Worst Service by #jio @JioCare @JioFiberVoice Moved to a new location and was trying to relocate my #JioFiber. Booked an appointment on 13 March for relocation, since then I have called customer care 3-4 times & each time they moved the appointment to 4-5 hours later or next day.

@JioCare my number is frequently getting busy when someone calls me. I am unable to send messages as well. I have active plan till end of April 239 plan. I have tried in both Iphone 13 and Pixel 7 pro devices. Internet speed is too worst at 5 mbps with LTE and 5G unreliable
