@reliancejio @JioCare I have 5 jio connections in my house in 5 phones. 4g! Has become a joke now... Not a single connection works.. Call is okay but no internet from last 30-40 days. Other connections are okay but jio 💩 Fix this as soon ASAP or tell us to port

@JioMart @JioCare every second call there is a call drop. Please send your technicians to put boosters. Despite a Huge Reliance Jio Tower above my Building the network has been very poor.

@elina7_bts Why don’t you give a try to @reliancejio better connectivity, cheap data plans, better customer service, truly 4G internet experience what else does one need! I will suggest you to switch to Jio and feel the difference on your own...@JioCare will help you port

There are more better options in the market for wifi-fiber services and are providing far better service then jio. If this is how the system or process of @reliancejio @JioCare works i request to cancel out my fiber connection and refund me my recharge and security deposit money

Regarding Jio Fiber's lack of connectivity this morning, I have filed a complaint. Customer support is not responding at all. No resolution, no response. @JioCare @reliancejio #JioFiber I must say @Airtel_Presence is a better service provider.
