    Upon contacting installation executive, getting commitments which are not adhered to, twice. Additionally got an SMS stating that my installation is rescheduled as per customers request. I wonder how they hav been given this authority. @reliancejio Giga Fibre seems worst already.

    @JioCare Hi Jio, While we are in vacation in USA we lost our mobile which had jio sim card in, we are trying to get replacement SIM card in India looks like only person has to appear to get SIM card, but how is this possible? We can not come back India in next few months, help?

    @JioCare Jio team I had taken a broadband connection with a deposit of Rs 1500 and assurance that I will be refunded full amount if I don't want to continue after one month. Service Id 299364389033 . You have taken the router back after disconnection but refunded me only Rs 500 .
