@JioCare pathetic experience with jiofiber corporate coustomer care...they didn’t' attend call...i tried over an hour for my jiogigafiber problem...it is very urgent to talk to with coustomer care executive...very disappointed...

@reliancejio @JioCare I have 5 jio connections in my house in 5 phones. 4g! Has become a joke now... Not a single connection works.. Call is okay but no internet from last 30-40 days. Other connections are okay but jio 💩 Fix this as soon ASAP or tell us to port

@JioCare Engineer calls and told me that they changed the DP to another place and asked me to disconnect the old connection and buy the new one . Why I have to buy the new connection it's your problem .

@Airtel_Presence Prabjoyt, Pls understand how difficult it is to operate without an internet for almost 10 days now. Staff don't show up as they can't work on mobile hotspot. I m nw being told by the Engineer that it is not possible to fix this. Left with no choice but to try @reliancejio 1/2
