    @reliancejio I hv been complaining since last 2 years regarding slow and dead network. But every time I use to get the same reply that " we r working on that and will be resolved soon". Network going worse day by day.@TRAI

    @JioCare @JioCare I raised the cancellation request out of frustration with Jio's complete failure to provide support. No internet since 1st July, no engineer visit, only repetitive replies. This is not customer service.

    @deepgill7276 @JioCare They are the worst of the worst, they only care about their money, they don't give a damn about user experience and user service, I'll switch to some other providers once my plans are over. Shame on you @JioCare

    @JioCare I don't think you read my previous message carefully. This is not a website issue, because the website is accessible without any problems through Airtel, Vodafone, and BSNL networks. The issue occurs only when using your Jio network, where the website cannot be accessed.
