    @reliancejio I hv been complaining since last 2 years regarding slow and dead network. But every time I use to get the same reply that " we r working on that and will be resolved soon". Network going worse day by day.@TRAI

    We paying for 200 mbps plan on xtream fibre location Hyderabad shaikpet 500008 from last month internrt not even giving 50 mbps all the time server down for maintenance or other xcuses I have postpaid planning to change into jio only for this reason @reliancejio @Airtel_Presence

    @JioCare The engineer closed the ticket without any confirmation. The internet is still not working. It has been 3 days now. Also I cannot connect with a person and it is always bot chat. Can i connect through a call with a real person

    @JioCare My service request SR00003AA8X9 has been kept open for days, while your team continues to reschedule appointments instead of resolving the issue. This is a clear failure of customer service.
