They are reunning from their responsibility of providing good data speed and adequate coverage by saying that we are taking steps to provide network coverage in near future.     @DoT_India @JioCare Jio only making fool and you #Dot_India people only forward concern to jio, not ask about solution they provide solution to customer. Jio only making fool to customer while giving reply. This is not peak hour issue, this is whole day issue. So do not make fool to us.

    @JioCare But I note that since I got jio I didn't get missed call alert for other service providers any time and I check it many times if this problem not solved I think to change in other service provider

    @JioCare I've recently started using jio fiber wifi and STB and I'm really dissatisfied with the services and specifically the quality. I haven't seen this much worst picture quality in my smart TV. I'm really very disappointed with this. I won't recommend this to anyone at all.

    @JioCare Thanks for your prompt response sir, because of Airtel poor signal I’m using Jio Fibre since 2020 and I’m very much happy with that. Let me give a last chance to @airtelindia to respond if not I’ll start porting myself, my family members & entire area to JIO

    @JioCare There is no such experience that- continue 1 hour jio internet service. In short, I told the customer service center many times. I didn't get any results despite saying that the problem will be solved and it doesn't seem that my problem will be solved.
