@JioCare Dear sir/madam I'm from Mysore and in our locality, the network is dead slow, please see to this... I was airtel network user but now I chose to jio believing that network would be good... I am hopeful that you would resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Most third class service is provided by @reliancejio. Jio sims are never useful in the case of emergency... Jio may be reached at metro cities but it doesn't reach in towns and villages... Many villages don't have jios network.. So disappointing for being @reliancejio customer.

@reliancejio @JioCare - plesse find the SR no. SR00001E2I8B. Raise today at 2:44 pm how long does it take to resolve it ? During installation and business you always state a false promo that we close all ticket in 4 hrs TAT! Where is now 4 hours ! Down since 4 hours this SR no.
