    @reliancejio @JioCare I have 5 jio connections in my house in 5 phones. 4g! Has become a joke now... Not a single connection works.. Call is okay but no internet from last 30-40 days. Other connections are okay but jio 💩 Fix this as soon ASAP or tell us to port

    @JioCare pathetic experience with jiofiber corporate coustomer care...they didn’t' attend call...i tried over an hour for my jiogigafiber problem...it is very urgent to talk to with coustomer care executive...very disappointed...

    @JioCare 15 Feb you activated my Internet for 30 days free trial out of which since almost 8 days the Internet has been down & not even engineer has visited post multiple complaints SR0000148NZ9. Why defame such a reputed brand. Rather stop giving for free!!

    @JioCare i had raised a complaint regarding network speed at my place many times.. could you please check and increase the speed .. the speed is less than 3 mbs... So unacceptable for prepaid i paid

    @JioCare unable to send SMS to Citibank 52484. It says 'Can't sent message with Jio 4G error 1'. Earlier this issue was not there. Pl fix and confirm. Thanks. CC to @TRAI
