    @JioCare hey please improve network services in my area . Network speed is very low like 20kbps to 40 kbps. Sometimes 4G+ network connects in whole day . Unable to take online classes and other works this is not 4G speed . Please improve this as soon as possible @reliancejio

    @RupsaChak @VodafoneIT Today Vi network is pretty bad, I have a Jio SIM so work is not affected, suggest switch to Jio @Jiocare

    @JioCare I have DM.ed all the information. But you have not solved the issue. Without solving, you're just asking repetitively same questions, just to make sure that you have responded to the query. Jio will not retain customers if the customer service is like this.

    @_singhalka @reliancejio @JioCare This is indeed a terrifying incident n it's happening Pam india . This will have adverse effect on the market goodwill of reliance.. in the end it's all quality we switched to reliance for the same reason... This is not done

    @reliancejio @JioCare it’s been 72 hours till now I didn’t get any response from jio support. When a person wants new jio connection they send immediately a person to setup the connection. So why now they are not giving the service to customer.
