@JioCare pathetic experience with jiofiber corporate coustomer care...they didn’t' attend call...i tried over an hour for my jiogigafiber problem...it is very urgent to talk to with coustomer care executive...very disappointed...

@reliancejio @JioCare I have 5 jio connections in my house in 5 phones. 4g! Has become a joke now... Not a single connection works.. Call is okay but no internet from last 30-40 days. Other connections are okay but jio 💩 Fix this as soon ASAP or tell us to port

@JioCare I paid my Jio Postpaid dues through Auto Pay. It still shows due! Your customer care puts me on hold for 20 minutes and could not provide any solution!! This is excellent! Now I have to pay my same due - twice! Hell of a autopay service I must say!

@JioCare Is there a problem at pin code 110019? I am seeing very less signals and the usual 4g+ isn't coming. Internet speeds are very slow. All was well 2 days back. Have been forced to use VoWifi to attend calls. Please advise.

Jio 4g internet service is getting worst day by day. Even after you call customer service they say that this is because of a "high number of users in your area". Jio is just looting people with their increased prices and pathetic service. Trust lost. @reliancejio @jiocare
