    @reliancejio I hv been complaining since last 2 years regarding slow and dead network. But every time I use to get the same reply that " we r working on that and will be resolved soon". Network going worse day by day.@TRAI

    @RelianceJioCare @reliancejio we are an enterprise customer with Jio SIP Trunk connection. The phone lines are not working since 3 days. Customer care numbers are not working. Multiple complaints over email and thru portal has led to no resolution.

    @JioCare sevete network issues, but jio is least bothered. Says network is good as per our records. Absolutely disgusting This is why you are loosing customers every day. Time to port out

    @JioCare The above msg from jio was never disclosed at the time of taking new connection. This is responsibility of jio company that they give a receipt in such a breakout.

    @ViCustomerCare @JioCare Do you have a 4G data card with Wifi dongle for mobility. i would prefer a pre-paid data card. I have recently discontinued my @airtelindia datacard owing to poor network connectivity
