    @reliancejio @JioCare I have 5 jio connections in my house in 5 phones. 4g! Has become a joke now... Not a single connection works.. Call is okay but no internet from last 30-40 days. Other connections are okay but jio 💩 Fix this as soon ASAP or tell us to port

    @JioCare pathetic experience with jiofiber corporate coustomer care...they didn’t' attend call...i tried over an hour for my jiogigafiber problem...it is very urgent to talk to with coustomer care executive...very disappointed...

    @JioCare 2 days is fine, but the 4th day of bad service really pinches. There are no real humans in we can talk to. All the bots don't understand anything and there is no specific grievance action taken from the company side

    @reliancejio :-Worst service from Jio. Had placed order for Jio Fibre. Only once executive called and collected information and it's been 4 days there is no response from despite calling him multiple times. Executive name :- Sanju, Bangalore. Mobile number:- +91 9380906166
