    @JioCare Having Data speed issues in my area from a long time. I am getting 10-50kbps speed on the name 4g. And call drop is on large numbers and the tech called VOLTE... I am paying u what u want but still didn't getting that what u promise for.

    @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani No improvement in support. Still, no one from the technical team has visited my home to resolve the issue. @JioCare, what is the SLA? Please share the escalation matrix. Kindly avoid the standard “we’ll resolve it soon” response. Repeatedly hearing the same thing is frustrating.

    @JioCare Requesting @reliancejio to please review coverage for Thana village (Rajura). After my AirFiber order (booked Aug 12 via tech Sachin Pawar) was canceled due to "unfeasibility," Sharad from your Social Media Team mentioned a 21-day refund wait & no current 5G rollout plan. With 50+ IT professionals working from home here, we urgently need stable connectivity. Kindly consider upgrading the nearby Balegaon site to 5G to support our village! @Jio_Offl

    @reliancejio @JioCare utterly disappointed by the Jio care - it has been more than 48 hours to install air fiber at my home. Jio promised that the installation will take place within 24 hours of payment. This service is not acceptable and want to request immmediate installation

    @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare days after already reporting a service outage? This is absolutely unacceptable. The network service is poor, and the customer care response is even worse. Stop delaying the complaint and send a technician immediately. I need the connection restored, not another rescheduled
