbps speed on the name 4g. And call drop is on large numbers and the tech called VOLTE... I am paying u what u want but still didn't getting that what u promise for.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Poor JioFiber service. Speed ~1 Mbps for 2 months on 30 Mbps plan. No visits, complaints closed without OTP, repeated reschedules. Tested via LAN – not WiFi issue. NCH Complaint No: 9103018 #JioFiber #PoorService #ConsumerRights

    @JioCare Hi , why we took post paid connection just because of to avail the hassel free service. Your stupid service is just make me irritate. Guys donot took the Sim of reliance jio. They make the customer fool.

    @JioCare Received a message at 8.11 pm on 13th confirming that service request number SR000032UOT5 Is resolved. However it is still not resolved. Jio just fools clients.
