    @JioCare @somitsrivastav_ With reference to Service Request Number SR00001BFAXJ, visit of Jio service engineer for your JioFiber connection having JioFixedVoice Number +912279690828 is on hold as FTTx - kindly replace remote free of cost else disconnect jio fiber and your 3rd grade services

    @JioCare @JioChat @reliancejio I have been forced to raise the issue here since no resolution given over email & phone in last 1 month. I am having issue of adding a no. as child to my no but It says that the child no. is already part of another data pool but actually it is not.

    Thanks to your super lagging response, I finally bid adieu to @reliancejio #Jiofiber after more than 2 years of association. My connection was terminated despite I paid in advance. What I wanted a simple restoration of my connection but you seems to be in happy to cancel it.
