    @JioCare Having Data speed issues in my area from a long time. I am getting 10-50kbps speed on the name 4g. And call drop is on large numbers and the tech called VOLTE... I am paying u what u want but still didn't getting that what u promise for.

    "Dear @JioCare, I am tired of receiving irrelevant solutions like 'check your phone settings.' The issue is POOR NETWORK COVERAGE and NO SIGNAL inside my house. My handset is perfectly fine; the problem is with your tower/infrastructure in my area.

    @JioCare ‘Recharge with a validity plan first’ this is the message I am getting when I try to do a topup of ₹20. But when I search in myJio I couldn’t find validity plans as such. Can you help in this? What are the validity plans?
