    @JioCare The Engineer No 70207 99281, he mentioned he can't fix, while all other connections in my colony are working only my connection was cut. Here the engineers are not ready to fix and customer care doesn't cancel the connection we are tired of this now.

    @reliancejio In Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 5G, it shows your device is not Jio 5G ready. Wel, the name itself is Ultra 5G. What is the solution to get Jio 5G in this device?

    @reliancejio I'm asking for invoice/receipt of payment I've already made 10 days ago to jio fiber. Jio is unable to provide that @TRAI Why can't you provide receipt instantly if customer has paid the amount? Need to switch to some other broadband

    @JioCare So your team called me and told me to visit the nearest jio store for porting my number to jio. Thanks for the waste of time. I am porting to Airtel now because they provided much better support and immediately sent an executive to my residence.
