@JioCare pathetic experience with jiofiber corporate coustomer care...they didn’t' attend call...i tried over an hour for my jiogigafiber problem...it is very urgent to talk to with coustomer care executive...very disappointed...

@reliancejio @JioCare I have 5 jio connections in my house in 5 phones. 4g! Has become a joke now... Not a single connection works.. Call is okay but no internet from last 30-40 days. Other connections are okay but jio 💩 Fix this as soon ASAP or tell us to port

Now, jio is not raising Service requests. They simply say “We already working on it. However, we can't commit a date and can't take complaint on same issue” Jio is just a bad network especially in rural areas. (Sunevkhurd,Hansot, Bharuch) @JioCare @TRAI @MIB_India

Internet down for three days straight @reliancejio @JioCare called your customer care so many times only to be told "engineer put the visit on hold as per your request" when I didn't even get contacted, no calls, no messages, nothing. Nobody responding to my concerns.
