@reliancejio @JioCare From past 3 days I tried to connect with @JioCare they are saying your issue will get resolve in 24 hours but still waiting for support person. And every time on call they are saying same. Really feeling not good with this kind of behaviour from jio.

@reliancejio Jio is down day by day... In my area we have 2 towers within 1km but we have no internet and network coverage like 2g. You are not provide atleast 2g connection in 4g price. Very very disappointed with jio and in my area peoples are porting there sim to other service providers.

Hi @JioCare @reliancejio Really pathetic experience with jio fiber I had raised request for on Thursday and paid charges but responsible service person from jio Team close the request without visiting or resolving issue.
