    @reliancejio I hv been complaining since last 2 years regarding slow and dead network. But every time I use to get the same reply that " we r working on that and will be resolved soon". Network going worse day by day.@TRAI

    @reliancejio @JioCare What is wrong with your customer service. I have been using jio broadband for 4 years now and never i had any issues. Whole 2020 i worked from home using jio connection. In 2021, i am having call drops, such poor connection and i have complaint numerous time

    @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI Pathetic jio network I was thinking to port voda to jio, but when I can't use jio internet using jiofi/mobile to do my office work. Planning to go for airtel and port all hio numbers at home to airtel (Vill Korai, Dist Fatehpur U.P.)

    @JioCare Why can't you introduce a 500MB/day pack..?? As there is "NO" Network inside My Home and No internet inside Home. So why should I waste Money on these 1.5 or 2GB plans..?I'll share the location if You want but both @Airtel_Presence n @JioCare are WORST Networks.....!!

    @reliancejio @reliancegroup @TRAI It's been days since we been calling technicians to cancel jiofiber connection Order id NO0000ICOEC4 for location under-construction.We paid 1500 on Aug 14th for under-construction loc as technicians lied our current home don't have fiber reach

    @reliancejio @JioCare No One to solve the problem regarding jio fiber. Company promises big but zero on the floor. Customer care keeps on promising and the local office staff didn't even bother to response the call.
