    @JioCare All the procedures have been done by @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. Even I got multiple calls from jio customer care regarding porting of number, but I decided to move to airtel. Kindly see what is the blockage here.

    @JioCare thanks you so much for great support I have dropped you an email yesterday and your team has not replied back onto that. I want to discontinue my jio fibre connection please go ahead and forward the closure request then also you are gonna take like 7 working days please.
