    @reliancejio I hv been complaining since last 2 years regarding slow and dead network. But every time I use to get the same reply that " we r working on that and will be resolved soon". Network going worse day by day.@TRAI

They are transferring the call again and again for the last 5 days, and nothing is happening. My billing date is 11th June, and again I will get charged more.(5)

    @Airtel_Presence @JioCare I've generated my UPC and want to port from Jio to Airtel due to ongoing network issues. Airtel, please advise how to proceed and whether I should share the UPC via DM. Jio, repeated complaints without effective resolution have led to this decision.

    @JioCare your service personally restored the fibre service yesterday and was insisting on otp for completion of service saying everything is fixed ! But from today afternoon the connection is again broken !! In the last one month I hardly used the Jio fibre due to technical issues of your end ! How will I be compensated for the loss of service ( prepaid connection) and when my service will be restored? Very pooor customer service and technical support

    @JioCare @JioCare The issue remains unresolved. Yesterday’s visit was missed and today’s committed visit was denied. Service has been down for 4 days and is impacting my work. Kindly provide the engineer’s name, contact number, and a confirmed resolution time today.

    @JioCare @reliancejio your representative came at our house and completed KYC and collected 3333₹ for a 100Mbps plan connection on 2nd this month. He said the connection will take 3-5 days. Since then I have been chasing him for connection. Need urgent help.
