@reliancejio @JioCare I have 5 jio connections in my house in 5 phones. 4g! Has become a joke now... Not a single connection works.. Call is okay but no internet from last 30-40 days. Other connections are okay but jio 💩 Fix this as soon ASAP or tell us to port

@JioCare pathetic experience with jiofiber corporate coustomer care...they didn’t' attend call...i tried over an hour for my jiogigafiber problem...it is very urgent to talk to with coustomer care executive...very disappointed...

Hello people, please do not take @reliancejio post paid at any cost. You can take it but apparently never leave it. Trying to get a sim deactivated but has been a mammoth task with no avail. Pathetic service. Please go with Vodafone or airtel instead.

I have surrendered Jio fiber connection Id -7752358087 .with service request no SR00001HYV2W Jiofiber is not ready to refund the security deposit and they are asking the Payment refance no at the time of connection time which was 2.5 yearago.@JioCare @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani
