    What's pain? I was loyal for @airtelindia for a decade but received poorest customer service. @Airtel_Presence They ended up making false promises. It's been 53 hours already and yet no response regarding a simple wifi shifting request next to my home. @JioCare I'm coming to u!

    @DoT_India @JioCare Jio only making fool and you #Dot_India people only forward concern to jio, not ask about solution they provide solution to customer. Jio only making fool to customer while giving reply. This is not peak hour issue, this is whole day issue. So do not make fool to us.

They are reunning from their responsibility of providing good data speed and adequate coverage by saying that we are taking steps to provide network coverage in near future.     @VidhuBhushan @Airtel_Presence @reliancejio Absolutely true. Any service is as good as the last touch points to the customer. Team Airtel are very lethargic in my area in responding. I think it is better if I stay away from them. For the time being at least.

    @JioCare I am subscriber of Jio Fibre very disappointed for any issues app is complicated and to reach to customer care through IVR very difficult. Tried 3 times each time call drops. Hope someone gives solution

    My Netflix keeps getting bundled with some Jio package and gets downgraded to the basic plan. I'm an Airtel customer btw. This is the second time it's happening and it's super annoying. Could I know why and how to make it not happen again? @JioCare @NetflixIndia
