@reliancejio @JioCare I have 5 jio connections in my house in 5 phones. 4g! Has become a joke now... Not a single connection works.. Call is okay but no internet from last 30-40 days. Other connections are okay but jio 💩 Fix this as soon ASAP or tell us to port

@JioCare pathetic experience with jiofiber corporate coustomer care...they didn’t' attend call...i tried over an hour for my jiogigafiber problem...it is very urgent to talk to with coustomer care executive...very disappointed...

@JioCare I am not able to use the jio fibre for 3 days now. Everytime I try to reach out to customer care I just get a template rply that Jio connectivity issue observed in your area. It is really pathetic that you can't restore the connectivity even post 72hrs. @reliancejio

Dear @JioCare @reliancejio, I did an international roaming recharge in a gulf country which was of no use and roaming recharge didn’t work. I already left the roaming country and came back to India. Now, the jio care is trying to help via email but it is of no use. Please refund

@nch1915 Registered 2nd time. Last one was closed in a few days, maybe after @reliancejio told you the service is restored. It's not a complaint about today's service being restored. It's about repeated & constant failures twice a week for 4 to 24 hrs. They are cheating paying customers

@JioCare Recently, I talked with your agent, he told me that until and unless ur city from where u bought the sim does not get a 5g network, You are not eligible if presently u're residing in a 5g network city. Currently, I am unable to use a 5g network in 5 areas.
