    @reliancejio worst network in uran Navi Mumbai your network almost goes twice a week I don’t know what’s the prob when you’ll charge so much on your recharges kindly look into the matter. Otherwise I’ll change my network

    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio you are having such pathetic servicing that i will never recommend jio in my life. Neither the airfiber nor the jio number is working properly, frequent call drops, 2g net speed and the customer care services all are pathetic.

    Dear @JioCare, My ₹3,300 AirFiber refund is still pending despite repeated promises. Your customer care team confirmed that my refund would be processed under Request ID: SR00003AUIUR. As I was getting an error on the refund link, I shared my bank details via email

    @JioCare Ihave made a recharge of ₹899 today (15 July 2026) through Google Pay at 7:51 AM, but the recharge is still showing as "Processing" and has not been successfully activated. Kindly check and resolve this issue as soon as possible. UPI Transaction ID: 126306563064. Thanks
