Totally cheating to customer specially from corporate customer they get revenue in bulk without giving properspeed

Today again, the network went down at 8:00 AM along with the electricity, and the service was restored only at 11:50 PM, after almost the entire day without network connectivity. This is causing serious inconvenience to the entire area.
