@JioCare pathetic experience with jiofiber corporate coustomer care...they didn’t' attend call...i tried over an hour for my jiogigafiber problem...it is very urgent to talk to with coustomer care executive...very disappointed...

@reliancejio @JioCare I have 5 jio connections in my house in 5 phones. 4g! Has become a joke now... Not a single connection works.. Call is okay but no internet from last 30-40 days. Other connections are okay but jio 💩 Fix this as soon ASAP or tell us to port

@JioCare It's been worst with such a big beggar brand as I tried to close down my jio connection they are calling me for new connection but not for fiber connection what the hell they are neither they have their customer support center

@JioCare I requested for my jiofibre to be transferred to my new apartment , same building. Your representative said I should close the account, and take a new connection since that would be faster. Sounded like a stupid suggestion so I didn’t agree - he closed the SR !

@reliancejio Yesterday I ported my number in Airtel because jio service and and jio network is Very bad in my area.and also Airtel broadband is available in few days ago in my area but jio fiber is not available yet
