    @JioCare @reliancejio I have not seen any company who does auto debit or EMI, ask the customer to make the payment before the debit date knowingly. They do call to remind to keep balance but not to make payment. And even if they do deduct payment they refund access payment.

    @reliancejio @reliancejio This is nothing but a scam where 5 days before auto debit date, your customer service executive tells me to ignore the bill generated and make the payment. Also I am registered on auto-pay, why send multiple reminders and calls to make payment ?

    This all happening because we took from jio website not with their local sales team or we can say agent who said easY Nhi HOGA connection kyuki humse Nhi lia. And yes they are right. JIo customer care, appellate is just a waste with same reply we will get back to u @JioCare

    @JioCare @VinayDe86287562 No it does not work. Many locations 5g network is slower then 3g and 9n case of no network it does not shift to 4g auto always. If you really want test on Noida Sector 18 to Sector 16.

    @JioCare 8514003338 jio no 8101232923 alternative no. Area pin code 734010, Matigara, Siliguri, West Bengal. I'll fully matched all credentials for accessing jio 5g, but till now I'll didn't get any invitation from jio. Please enable the 5g service to my jio no asap.

    Hi @JioCare have activated International Roaming on my Jio connection for Thailand. Currently latching on AIS Thailand’s 4G network but can’t make/receive calls although I have enough balance. Please have a look!
