    @JioCare Having Data speed issues in my area from a long time. I am getting 10-50kbps speed on the name 4g. And call drop is on large numbers and the tech called VOLTE... I am paying u what u want but still didn't getting that what u promise for.

    @JioCare My air fibre no. 5123178892 is not working. Customer care is not responding. Please register my complain. There is a power supply problem in the router. It is sparking. In how many working days will the issue resolve. Kya meri complaint likhi jayegi. Kya problem thik hogi.

    @JioCare Sudhansu, Can’t you understand the message I posted about Technician visit not being materialised within the promised timeline. What’s the remedy available to me except continuous lip service without any sincerity to resolve. Disappointing as always with jio

    @JioCare @reliancejio Broadband connection was closed on June 1st week. After much followup, technician visited on 12th June, took the modem and Bank details. It has been 1.5 months since and no refund of security deposit. No one responding on mails either. Amazing scam service!

    @JioCare I will not reply In DM whatever the issue I have mentioned clearly in the post with address, kindly send your technical team team to check the issue at mentioned location and when they come there ask any JIO subscriber and find the issue, from my side it is very clear, no network
