    @JioCare just appauled at the level of service. Raised a complaint on 20Dec and no engineer has called and call centre staff talk like robots! How is anyone supposed to work like that? Welcome to the #JioFiber #RelianceJio digital world of no resolutions!

    Customer care for @JioCare is the worst i have come accross with. Amount for #JioFiber recharge was double deducted, i am trying to raise a complaint & have wasted one hour for the same. I have tried App Help section, online chat and have tried calling their customer care.

    @reliancejio Whats wrong with your customer care number. Tried calling multiple times for a billing issue on 199 & 198. Everytime call gets disconnected after being on hold for few minutes.

    @JioCare I don't want to listen yours copyright dialog so check screenshot in which latitude and longitude is given. You can easily check network speed condition on that area
