    @JioCare Having Data speed issues in my area from a long time. I am getting 10-50kbps speed on the name 4g. And call drop is on large numbers and the tech called VOLTE... I am paying u what u want but still didn't getting that what u promise for.

    @JioCare SR00002NGN7C complaint unresolved since 10 days, jio’s engineer fails to visit according to appointment time slot and reschedules it according to his own convenience without my permission. Pathetic service. Will take this matter up with consumer court.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancejio This is extremely disappointing. You apologized and said my complaint would be resolved at the earliest, but there has been no actual resolution. I was originally given a 3–4 PM service slot, but no engineer arrived. I had to reopen the service request

    Hi @JioCare, this is now my 4th call to customer care for a simple Jio AirFiber disconnection request. Every single time, I’m transferred to the disconnection team, kept waiting for 5–8 minutes, and then the call is automatically disconnected. This is unacceptable.

    @reliancejio — Service Request SR00003E3GDZ has been closed three times without a single technician visit or even a proper call to me. My request is simple: shift the JioFiber cable passing through a neighbouring plot where construction is underway and could damage the cable.
