Also I am registered on auto-pay, why send multiple reminders and calls to make payment ?

Ashish (@__live2ride__) reported from Panvel, Maharashtra@JioCare @reliancejio I have not seen any company who does auto debit or EMI, ask the customer to make the payment before the debit date knowingly. They do call to remind to keep balance but not to make payment. And even if they do deduct payment they refund access payment.
