Update: on 13th Jan, the agent was supposed to visit my address. No one came, no one bothered to call but very conveniently @JioCare shut down my service request ONCE AGAIN. What a horrible customer service! Shame. #jiocare #JioFiber #poorcustomerservice

@JioCare Very pathetic services by jio they always disconnect call, give bogus reply in twitter as well without understanding problem. I am getting frequent disconnection in wifi and getting speed drop issue especially with 2.4ghz

Dear @reliancejio In my village khamwa of Hazaribagh district of Jharkhand, your network is zero for the last 6 months. People have to talk and use Internet on their roofs and lot of people are worried about this problem. please do something as soon as possible.
