    @reliancejio I hv been complaining since last 2 years regarding slow and dead network. But every time I use to get the same reply that " we r working on that and will be resolved soon". Network going worse day by day.@TRAI

    @JioCare But when Jio fails to provide service for 5 days, will you extend the service validity for the outage period? I request Jio to extend my plan validity by the full period during which the service remained unavailable and ensure fair treatment for customers. #JioFiber #CustomerRig

    It's vary pathetic, service by @JioCare unable to login or work. Internet sucks. It's really really bad service at my location pin code 110077. No response on DM. @airtelindia @ViCustomerCare I need better network here.

    @JioCare I've called every single day, but none of your customer care executives can offer a resolution - they just escalate it. Who is actually accountable in these cases? I don't believe you have no technicians available. This is blatant disregard for your customers. I'm appalled!

    @JioCare I never activated call forwarding. My phone was with me. Yet Jio SMS confirmed it was enabled and my SBI calls were diverted. How did this happen? Please investigate
