    @JioCare Dear Karuna ji, Last two days wasting my time engineer not came today. Today, it's scheduled three time. But installation also pending. No support from @JioCare side till now. Now please tell me what i can do for this bad experience from jio side? Move to another network? #Jio

    @JioCare @consumerforum_ Returned jio fiber connection accesories more than a month ago, called customer care 4-5 times. Still haven't received my refund. Company policy for refund is 7-14 days. All false promises.Pathetic customer service. #CustomerExperience #fraud #JioFiber

    @reliancejio For many days now it’s very irritating to get anything downloaded on any device. Speed has gone down to even less than what it used to be in 2G. Can’t understand the fete of speed when 5G becomes fully operational Plus look into speed of 4G currently user is getting

    Hi @JioCare kia dkkt aajati hr 2 din m network ko? If you don’t have proper bandwidth why you are providing services? Bnd kro bhai faltu k paise charge krna. I am paying ₹ 706/monthly for AirFibre and in return I get slow or bad network. Call me ASAP
