@JioCare 2 days since i raised service ticket for internet being down. Technicians were supposed to come y'day. It's going to be end of the day on day 2 but no sign. Will you guys keep connection on if I delay the payment by a day? Will you compensate for service deficiency?

due to pathetic 4G speed of @airtelindia, going to port out to @reliancejio. @Airtel_Presence used to be the best network but now the network quality is pathetic, especially the data speed literally sucks and tests ur patience,in 2004 used to get better internet speed in #Airtel

@JioCare Yes as you mentioned he identified the issue the issue happened on router box the technician said the box has to replace, to replace the box why people taking too much of time,(the Router box that you given just around 5months old but now it's not working) hope you will replace

@JioCare I have raised cancellation request on 23rd May 2022 and now it's almost crossed a month. Why you people do not follow service level agreement? @consumerforum_ request your intervention here as Jio company is cheating to their customer. They are not refunding my deposit.
