@JioCare wow past 4 days there is no Jio network in my area. This called a pathetic service. Are you going to add these days in my plan for not usage of network. I think Mr. Mukesh Ambani has forgotten Jio. There is no progress to my previous complains also.

@JioCare And even your engineers are updating fake in portal not resolving the issue just updating it that it is resolved.And your team is not ready to take feedback that they have not resolved. WFH depends on net and the loss I had is more then your 3 months program just for your delay.

@JioCare Since Friday 21st I have registered complaint and today again customer care team when I called they told it has rescheduled to 29th may. How much more time you all need just giving false hopes won't do anything. pls let me know just for solving issue of wifi you all need 10 days.
