    Hi @JioCare,I am facing issue with JioFibre & following up with your customer support and what they do is just reschedule my appointment to next day. When I called they told me that my SR is being kept on hold without any reason "SR0000196BAN". Its been 3 days with no resolution.

    @JioCare Your time look exceeded almost 7 days n u tell me more time plx i request to you plx give me cash refund i don't need ur fiber cox l lost huge amount my business. So it better than Airtel fiber and Airtel fiber service is best better than jio @AirtelFiber

    My jio fiber device was picked after 3 months of request. After 15 days till now no amount received. Order no. CO0000GOZYEC. Pl help @reliancejio

    I will seriously change my sim from jio very soon. Every other day i am having a network issue only 2 bar of signal out of 4. This is happening quite regularly. Plz look in the matter @reliancejio @JioCare
