@JioCare Executive came to house on 11th September. Resetted the Router for 10th time in last 6 months and said Problem resolved. From 12th September, yesterday, again it didn't work. No response from the Executive who came to home and while I call customer service center, no response 👎

@JioCare @reliancejio CO0000BMBQKI - Check this and see when I put the request. Un-Installation was rescheduled by 'YOU' multiple times every now and then. If your sales person picked up the router late then thats your problem not mine! I need my IN 1 K ASAP which you deducted wrongly!

@JioCare My connection 1203530694 is down with link error since 6 Sept, case opened on 7 Sept with Jio Care but almost a week and no resolution of the problem. All false assurances getting everyday. Either refund or rectify the problem today. Very very poor support
