    My Jio mobile data has been down for over 6 hours despite an active recharge.Ur helpline doesn’t even work this is extremely unprofessional & unacceptable.This isn’t a minor issue; lack of connectivity can be a serious safety risk.I expect this to be fixed RIGHT NOW @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup Still my Jio air fiber issue is unattended. The issue was raised day b4 yesterday. Jio people playing football as they don't have spare and trying to get the best possible escaping route.

    @JioCare @JioCare I am a non jio user and I am unable to track service request , tell me who is incharged and when they will arrive for installing jiofiber , just don't put automated message . Make some real work , raising service id is not going to solve any problem @reliancejio .
