    @JioCare got a new fiber connection just today and was informed at 10:30 in the morning that the connection would be installed in 2 hours or at least we would be intimated about the installation appointment. numerous calls with customer support but in pain. Regretting decision

    @JioCare my mobile internet is not stable. One day it will be down to the lowest speed possible and stay that way the whole day, the other day, it is back to normal. I have noticed that the speed goes down particularly when doing downloading. This has been on for quite some days.

    @reliancejio Jio fraud ....they are not able to provide proper network service...worst network. Airtel is far better than you guys atleast they understand our problems. Jio is just thinking about their own profits, I m unable to to attend my classes with their ****** network service.
