@reliancejio @JioCare I have 5 jio connections in my house in 5 phones. 4g! Has become a joke now... Not a single connection works.. Call is okay but no internet from last 30-40 days. Other connections are okay but jio 💩 Fix this as soon ASAP or tell us to port

@JioCare pathetic experience with jiofiber corporate coustomer care...they didn’t' attend call...i tried over an hour for my jiogigafiber problem...it is very urgent to talk to with coustomer care executive...very disappointed...

Never buy @reliancejio friends. They keep asking same questions to just make you feel some progress is happening but nothing happens ever after. Plus their customer service is so worst that they close case without resolving the problem

@reliancejio Probably the worst customer service ever seenthey my set top box is not installed after 11 days after making 50 calls to customer care have written to appelate authority, please check for after sale service from jio, it's the worst and you will face harrasmen
