@JioCare pathetic experience with jiofiber corporate coustomer care...they didn’t' attend call...i tried over an hour for my jiogigafiber problem...it is very urgent to talk to with coustomer care executive...very disappointed...

@reliancejio @JioCare I have 5 jio connections in my house in 5 phones. 4g! Has become a joke now... Not a single connection works.. Call is okay but no internet from last 30-40 days. Other connections are okay but jio 💩 Fix this as soon ASAP or tell us to port

@JioCare My phone is having all the correct settings as repeatedly prescribed by your team .Network strength is full as in screenshot. Yet none of my calls go through. People tell me later that I am unreachable most of the day. I have communicated all this on mail too.

@reliancejio @AmbaniHu Poor service @ Reliance Retail Limited, Anaparthy AP store. I visited the store to get my Esim reactivated. Store closed at 9:45 AM, again visited at 12:00 PM KYC machine sent for outside. No service to customers visiting the store for service. Plz, chk.
