@JioCare pathetic experience with jiofiber corporate coustomer care...they didn’t' attend call...i tried over an hour for my jiogigafiber problem...it is very urgent to talk to with coustomer care executive...very disappointed...

@reliancejio @JioCare I have 5 jio connections in my house in 5 phones. 4g! Has become a joke now... Not a single connection works.. Call is okay but no internet from last 30-40 days. Other connections are okay but jio 💩 Fix this as soon ASAP or tell us to port

@JioCare appointment given for installation yesterday and still waiting for jiofiber installation.Payment was taken at same time already. Don't know if installation is being delayed like this, what will happen in case of issues..@reliancejio

@ViCustomerCare Your service sucks. Highly disappointed. Call drop had gone up since last 3 months like crazy. Only Balconies are places to talk. 'Hello, can u hear me?' are the only words i speak the maximum time on call. Enough of this stupid network. Switching to @reliancejio
