    @reliancejio @JioCare I got jiober last year...and got disconnected in this year January... I approached again in this month to resume my service but they denied that service can not be provide saying that fiber connection is not in my area... In 4 months jio fiber is closed

    @JioCare Sorry to inform you my jio no 6282112862 is giving trouble by breaking off in between call after about 60 seconds. I had complained the same a few days back Not yet rectified. Pls check up

    @JioCare No I do not use VPN. You have provided router within house with your fiber service and that is how I connect to internet. I fail to understand why deterioration of service from this month only since I started your service in December'19
