They are reunning from their responsibility of providing good data speed and adequate coverage by saying that we are taking steps to provide network coverage in near future. Jio employees are not behaving well. Please take action.

    @JioCare I am very disappointed that you are giving same reply to all your complainers. I did lot of complains. I am really facing lot of network issue all day not only peak. Very less network with low data speed. Please don't make fool to customers. Provide solution

    What's pain? I was loyal for @airtelindia for a decade but received poorest customer service. @Airtel_Presence They ended up making false promises. It's been 53 hours already and yet no response regarding a simple wifi shifting request next to my home. @JioCare I'm coming to u!

    Its regarding the pathetic service of jiofiber. Jiofiber was down my house in Motera Ahmedabad from 1800 hrs. of 19.04.2026. Nobody has reported as on 20th even their app had assigned the work to some S Dodia. I think I should look for some other net provider. @JioCare

    Hey @JioCare, really disappointed. 5G+ shows but the network is weak, keeps switching to unusable 4G, and sometimes goes down for hours, facing this issue almost daily. Complaints raised but no fix. As a video editor, this is affecting my work badly. Please resolve ASAP.
