    @JioCare Any update on this?? Ticket still shows as open without any update. Ticket expected resolution time was on 27-Nov-2022. Looks like Jio is converting into BSNL. #worst #Review

    @JioCare Service Request number SR00001FQVIK. No engineer visit till, given time of 1 to 2 pm passed...no call and message regarding visit till now... So please send engineer asap

    @JioCare Services suspended for JioFiber Service ID 299863349687. From 19Oct to 5th Dec (75 DAYS). No one pick the device from location even not allowd to shift another location, No update after multiple followup. What we expect in such cases.
