@reliancejio I hv been complaining since last 2 years regarding slow and dead network. But every time I use to get the same reply that " we r working on that and will be resolved soon". Network going worse day by day.@TRAI

@rsprasad @TRAI In 1 hr the rep from @JioCare declared that I have not submitted my equipment. When I told them that I have all proofs that I did (PRO message, Email) they went quiet. Please help and take strict action against such a fraud company. I will go to consumer court😡

@JioCare But the Irony of situation is that, when you call jio for a New Conn. people are So attentive and they even committed to get my New Conn ready within one day but when i tried to reach people for issue I have been facing in my Old Conn. none of the service guys is available..

@JioCare Despite repeated requests jio didn't improve its signal quality in my area and now after 3 yrs I am going back to use @airtelindia services which are much better than jio.
