@reliancejio @JioCare I have 5 jio connections in my house in 5 phones. 4g! Has become a joke now... Not a single connection works.. Call is okay but no internet from last 30-40 days. Other connections are okay but jio 💩 Fix this as soon ASAP or tell us to port

@JioCare pathetic experience with jiofiber corporate coustomer care...they didn’t' attend call...i tried over an hour for my jiogigafiber problem...it is very urgent to talk to with coustomer care executive...very disappointed...

@JioCare I have been sending messages for my jio dongle which has been agonizingly pathetic speed. But you don't seem to respond to the messages with a couldn't care less attitude. What happened to your customer service? I will have to tweet to your senior management then?

@RelianceJioCare @reliancejio I got my jio fiber disconnected on Mar 27 & raised request for collection of equipment ....got several mails of timing of engineer visit but no one visited till date,engineer visit has been rescheduled 20 times since then....please resolve the issue

@JioCare jio fibre not working from two days. You guys charge for 30 days, and out of 30 days 2 days internet is not working. Plus no one attended yet to restart the services. More delay. I guess weekend you guys won't visit. So more 2 days of delay!! I am paying for what?
