    @JioCare Same ans I got from customer care, but if you see then people not getting coverage inside the house they have to go outside house. This is only due to tower issue sir. I request kindly repair that tower. We are in 2022 and till people from my village has to face issue of network.

    There are about 2000 Jio customers in our village. There is a tower of Jio but it is not operational yet, that's why customers are very upset due to lack of network, they are going to other networks. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio Team, want to have fiber connection since long in our premises at Kamothe, Navi Mumbai. applied many time through Myjio app. But it's never get processed. Can you please check and look into the issue. Looking forward to receive the services soon.
