@JioCare Having Data speed issues in my area from a long time. I am getting 10-50kbps speed on the name 4g. And call drop is on large numbers and the tech called VOLTE... I am paying u what u want but still didn't getting that what u promise for.

It took me 45 min to deliver this tweet. jio’s network is right now so terrible that i cant even able to load whtsapp messages. Trust me yours 4g speed is nowhere better than 2g speed i use to used.Its an humble request to help me out with it. @reliancejio @reliancegroup

@JioCare Now installation is pending from 13th March, installation date got multiple reshedule.i can't wait any fix it by EOD or else refund.i will get bsnl @BSNL_JKD need fiber at home

@JioCare from past few weeks after recharged my mobile no. Not able to connect internet. And I have complained about this near about 6 times at CC no. 198, they dont even care what and why im calling. Is this your way to provide service? Your CC persons dont talk with respect.
